Had an absolutely great time being driven around Long Island on this rolling beer bus on Sunday! How can you not love this? You have a great driver, Kevin, who is very knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and most of all patient to put up with all our drunken shenanigans during this past weekend's Yelp Beer Bus event. The bus itself is clean, comfortable, and has both a tv and dock for playing your Ipod's. It's a great way to get around and taste a lot of beer without having to worry about getting a DWI ! Kevin knows all the routes to some of the best local breweries, and is a big craft beer guy himself. They do many beer tasting events on LI and around the local NY area and have packages available for group trips, or shorter shuttles to the local brew tastings. Check out the website for upcoming beer events and rates. To me, it's totally worth the cost to enjoy a worry free, and safe day, rather than drinking and driving. We hit up Great South Bay, Long Ireland, and Port Jeff Brewing Company. That last stop in Port Jeff on a terrific spring day was just perfect to try some beers and then wander around the town for a bite to eat before heading back to the train station to drop us off. Kevin has a great little biz here that I wholeheartedly endorse. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Tapped Enterprises! I booked a wine/dine tour for my bachelorette party and it was the most perfect day! Rich was our driver and was such a joy. He made things super easy and kept us on time. The wineries were beautiful and the lunch at Cooperage Inn was a huge hit. We used tapped enterprises for a Hamptons Wine Tour for 14 ladies and it was an absolute blast! They were very professional and super organized. Due to covid, things had been fluctuating with availability but Kevin worked with me to get 3 solid stops set up for our tour: DuckWalk vineyard, Palmer vineyard and woodside orchards. They also provide a boxed lunch (choice of salad or sandwich) at one of the vineyards as part of the tour and it was excellent! Served timely and delicious! What a great idea!! Long Island has so many cool microbrews and brew pubs to offer, and being that you'd (of course) want to visit more than one in a day, this is the perfect way to do it. I was recently part of the 5th Annual Sleigh Rye'd tour hosted by Great South Bay Brewery. The fact that they were the ones hosting was reason enough to get me here. We visited GSB in Bayshore, BobbieQue & Hoptron Brewtique in Patchogue, the South Shore Dive in Sayville, and TJ Finley's back in Bayshore. Free santa hats and a free pint was given at every bar, and not to mention the beer on the bus kept this party rolling! What an awesome day to try out some different brews, meet some new people, and get from point A to point B safely! Would definitely recommend this and do it again myself! read more

Ever had a hoppin' dance party on Sunrise Highway? No!? Me either, until I discovered Tapped Enterprises! They picked us up at the train station and once the doors opened, bagels, friendly faces and an awesome time was awaiting us. This tour specifically stopped at woodside orchids, sherwood house vineyards and long ireland brewery allowing a little something for everyone. Kevin seems to have a great working relationship with local breweries, farms and wineries. They book tours, parties and even just basic transportation to and from events, lowering number of DWIs arrests for the Suffolk county police! I say bah to all those annoying long island wine limo tours that take you to the least common denominators of alcohol on the north shore (I'm looking right at you,Pindar and Vineyard 48!) and hop on a short bus. This company is so professional!! I did the "Wine and Dine" package for 12 women which includes lunch at Cooperage Inn and 2 wineries. We all had a blast and our driver Bob was amazing!! Mike at Tapped is so accommodating. He answered all of my questions in the days leading up to the event (I emailed him A LOT haha). Also, Bob kept us on track in terms of time throughout the day so that we were never late for our next stop. Everyone I dealt with was so kind. They definitely have a repeat customer on their hands! I planned a surprise 40th for my husband and they were amazing. They helped me pick the breweries, planned everything out exactly, all I needed to do the day of was show up and have a good time. The driver Joe was friendly and professional, and would text me to let me know when it was time to move on to the next place so I didn't have to think about it. THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING. From the start I knew I picked the right vendor to plan a 30th birthday brewery tour through. Mike and Kevin at the office were so nice and easy to work with. In August we did the Holbrook brewery tour for about 15 of us. Mike and Kevin were so accommodating with working with me as my guest count kept changing a bit. It was truly an easy going experience. The price was fair too. Some other companies I feel they were nickle and diming us and trying to overcharge, not Tapped, very reasonable, you got a lot for what you paid for! Come the big day, I honestly expected a coach bus to drive us around to the 3 breweries included in our package. Nope it was much better then that- it was a mini bus with a bar inside, "limo style seating", a great stereo system and plenty of standing room too! Joe was the BESTTTTT!! If you can request a driver, ask for him. He was so friendly, totally understood the crazy fun vibe our group had and made our day that much better. Can't say enough nice things about him. What a great idea. Everyone does those winery tours...and while they're alright, I generally find that I'm waaaaaaaaaay too drunk before the second vineyard (c'mon...its wine, I can handle this) and I'm mysteriously broke after spending a day in some cheesy limo. Enter: Tapped Enterprises. This fella, Kevin, decided that he was sick of the monotunous work like the rest of us fools are stuck in and purchased himself a luxury bus. They do bachelor/bachelorett parties, brewery tours, things of that nature. My first experience (and not last) with them was excellent - we had a designated driver, who knew about the different breweries and beers we were trying (as well as the people who ran them). He brought us to three different breweries on Long Island - Great South Bay, Bluepoint and Long Ireland, with a stop at Hoptron - a new brewhouse in Patchogue thats a definite must-go-to. On the ride between each brewery, we had beer, and music, and games. These guys also hold events, which I think is great. AND I didn't forget my growlers. Boom! read more

I seriously cannot express how much we loved our Tapped tour! Our driver Patrick was so great. He helped us load our stuff onto the bus, got us hooked up to the speakers so we can play our music, and had water bottles on ice for us. Everything was so organized. We pulled up right to each of the vineyards and Patrick hopped off and checked us in. It was seamless at each stop. Lunch at Cooperage Inn was so delicious and perfect for what we needed at that moment. We used Trapped Enterprises after researching many companies to commute our group of 30 from Long Island to various vineyards in the Hamptons. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Trapped Enterprises for being so organized and making this weekend adventure the greatest success imaginable! Our group consisted of 30 adults in their mid-20's. Our driver greeted us with the upmost level of professionalism, but we insisted he was comfortable and take is suit jacket off (it had to be 100 degrees outside that day) and join in on the fun. Our group was mixed 50/50 guys and girls. With that said the guys hoped we could stop at a brewery before the wine tasting began. Trapped Enterprises was so extremely helping working with us to ensure everyone's expectations were met. We first stopped at Great South Bay Brewery. It was a great way to start our tour, it was less than 40 minutes from where we were picked up. Each guest received 4 beer sample tickets. It was very quiet when we walked in but the fun was just beginning. The music was going and everyone was comfortable to either sit at a table, or play games like corn hole. There were many beers on tap so everyone had the opportunity to sample something they would enjoy. Second stop was at Sherwood House. Here we got to sit outside on a beautiful day while enjoying lunch and some wine. The inside of this establishment is very comfortable. The rooms were decorative and fireplace really made you feel at home. The staff working with us, Kristin, was knowledgeable and helpful with her recommendations. I will defiantly be back in the future with a smaller group to enjoy their cheese platters, oysters and lovely wine selection. Last was Vineyard 48. It was the right way to end the perfect day with an incredible view where we took loads of pictures. The young, energetic culture of this place was spot on with what we were looking for. Our party hats were on with the fun music room on one end of the venue. They handed out coins to allow us to sample wines. I was upset I did not get to sample the Sauvignon Blac as it was out, but I guess that just means I have to return. The service provided by Trapped Enterprises was great. I would have never known what places to visit in the Hamptons for this party adventure and they really did a great job planning our visits. They have great relationships with the people they work with to ensure your experience is nothing but the best.. They were aware of timeliness and helped us locate the group upon departure. Communication with this company before, during and after our trip was great. There is nothing bad I could say about Tapped and the individuals who helped coordinate the entire day from pick-up to drop-off. I worked closely with Kevin to organize the day and he handled all the details. We were able to hit up a great winery (which opened early exclusively for us), had a great meal and enjoyed so much beer at Bluepoint. I cannot say anything bad about Kevin, he handled my OCD random questions and was so great with keeping us on time and safe. Customer service at it's finest. Even though the weather couldn't hold out- we had a great time singing oldies on the bus back in the rain. After being on 2 trips now with Kevin and Tapped Enterprises, I will tell you it is a lot of fun. Kevin is a good guy who bought a bus and now drives drunk people around places. I went on the Yelp elite tour of LI breweries with Tapped, and on the Hunter Mountain ski trip. The tour was great as it was on his bus but Kevin did not get to party as he was driving us around. The other reviews here are about that, but I will write about the Ski trip. This was on a large bus and was sponsored by Port Jeff Brewery and Tap & Barrel both excellent establishments. We were all set with a full 1/2 barrel keg and a 1/6th of Port Jefferson Brew. Me and my friend were drinking beers at 4am on the bus. However we were not prepared for the animals that got on at Tap and Barrel. They were hilarious and were still partying from the night before. We got a prime parking spot steps away from the lodge. I don't know how Kevin managed that but it was nice! We rode/skied all day and at 3pm had a huge party in said prime parking spot. I got to drink beer with Mike the owner of PJ brewery the man who made it! There was a full out party going on and I saw some guys come over from Hunter Mountain and I thought we were going to get shut down but they wanted some food! I had so much of that 8% beer that I did not realize that my beer was freezing up as I drank it. Temperatures were in single digits. Probably the first time in my life I had to worry about my beer getting too COLD rather than warm! Overall though this is great. The girls going to wineries in their cat heels and limos are so mid 2000's. Beer buses and craft beer is where it is at! read more
