I booked the parking on SpotHero and had already pre-paid online. So when I arrived to drop off my car, things went very quickly, even though I could barely understand a single word that was said to me (English obviously a second language there). But I filled out the form they handed me and within a few minutes I was in the shuttle and at the airport about 5 minutes later. So that went well. Arriving back from my trip at JFK, I called the number on the claim ticket they handed me for a pickup and while they answered promptly, I literally could not understand a word of what they were saying. Finally they switched over to a woman who spoke English and she told me where to wait for my pickup. The van came rather quickly, polite driver, and five minutes later I was at their parking lot. They had my car already in the receiving area with keys in it and the engine running. I was able to get immediately on my way. So kudos for that, they provide a great service. I deducted a star only because of the language barrier. If they had somebody answering the phones that could speak English, they would get five stars as they otherwise did a great job. read more

Absolutely awful service here. They are always late for shuttle service, never tell you in advance and basically just have you waiting around for sometimes 30 minutes at a time. On top of that, they damaged my car when I parked there long term. Their employee showed me video footage of the moving the car around multiple times and hitting it against other cars. No idea why my car needed to be moved around when I was there for long term. Should have read the reviews before booking this!!! Location is hard to find (put it in your GPS and then keep driving down the street). Price is low, but you get what you pay for - I waited 20 minutes for the shuttle to take me to the airport when dropping my car off, and then we waited outside for over 45 minutes (with my elderly mother) for the shuttle to pick us up when we returned. When it finally came, there was room only for us - every seat was taken in the van. They need another shuttle! Tried calling when we were waiting - went to VM and the mailbox is full, and the second number someone finally picked up but put me on hold and did not come back. VERY poor service. Find another place - it's worth a few more dollars to avoid this one! read more

I was traveling with two young children, exhausted after a long flight, and we were left standing outside at night with no clear information. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful when we called. Instead of apologizing, they told us to "just wait" and acted like this delay was normal. No empathy, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect for families or customers' time. Standing outside that long at night with children felt stressful and unsafe. No parent should have to go through that after a flight. This level of disorganization is unacceptable. I strongly warn others to avoid this parking service at all costs. Shuttles do not run every 15 minutes, at least 30 minutes. Had to get an Uber one way. Shuttle seat belts were held together with duct tape. Our Uber driver said next time to park in the neighborhood curb side, you won't get towed. read more

Zero stars in not enough to review this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They damaged my vehicle and scratched it when trying to remove the snow. They used the ice scraper on my car to remove snow instead of the snow brush, resulting in damage to my paint. The employee named "Harry" stated they dont have snow brushes. I asked for an official complaint form as per their own posting in the office and Harry said they dont have any available. I then asked to speak to a manager and he stated he will be in at 7am next morning. I called the morning of, and now the manager will be in aroubd 2pm. They also disconnected my dash cam. But wait, thats not all. They shuttle you to/from JFK. But its based on first come, first serve. So, youll be fighting with other patrons to grab a seat and to hopefully have your suitcaes fit in the small van they have. Its gets better though, when you land at JFk and call them for pick up, they will ask you how many passengers. I said there are three adults and one infant. He said okay. When the shuttle arrives over 30 minutes late, the van is full. How?! Why ask me how many passengers if the van is full?! I wasnt the only one stuck in cold with children either. Multiple people were left behind to wait ANOTHER 30 MINUTES for a shuttle, an hour total, in the frigid cold, with kids. They are now ignoring my calls and emails. I reserved via SpotHero and included my vehicle model (full size SUV) and was quoted accordingly. I used an alternate smaller vehicle (5 passenger crossover small SUV) but was banged for "oversized" vehicle charge. The shuttle ride to and from the airport is a gut wrenching shake, rattle and roll adventure. Upon returning, there was one cowboy shuffling cars around. BUYER BEWARE: Don't be surprised if your car is damaged at this parking lot. I had the misfortune of being abruptly redirected to this parking lot by Way.com around 2 hours before my flight - which was a rip-off since the actual cost of the lot was 30% cheaper than my original booking. So, I had no other choice at this time to accept the change. When I arrived, the parking lot was just as everyone described, poorly kept and cramped. They park cars here bumper to bumper. I was worried, but once again, I had no time to change at this point. When I returned to pick up my car after 6 days, the shuttle took almost an hour to arrive, then I discovered a brand-new dent on the front passenger side of my car. When I reported it to the front desk he first denied it. Then when I showed it to him he acknowledged the damage then said he would report it to Way.com, who would then send me money for dent repair. I figured he might be lying and just trying to get me out of the lot because he didn't even take a picture of the damage and claimed that his name was "John Vk." Yeah like John Wick. It turns out it was a lie. He never contacted Way.com. I never was contacted by way.com. And I never received a credit. So not only did Way.com screw me over on the parking reservation, this parking lot weaseled itself out of the damage they inflicted on my car. So whatever you do, DO NOT book a reservation at this lot unless you truly do not care about the damage that will likely happen to your car. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CIRCUS IMAGINABLE!! We pushed our return date by one day because of the February snow storm. Calling 24 hours ahead I was told I could pay the extra day at the office and my car would be available when we returned. After an hour waiting for the van we finally got to the lot at 11:15 at night and it was complete utter chaos. Customers were trying to find & shovel out their car by themselves. The harried employees had no system, piles of keys sitting on the porch. The office was filled with customers, waiting to speak to someone. The manager had basically disappeared to drive cars through snowbanks back to the office and the waiting customers. I simply took my keys off the exterior rack on the porch found my car. The battery was dead. It took multiple requests to get their battery pack, which was finally given to me. I managed to jump my car and there was only one vehicle in front of me covered in feet of snow. I shoveled with my arm the 19 inches of snow off its windshield so it could be driven off and did the same to my car after jumpstarting my Subaru. It took us two hours to finally get out of there and it never would've happened within those two hours if I had not grabbed my own keys shoveled out my own car. Never again. read more

Horrible Experience: Harassed, Blocked In, Hidden Fees, and Dishonest Practices** This was by far the worst parking experience I've ever had at JFK. **Avoid ARB Parking at all costs.** When I returned from my trip, the **shuttle driver blocked my car, refused to let me leave for over 10 minutes, and harassed me because I didn't give him a $20 tip**. I gave him $5, which he clearly didn't like, and he decided to retaliate by holding us hostage in the parking lot. I had to **call the police** before he finally moved his vehicle. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. The **shuttle to the airport took nearly an hour** to reach Terminal 1 -- ridiculously slow and poorly organized. On top of that, their pricing is **dishonest and deceptive**. They charge a **$5/night "SUV fee"** with no reason, and when you pay by card, they add a **10% upcharge** that's never mentioned during booking. I booked through WAI, thinking everything was paid, but they still demanded partial payment directly and tried to push for cash. The **front desk staff were rude**, dismissive, and clearly used to dealing with complaints -- probably because this kind of thing happens often. We picked up our vehicle on Saturday 9/20/25 at 7:00pm at the JFK location. When they drove the vehicle up the vehicle had sap from a tree on it and thousands of bugs all over it. On close examination we noticed the vehicle had 3 scratches on it. It's a new vehicle and when we dropped it off it was scratch free. Parker beware we are waiting the outcome. After we left the ARB parking, we washed the car last night then got home parked the car. Came out around 4:00pm and noticed the car had a big dent on the driver's side near the fender. Horrific Experience - This Place is a Disaster! Do yourself a favor and avoid ARB Parking at JFK International Airport at all costs. My experience was a complete disaster, riddled with miscommunication, unprofessionalism, and outright aggression. I parked my car from 12/3 to 12/10, and while there were no issues when dropping it off, the return process was a nightmare. Upon returning to the airport, I followed the instructions I was given: to contact the shuttle service upon arrival. However, what they failed to explain was that I needed to call only after physically being outside waiting. This critical detail was never communicated to me at drop-off. Things went downhill fast. The shuttle driver who was sent to pick us up called my personal cell phone, yelling and cursing at me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner because we weren't outside waiting. He was confrontational from the start, and when he finally arrived, he escalated the situation further by screaming at me, invading my personal space, and acting like a total maniac. When I defended myself by pushing him away, he ran to get a police officer. Thankfully, the officer saw the entire situation, dismissed him as an idiot, and left. But the nightmare wasn't over. The driver abandoned us at the airport, leaving us stranded. When I called the main office, they showed zero accountability. I requested to speak to a manager or supervisor, but the person at the desk outright refused to provide contact information. Instead, they demanded I pay an additional $20 to send another van, which is absurd given that we were stranded because of their driver's behavior. When we finally got back to the lot, there was no manager or supervisor present, and no one had been notified about the incident. The staff's dismissive attitude, refusal to take responsibility, and complete lack of customer service were appalling. Another critical issue: communication. Many of the staff, including the drivers, struggled with speaking and understanding English, making an already frustrating situation even worse. Instructions were unclear from the beginning, and instead of working to clarify, they resorted to sarcasm and disrespect when passengers were understandably confused. This company's employees (Drivers are incompetent, unprofessional, aggressive, and clearly lack the basic training to handle customers. It's no surprise the driver acted the way he did--this appears to be a reflection of the company's overall culture. Terrible Horrible English and obviously not educated. Stay far away from ARB Parking if you value your time, safety, and sanity. There are countless other options at JFK that won't treat you with such blatant disregard. I had my 2014 Toyota Venza parked in the ARB facility from October 19th, 2023 at 9am to October 21st, 2023, 9pm. The process to be picked up from the airport was atrocious. Me and a few other patrons called the service after completing the request steps on our phone. Their technology is less than stellar as we were unable to determine an ETA. We waited in the could for several hours and when calling to get an eta update, were met with nasty attitudes and having the facility hang up on us several times. Upon arrival to retrieve my vehicle, the lot was horribly packed, with cars completely blocked in and so close to one another. It is clear that there is no clear methyl their parking strategy. I, along with another patron complained about our cars being scratched. It is clear that with the v holes so close together, that side mirrors were scraping up against other vehicles. We were told to email arbparkinc@gmail.com to submit the complaint and a manager would get back with us. I submitted that email on October 25th and still have yet to hear from anyone. I had to take this up with my bank and filed a complaint with BBB. Do yourself a favor, park with another reputable company that has updated technology and stellar customer service. We used ARB parking and it was a great experience. The shuttle was waiting in the lot when we dropped off the car at 6 am and got us to airport with plenty of time to spare (I didn't get this drivers name but he was very good). When we arrived back to JFK we called the shuttle and it picked us up within 10 min from calling. The name of the driver who picked us up is Love and he was incredible. I checked our car at the lot and it was in great condition with no issues at all. I would use ARB again. read more

Pretty straight forward parking lot, park it, hand them your keys and they give you a ticket for when you come back. The shuttle is nice and that guy will you to your terminal quick. Came back and my car was ready and even started for me. Only problems I had was the shuttle can take a little to show up to bring you back to the lot from the terminal and I had a bit of trouble getting ahold of the office. read more
