Perspective Bride & Groom's, we searched numerous transportation companies and Top Town/Ricardo gave us the most competitive rates comparing numerous transportation companies in the area. We did our due diligence on visiting each company and their vehicles and TT surpassed the quality for every single one of them. Party Bus, Transit & MKZ were top quality compared to other companies. Their Red Carpet service is great! To the future wedding parties out there, I have to give credit to Top Town, they did an amazing job, I wished we used them for our hotel shuttles (who were horrible - Montvale Marriott). My wife & I recently used Limo Ride for our daughter's 9th birthday celebration. We had to call several times to make changes to our itinerary. Every time we called, we spoke with someone named "Mike" who was always super professional and friendly. He even gave us some suggestions that were very helpful with setting everything up. The day of the event, our driver, "Joe" arrived early and set up pink & white balloons, along with a red carpet for my daughter and her friends. It was the 1st time any of them were ever in a limo, and he made it extra-special for all of them. Joe chauffeured around 9 little girls for 4 hours (while my wife & I followed behind), and I don't believe he ever went above 50mph. Every time he pulled over for them to hop out and snap pictures, he always interacted with them and they all seemed to love him! Also- every time they got back in, he made sure they ALL had their seatbelts on, before driving away. Hired a 38 passenger bus thru Limoride to shuttle my wedding guests between the hotel and wedding venue. Two trips between hotel and venue before cocktail hour and two trips after reception to hotel. Drivers got lost EVERY time out of the 4 trips causing people to partially miss the cocktail hour and delaying the round trips making the scheduled times so off that guests were waiting 30min.+ past what was scheduled. Why wouldn't you make sure the drivers knew the route? My wife and I were on the last shuttle back to hotel.. nothing like waiting for your shuttle 30min after scheduled pickup time then having the driver drive in circles LOST with a bus full of guests. Pay a few extra dollars and use a different company. read more

Highly disorganized business. I spoke with a few different reps and eventually came to their warehouse to see the vehicles. I'm so happy i didn't book with them for my wedding. Many of their vehicles are old and scratched up, with old vomit stains on the inside. I needed a bus to take a group of 20 to a couple different breweries and distilleries around Bergen County. Gary helped make that happen about 2-3 weeks before the event. The bus was excellent, very spacious. Our driver for the day was Oswaldo, and he was awesome. Before everyone boarded, we couldn't get the Bluetooth to work on the bus. While we were at the first location of the tour, he kept messing around with it and when we got back on to go to our next location, he got it working for us. We also asked him to run and get food across the street from the first location, which he did with no issue. I would totally book a bus with this company again. They were phenomenal. read more

I needed a stretch limo for a business outing on short notice (couple days) and went through a few limo company websites for a quote. Toptown responded quickly (the others took 6 hours to a day) which I was impressed with. Their prices also turned out to be similar with the others, but I would have gone with them even if they were a little more, just because of their responsiveness. I also had a few questions and called them directly to clarify the type of limo before committing. I needed a black stretch with two forward-facing seats for the VIP's then side and back seats, not the continuous curved bench kind of thing, and the person on the phone knew exactly what I meant and made sure I'd get the right one and that it would be appropriately prepped for a business outing. I quickly got a couple confirmation emails with all the details and the dispatcher's direct number to call if there were any problems. The driver showed up promptly and it was exactly the car promised. Our driver (Donato) was extremely knowledgeable about everything in northern NJ and Manhattan, where things were and the best ways to get there to avoid traffic. He was really cheerful and professional. We had one place we had to go for a 90 minute event, then after that we were going to just drive around on a kind of tour of Manhattan for my out-of-town guests. He knew where all the landmarks we wanted to see were located, and we went by them, stopped briefly at a couple, then decided to stop at the Empire State Building for an hour. He gave us his cell number and was there ready to pick us up when we were done. We then decided on lunch at a certain chain restaurant in Times Square, but our driver suggested if we went back closer to our NJ dropoff point there was another one there and it would avoid afternoon traffic and save us an hour of overtime. So he saved us money. He also made sure we understood the overtime charges before they happened (when I made the reservation they were also very clear about all that), so there were no surprises on the final bill. It was exactly as quoted and expected. All-in-all, it was a great experience, great driver, and great service by the company. No complaints at all. read more

Let me start by saying the only reason they are getting one star is because you have to pick one. We used this company for our wedding. We used a limo bus and a 1933 Rolls Royce. The review is strictly about the bus. The condition of the Rolls Royce was top notch ( the Rolls Royce is sub contracted ). We went to Limo Ride to pick out our bus. We specifically told them we did not want a bus with a stripper pole because it was being used for a classy wedding. They showed us the bus we would be getting with out the stripper pole and it was very nice. The day of our wedding the bus shows up and what a disaster. The bus had a stripper pole and reeked of marijuana. When the bus arrived every window was open including all emergency roof hatches as to air out the smell. My wife and I were unaware of the condition of the bus when it arrived. I was at the hotel waiting to be picked up and she was in the Rolls Royce. When the bus arrived to pick me and my groomsmen up the overwhelming stench of marijuana hit me as soon as I got on the bus. Then I noticed the stripper pole that we specifically said we did not want. We were driven to the church from the hotel. Upon arrival back onto the bus after church the stench of marijuana was stronger and again the windows were open as if to air out the smell. The drive from the church to take pictures was a nightmare. The driving was erratic, swerving, stopping short and just overall not normal by any means. Upon returning to the bus, surprise surprise the stench of marijuana was yet again stronger than previously. Again the drive from the pictures to the venue was very erratic and unprofessional.Upon arrival at our venue we had asked our driver to help with our bags. His response was " no, find someone inside to help you "! While watching us struggle with our bags just stood there with a smirk on his face. When we called Limo Ride a few days after our wedding to make them aware of how we were disappointed with the "service" they provided the response we received was just as shocking as the service. When we told them they sent the wrong bus there were no apologies. When we brought up the heavy aroma of marijuana they said it was from the previous night. So I guess sending a bus smelling of marijuana to a wedding is deemed acceptable by their standards! I would highly recommend avoiding this company read more
