You call them up. They answer. You ask for the price to your destination. They text you the license of your driver. It's great, I have nothing to complain about. They're also dog friendly but I always mention I have one and his size before I disconnect from dispatch. I've had no issues. Since I live in Park Slope, they show up to my place in 5min and they don't cost much. It's cheaper than Lyft, Uber, etc. if you're going to any of the 3 airports (LGA, JFK, EWR). I pay in cash to keep it simple. Very happy with it.
