I booked a pick up in Newark. My flight was delayed, the company had all my flight information and was expected to check on flight times. I arrive at the airport and no driver. He says to me "you weren't there so I left" . He never called me, texted or even left a voicemail. Never checked the flight time. He just left the airport! He then shows up, 30 minutes later. The entire drive he is texting on his phone! This is a crime in NJ and totally unsafe. I don't know if it was the owner of the company or one of their drivers.
