He did a really great job at finding a spot we could all meet at as our group arrived at different times. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

I requested a quote from some other company via Yelp and I started getting all these…read morequotes from multiple companies and Onyx Limo & Car Services was the only company that took the time to write a specific quote for what I had requested (very specific instructions to multiple place in a very small amount of time). The other sent me a very generic email of standard prices, because of that I choose Onyx Limo & Car Services. We were picked up at the Airport and made to feel right at home from the moment we stepped into the SUV. Shawn was an absolute delight, very professional and spot on with directions, We spent almost 5 hours with him and were able to see and do everything that we had requested. We do not regret one moment of it or one penny! In fact we enjoyed our service so much that we arranged for him to pick us up from our hotel and carry us back to the airport once our trip was over. If you are looking for first class service I suggest Onyx Limo & Car Services! Thank you, Kim Byrd

When I asked if this was Onyx, he said yeah. Ok, so I proceeded to ask about getting a quote for pickup service and he said I need to email. He didn't offer a the email address or nothing. The reviews seem pretty good here but it's from years ago so maybe a change of management or I had the wrong person answering the phone this day.

The driver arrived on time and made our group feel comfortable on the spot. We were a mixed crowd and because the bus is designed just so it felt like 2 parties in one room! At one point it felt like we were in an NYC nightclub. I am a native New Yorker and if you are a tourist/fellow NYer looking for a safe, hassle free, accommodating ride NLT is where it's at! I would be remissed if I did not mention the decor of the bus - the pictures do not even stack up to the real thing - this bus is beautifully designed - black patent leather seating, red and white privacy shades, flat screen tv's everywhere you look,a booming up to date sound system - bring your phone/ipod and your ready to go (cables included!) a separate bar station filled with ice/bottled water and disposable flute champagne glasses, a stripper pole strategically placed toward the front mid section which allows plenty of room to get your party on! The flooring is beautiful and one could easily tell that this party bus is obviously someone's baby - lol. Damion was readily accessible and stayed in touch with me thru out the night, payment was easy (I used Paypal) and privately done. The driver knew where he was going (and we had quite a few requests) and somehow managed to keep a straight face the entire night -- LOL - I say this because our crowd was full of life and energy but our driver never missed a beat. We were safe, happy and most of all accommodated in each and every way by NLT. I suggest that you book your reservations now if you are considering a night out on the town but hurry because I can't imagine this service being so readily available come All Star weekend as their rates are the BEST and can only be outshined by their actual SERVICE!
