I ordered 10 boneless wings and fries at about 12:30 (and this is definitely partially my bad for ordering so late), but the wings were rubbery, poorly coated in seasoning, fries soggy, and they forgot the ranch. This place is FANTASTIC 9/10, but if you order food too late into the night, expect the food to be pretty inedible.

The Orem location feels more like a diner than a restaurant experience. If you are looking for a restaurant vibe this Orem location is not it. Server seemed quite annoyed he had to do basic things for us. Never asked to refill drinks. Finally had to flag him down to ask for water. Food was not Good. Items I have ordered many times in the past at other Wingers. Wish I took photos. Buffalo cauliflower was more scraps and barely covered in the buffalo sauce/ crispy fried batter. Mostly white with hints of orange. Spicy Mac and cheese was absolutely inedible with how much spicier it was compared to other locations. We took it home to give to my son and husband who order it often. They also could not eat it. Other items we ordered were also just off. Felt sloppy. I took someone here to lunch because I know other locations are great. Very disappointed. I wish I chose a different restaurant. Will not be back to this location ever.

Spring forward many years. Everything is still true. What I hadn't thought about is it's a great place with casual food and laid back atmosphere to visit with friends before going to a movie. Service is good and always friendly. The wings still good. The spiciness is Utah spicy. Nothing is going to make your mouth tinkle very much. They used to have more wrap options on the menu, which I always enjoyed with their grilled chicken, but everything else is no bueno for me. The fried chicken is tough and very stringy? I'm no expert but I think it's likely cause of how it's being frozen. I may be wrong, but whatever is the cause, the chicken is honestly always a let down. If it weren't a chicken joint, I wouldn't be so bothered by this fact, but alas. If you lather everything in their sauces, it's alright. On its own, very mid. Seems like slim chickens was pretty solid a few years ago when it opened, but nothing spectacular nowadays. There are other chicken joints around at a similar price point and I would have to recommend just about any of them over slim chickens.
