The mysterious Google algorithms aligned with my destination-minded stars on a fateful Thanksgiving Eve. After researching various methods of transport from Montclair to Newark, I saw $$$ in my future. Fortunately, I had a feeling that a link to this shuttle service would promote great opportunity, so I decided to call. The price was right ($30 dollars for a one way trip or $50 round trip), and the pickup location was very convenient - right outside the Starbucks on Park St. The gentleman that runs this service is a sweet and personable. Though I was the only person on the shuttle at the time, he honored my appointment and delivered me promptly to Newark Airport. My only complaint is that the shuttle does not run after 6 at night. My late night cab ride home($60) would have covered the round-trip cost of this shuttle ($50). read more

The driver is great and always on time. The shuttle is clean and although you are sometimes the only one on the shuttle, you get to the airport pretty quickly. I just love how reasonable this trip is priced. read more

Shuttle is clean and comfortable; They called the night before and arrived few minutes before the schedule. Driver is exceptional and very pleasant and knows "Customer Service". You will definitely feel the southern hospitality! (He's originally from Georgia). We stopped over for a coffee along the way and driver never hesitated to comply. He even took a family picture before we left. Will definitely recommend to everyone and will use it again if ever were going back to NJ. Didn't mind giving extra tip for his service! I have no problem with the service. The problem is with deceptive billing practices. I arranged for a round trip from Montclair for 6 people to Newark Airport. I was told the price would be $90 each way. The man said this included everything (tolls, tax, etc) except the tip. He said I could pay by credit card, though the tip had to be in cash. He also said that he was waiving a $7 fee--I don't remember what it was for--perhaps because it was a late night pickup. I verified the $90 price with the driver when he picked us up. However, when we got to the airport and I gave him my credit card, he used it and then said he'd billed me for $180! This was not what we had agreed, but I accepted it because that was the round trip price; and I gave him a tip for his service. While we were away, I received an email indicating that I had been billed $187! When we returned, we were picked up by a different driver. (I also tipped him, because he had done his job and was blameless in the matter.) I explained the situation to him, and he said he'd tell whoever was in charge and they would get back to me and refund the $7. Just to make sure, I subsequently called My Airport Shuttle and left a detailed message, and waited several days--but no one got back to me. So I called my credit card company to dispute the $7 charge--not wanting to reward bad behavior. read more

Would have been zero stars if the site allowed. After a long flight from UK wanted to get to hotel. Had arranged for Shuttle to meet us between 6.00 and 6.15 we arrived at transportation centre at 5.50pm. The shuttle did not arrive. Made two phone calls and told that they were getting fuel and then told the traffic was heavy. Our hotel even tried to phone. The shuttle never arrived. Eventually at 7.28 we made other arrangements. I was recently in the NJ area over the Labor Day weekend and needed a ride back to the Airport. My friends recommended this shuttle service to me. I must say .... I was very pleasantly surprised with the upscale services that I received - they were on time, professional, very polite and courteous! My early morning ride was very relaxing and the gentleman driving was quite knowledgeable about the NJ/NYC area. This shuttle service actually ended my weekend trip with an A+++. A convenient and easy way to get from the Montclair/Glen Ridge are to Newark airport or any of the local cruise ports! The most reliable, most comfortable, most friendly, most reasonably priced way to get to/from Montclair and the airport. (Also to/from Glen Ridge and other nearby towns.) Traveling by yourself, this its the fastest, cheapest way to go to the airport; traveling with a group, this is the fastest, cheapest way to get to the airport.
