We received timely confirmations and updates, which made the entire process stress-free. The driver arrived right on schedule--actually a few minutes early (at 2:15 AM!)--and was friendly, courteous, and ready to help with luggage. The shuttle itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The ride to the airport was smooth and efficient, with excellent time management that ensured we arrived with plenty of time to spare. This was a 14 person van as well! What really stood out was the overall reliability and attention to detail. I had just an ok experience with this service…read more The pros: - Super easy to book online - Great pricing as compared to booking taxis or some Ubers - my driver from the airport was friendly (but see comment below) Onto the cons: - If your flight arrives early (mine came 1 hour early), they can't easily change their schedule to come pick you up since it's a shared ride - you don't have a choice on when you get dropped off as it depends on who's in your vehicle - my driver to the airport did not drive well... really bumpy and rough and I also was squeezed into a van with a lot of people I would do this again only if maybe I had a bigger group of people to share this with to prevent the stops... but not my first choice in NYC in the future...
