Our driver for the day was so awesome; funny, on time, patient and caring as I was so nervous arriving to the ceremony, helped me out of the limo and gave me a quick pep talk and then was so fun on our way to our venue after with great tips and stories and even taught me how to open a champagne bottle for me and my husband to open on our way!! Blessed to have had a smooth and literal transition on my special day and look forward to recommending and also using them again for future events!!! Mark's team helped us find the exact type of vehicle we were looking for. On our wedding day Chris was early and helped keep our party on schedule. The limo was stocked with plenty of cold drinks, cups and bluetooth to help us have a fun ride. Chris even helped us move flowers from Church to the reception hall. Once again thank you to Mark of Elegance and our driver Chris for their excellent service and we highly recommend them for weddings or any other occasions.

"Hey now, you're an all star Get your game on, go play"…read more (Smashmouth) We had the pleasure of riding from our hotel in Melville to a wedding in Babylon and back thanks to the good folks at All Star Limousine. What a fun, comfortable, and totally professional experience! Our driver showed up at exactly when scheduled, and man oh man did he show up in style. We were greeted to a magnificent 38 passenger Party Bus that seemed more like someone's living room than a means of transportation. It had super plush leather seats on the sides of the bus, a kickass sound system, a bar with beers and White Claws, and a restroom! The driver was a very cool guy who we enjoyed chatting with. And when the clock struck midnight and it was time to head back to the hotel, he was right there, and we left as scheduled. He was an excellent driver and handled that huge piece of transportation on the crazy Long Island roads like the pro he was. A definite five-star All Star performance.

If you are using this company for a wedding think again!!!…read more The driver was scheduled for multiple pick ups from the hotel to venue. Driver only came once. Came into venue looking for a gratuity. Guests were waiting for the next pick up at scheduled time and the driver never showed. Our guests had to order Ubers to the venue. Because of this our ceremony had to delayed. This was booked with Ally Eifert the company wedding coordinator. After trying to reach her several times after the weekend she kept putting my call to voicemail. Beware !! This company is very unprofessional. Now I know why they only take cash or check .

I wish I could give NO stars. I have to start off by saying that I have used this company for…read moreeverything since I was 15 years old. I have trusted the owner and recommended him to everyone for everything. I booked him this past October for my 30th birthday out to the vineyards out east. Sparkling Pointe in particular where as I am a member. First of all the driver took the worst way possible and got us lost for over 45 minutes. He was concerned about "DOT"?!? On a Sunday afternoon. We were late for our reservation lost our table and had to sit outside. Also, the confirmation email I had gotten through the owner, whom at this point I considered a friend that had said it was booked for and extra hour than I had requested. I had just presumed he was doing that as a nice gesture for my loyalty for 15 years and it in fact being a monumental Birthday..! My mistake. When the driver asked and I had showed him the email with the extra hour he flipped out. And I guess he was texting back and forth with the owner and he was screaming at me through the privacy glass in front of my friends. And to add insult to injury the owner was then texting me basically accusing me of trying to get something over on someone. The radio didn't work the entire way out to the vineyard and the screaming at me through the glass created a wildly awkward situation my guests and I. I had always been an extremely loyal customer- always paying for extra hours and generously taking care of the drivers. The owner never reached out to me after the combative, rude text messages about the extra hour discrepancy and I didn't hear from him afterward. Not to check how the rest of the event went, nothing. Sad to say I would NOT, whatsoever recommend this company to anyone. My birthday was ruined and nobody gave a (bleep).. My feelings were definitely hurt having built a personal relationship with the owner and extremely disappointed in him. Don't use this company. Don't support this business. It's almost a year later and it still makes me feel bad. Not just because my party was ruined but because of the lack of respect, care and concern about me as a person. Bloody awful. The owner should be ashamed of himself for having treated me this way. The running joke of my birthday was referring to the driver as "Steve the driver" like the psycho role played in Taxi Driver. Disgraceful
