I typically schedule my rides about two weeks in advance although I have made some arrangements with less notice. I like using Fox's service as it is way less stressful than driving myself. Their rates are fair. I know that I will have a courthouse, conscientious driver and a safe ride home which means a lot to me and is well worth the rates I pay.

I am so sorry to have to leave a bad review of any company…read more The main job of this company is to be on time to pick up and drive their customers. They cannot seem to do it. I booked a pick up in Newark. My flight was delayed, the company had all my flight information and was expected to check on flight times. I arrive at the airport and no driver. He says to me "you weren't there so I left" . He never called me, texted or even left a voicemail. Never checked the flight time. He just left the airport! He then shows up, 30 minutes later. The entire drive he is texting on his phone! This is a crime in NJ and totally unsafe. I don't know if it was the owner of the company or one of their drivers. It was completely unprofessional and not safe.
