Writing this here just in case they delete my Google review Their process of getting on the shuttle at the lot is very disorganized. The day I was there they only had one shuttle working, although they claimed they had 3 which was impossible, because we were all waiting 25-30 mins for a shuttle to arrive at the lot. When the shuttle did arrive, they asked "who was waiting here first" the fact that they trust people to be honest, blows my mind. They need a better system, such as numbers or tickets or something. A party of six who arrived way after us push past everyone and got on forcing us to wait an additional 20-25 minutes. When I brought this issue up to the all of the employees, they were very dismissive, rude, and not helpful at all. No one wanted to hear that/ take accountability they all had very bad attitudes Some people had to take an uber to the airport. I picked this parking lot because it was more expensive than the others. I was assuming because of this price everything would've gone smoothly, but I guess I was wrong. I would definitely not be a returning customer. read more

I'm really sad to write this review because I used to love parking here and never had any issues before. It's very convenient and close to the airport. They drop you off and pickup right at your terminal. Unfortunately, this last experience was very disappointing. When I returned from my trip, I found my Jeep had a large scratch on the front bumper. They have video footage showing my vehicle was in perfect condition when I dropped it off. When I reported the damage, the front desk simply gave me an email address to file a claim. It took over 10 phone calls and several emails before I finally received a response. I was told they would take care of the damage, but after that, they stopped answering my calls. I've been unable to reach a manager or anyone in claims, as they are never available. Due to the lack of accountability and poor communication, I can no longer recommend parking here. read more

I have trusted Park2Fly with my vehicle several times, which makes this experience even more disappointing. My vehicle was damaged while it was in their care. I reported it immediately, submitted the repair estimate they requested, and spent weeks following up. After repeatedly being told they were looking into it, my claim was denied. I was also denied the opportunity to speak with the owner or review the security footage. Instead of taking responsibility or being transparent, they hid behind their policy because I had already left the lot before discovering the damage. I expected much better from a company I trusted. Terrible. The last 2 times we used PP2F, on the return it took over 45 minutes for pickup. We saw a company APEX come twice and make pickups while we waited. This was not the case the first time we used PP2F so we wanted to give them another shot. Not sure what's going on but it looks like they only have 2 vans so if they are full before they get to your terminal you are SOL. Everyone is very nice but waiting for pick up sucks. read more

Had great experience with purchase park2fly. When we arrived, the shuttle was ready to take us to the terminal. And when we got back from our trip, I guess it was great timing, I called, operator told us where to meet the shuttle and the shuttle was pulling up as we got to our meeting point. Literally didn't wait for a second. When we got back to the lot, our car was ready to go. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes and on our way home. I will definitely use them again when we travel again in July. Great service. read more

When we 1st arrived we were greeted by Kwame at the front desk. He was very helpful and amiable. Rodney brought us to JFK for our outgoing flight and Ahbleh picked us up from JFK for our arrival. Both drivers are exceptionally skillful, friendly and helpful. For our arrival back home, our flight was over 3 hours delayed due to the government shutdown and the air traffic controllers being out sick, we called ahead to warn PP2F and they scheduled accordingly with no issues and no extra fees. I will most definitely use Purchase Park 2 Fly in all of my future airport parking needs. read more

I made a reservation and paid in advance to park in this lot using Spot Hero. When I arrived I was told that there was no room. They blamed Spot Hero for overbooking. I got a refund, but I will never use this lot or Spot Hero again. I ended up parking in JFK long term parking which was fine and which is what I will do in the future. read more

Park 2 fly JFK location. Shuttle was there when I got there so I didn't have to wait long. Person driving was good, got us there safe. Upon return, the shuttle back was the most dangerous driver ever, and I had my toddler child that I was holding on to dear life and praying we got there in one piece. My sisters cars plate was hanging upon our arrival, note it wasn't like that when we left if there. We also noticed scratches on the side of her car. This has been the worst experience. if I could give zero stars I would. Came home from a trip to my tire completely flat. They drove it to the front of the lot on a flat yet pretended that it wasn't flat when they drove it there (only 10 minutes ago). The two girls working the registers inside the trailer were completely unhelpful and refused to let me speak to a manager or to contact a manager on my behalf. No fun driving around Queens at night trying to find a 24 hour tire repair with my whole family in the car. since then, I have spoken with others who had similar experiences. Here's what I learned: after you land and have collected all your luggage, call the phone number on your ticket. Listen to the message and respond to the prompts telling you where to meet the shuttle. Here's the part I missed; when asked, "do you want to speak to an operator?", respond, "yes". I'm a car guy and I agonized over finding long term JFK parking for my beloved Lexus GX460 while I was out of the country for 10 days. The reviews here are bad, but on the SpotHero app and Google they were great. Since this company didn't mention anything about SUV pricing, I called to make sure I wasn't going to get up-charged for a bigger vehicle like so many lots do (read the fine print of the listings). I spoke to someone on the phone who confirmed I wouldn't, and answered all of my questions. If you're under what you booked they refund you, if you go over, you just pay the difference, etc. With my mind sort of at ease, I gave it a shot and booked through the SpotHero app. Pricing was cheaper than other lots when you factor in the additional fees. Got the to the lot and check in took 2 minutes. The shuttle (a new dually Mercedes Sprinter) dropped myself, my wife, and baby (with the help of the driver loading the stroller and all luggage) off quickly. When I returned, I called the phone number, gave them my ticket number, and the shuttle was there in about 5 minutes. We got back to the lot safely, and they already had my car out front. A sight for sore eyes when you get back at 1am. Check out took the same 2 minutes. No damage, no Ferris Bueller's Day Off mileage discrepancy, nothing. Just a little dusty from being outside in an industrial area for over a week. The other reviews are what they are, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or book again. read more

I was so stressed out and forced to find alternative parking at 5:30 in the morning with little time to spare. I will never book them again. 0 stars. We parked here Feb 16-22, 2024. When we returned our minivan's gas tank was completely empty (we had arrived with a full tank) and items were moved around in our vehicle. We were told to email the manager, Erick, which we did immediately. He responded 5 days later (after a 2nd email from us) saying he would look into it. Despite attempts to reach him again, we never heard anything. So we paid an additional $58 to park here and had the inconvenience of having to stop and get gas so we could get home. The manager could not be bothered to respond to our inquiries. We also waited 40 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up after our flight. read more

WORST experience at a Park & Ride in 20 years of travel. Was left waiting at JFK for a return shuttle more than 30 minutes after calling. It was 5 degrees outside. We were told to wait outside for the arrival. After 20 minutes, there was no shuttle. We attempted to call 3 times: first call rang for 2 minutes without an answer; second call eventually answered with an immediate hold which was not picked up. Third call was eventually picked up after about 2 minutes with another hold. It was dangerously cold outside and at 30 minutes, we were forced to take an Uber, as we had no way of knowing if a shuttle would arrive. During that time, we saw THREE SmartPark shuttles and at least two JFK Longterm shuttles go past. ZERO Park2Fly shuttles. And ZERO customer service. There was only one person at the desk who was understandably overwhelmed. Bottom line: Park2Fly is not adequately staffed both with drivers nor with support staff to meet minimum needs. We were endangered by being asked to wait outside in 5 degree weather for a shuttle which never arrived. And we were unable to reach the service office to get any information. read more

Horrible experience. Do not use this company. I just waited 1 hr 7 mins for a shuttle bus to pick me up from JFK terminal 8. I called at 7:25pm and it showed up at 8:32pm. I could have walked to my car in that time. I called twice to check on progress and was told it was busy traffic. It wasn't. I park there when I went to california, its was so easy getting there and they were very professional, called when I returned they told me where to go for the shuttle bus to pick me up, when I got there my car was waiting all i had to do is put my luggage in and go inside and pay. LGA location has been good in the past. Van usually is there, and gets you to terminal fast. But that is not the case anymore. One van was broken down. After 5-7 minutes I asked how long for the next one. I was told 14 minutes. I explained that I was running late for my flight. The guy just said, you're supposed to be here two hours ahead and walked away. All while three of them just stood around, and the guy at checkin was almost fully asleep when I came up. When we got back to the lot, our car was not there. They claimed that it was at the other lot behind 10 cars so we would have to wait. 2 hours later they could not find our car. They thought it might have been towed. They figured that out the next day going through security tapes. So until we got there they had no idea where our car was. We had to take an Uber home that night. They said they would pay for it - they haven't. They drove our car to our house two days later. Only once they left did we realize that they damaged the underside. They haven't acknowledged that. These people will lie to your face, so just be warned. Do not leave your car with them. read more

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Picked up our car & rode an hour into NJ to realize our car now has COCKROACHES!!! Was terrorized the rest of the way home after killing about 7. Had to painstakingly go thru each suitcase & every bag we brought home before we brought it into our house. We did notice our front windows were cracked when we first got into the car. Im guessing that's how this whole thing started. I called to let them know what we encountered & they said this is the first they had heard of anything like this. I have used Purchase Park 2 Fly several times, but I will not be using them anymore. They do not take responsibility for damage to vehicles, so I recommend that folks avoid them. The last time I was there, in early May 2023, we found a dent in the side of the car when we returned, and the collision mitigation system was sending messages about failing. It turns out that the radar had been jostled out of position. I followed their instructions to report this, including providing two estimates for the repairs. I called and emailed them weekly for 10 weeks after then, and the person taking the message would assure me that I would be called back within hours. I have still not heard from them, 12 weeks later. NEVER AGAIN!!! I already had three incident happening with this parking. The first one happened when they had me wait an 1hr to give me my car supposedly because the battery was dead( fyi my car was brand new). Second incident: they made me wait for the shuttle an 1hr at the JFK airport(daytime). Third incident: they made me wait for the shuttle again but this time was for an 1.5hr(nighttime). I had to call them several time so did another couple waiting for them too. For the third incident their excuse was there was only one shuttle operating after midnight and the phones were down; however i spoke to them over the phone like 4 times and they come up with the stupidest excuse. I wasn't even able to get some type of reimburse or discount supposedly because my balance was already paid in full, mind you, every time i park there i paid the balance in full when checking out. They were like "we can give you 15% on your next time you park with us", SERIOUSLY!!! read more
