Best Wingstop in Utah valley. They actually sauce those wings up even if it's a dry rub. LOVE THIS PLACE!!

First time here and it was decent! We liked that it was an order and sit down restaurant…read more The service was just okay. The two works at the cash register seemed to care more about talking to each other than the customers. Especially because we shared it was our first visit and asked for recommendations. They were vague and not super helpful but that's okay. The unlimited salad bar was a little underwhelming. Some of the toppings seemed not very fresh and like they had been sitting out for a few hours. I also wish they had spinach as a lettuce option. I also wish they had hard boiled eggs, ham/chicken, bacon, etc. it would be more worth the price. I don't I would get this again unless they added some better items. The small plate is not worth $10. The garlic knots were nice and cheesy. They were very fresh and a nice starter. We both wished they had more seasoning/garlic. It tasted more like just the butter and cheese. If I order garlic knots, I want and expect, a lot of garlic. The chicken bacon pizza we ordered was nice and fresh. It didn't have a lot of cheese though and the ranch (which was the sauce) needed some more flavor. It had decent flavor overall, but with more cheese and seasonings, it would be better. The crust/pizza bread itself was delicious! I would definitely come back and the pepperoni pizza to give them a second chance!

The service was excellent and friendly. For the ambiance of the restaurant it was clean and not a single issue can be spotted. I would definitely be coming back here again. Keep up the great service.

Update: visited a second time and the atmosphere is exactly the same. The ambience is "we shoved a…read morefood truck into a building"...they even still have you ordering on an IPad and no one greets you and there's no condiments or napkins anywhere. After paying $60 for some chicken strips and fries we were handed our food in to go containers and I actually found myself asking the girl "is it okay if we eat in here?" Because it is NOT a welcoming environment. I feel bad for the man who has put his heart and soul in these recipes because the restaurant experience itself highly takes away from them. I would have preferred to be eating out of a food truck honestly. For $10 I can go to Oliver's in Pleasant Grove and get beef tallow fried chicken and fries plus a decent sized drink. At Chicken Boy three chicken tenders by themselves cost $13 then it's extra for fries and a small drink. It's crazy pricey. Initial review: This place has the potential to be very good, it just feels like it was opened by people who don't have a lot of restaurant experience. Not a bad thing! Just temper your expectations when you first go in. The owner says they are still moving in decor and such so I'm sure the place will have a more welcoming vibe soon. As of right now it's a little odd inside. It doesn't feel inviting or like a place that wants you to stay and eat. There are no condiments on the tables or napkins and there's only one trash can that I could see. They even gave us the food in a to-go container with no other option. You place your order on a screen even though there is a young man just standing at the front counter when you get there. For a place with only one thing on the menu (that you can order in a couple different ways) you'd think a human could be trusted to take the order. It was off putting. Then you have to trek all the way to the back of the restaurant where the very nice owner will pour your drink from the fountain and give it to you. But then you have to go all the way back to the front to wait for your food. Like I said: clunky. Now the food: the owner says it's his recipe and I commend him because it is well done. It could use a little seasoning in the batter but it's very crispy and the pieces of chicken are large and juicy. It works as a perfect vessel for sauce. The sauces we ordered were fairly standard. Honey mustard was heavy on the mayo, bbq sauce was typical, but the spicy maple sauce had my husband wanting to go back for more. He loved that. The cole slaw was...eh...not good. The meal cost us $17.00 but it was enough chicken for the two of us to enjoy. All in all, I am happy to see a gluten free chicken place and I hope it does well! I will say that my husband and I will only come back again when I am in the mood to make GF waffles at home because this chicken would be AMAZING as chicken and waffles. But that may be the southerners in us. It would also be great served with a side of GF macaroni and cheese or potato salad. Maybe if the owner reads this he can take it into consideration for future menu iterations.
