I wish I remembered our servers name, she was fabulous. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. My husband got some wings and a burger and I did the Korean rice bowl. The bowl was delicious, I just wish it had a little more heat. Husband had the Korean wings and he said the same thing but that the wings were cooked perfectly. Our son had the chicken Alfredo which you don't see on a kids menu very often and he loved it! All in all, this is going to be such a great addition to Fernley. Good food and family friendly!

The disappointment was the price. We used to eat at Taco Time for less than $10 per person. Always nice to have clean bathrooms when traveling. Food was fresh, hot, and good. Prices are high but guess what? Everyone's prices are high now. I had to sign over a kidney for my meat burrito but the wife's bean burritos are still relatively cheap. Fountain drinks and fresh brewed tea. Solid choices.

For the first time ever, I came across a taco truck that only has two meat choices and I'm not gonna lie, it made me nervous. The only options are Al Pastor and Carne Asada. I don't know if that ever changes. I decided to get 4 tacos. Two Al Pastor and Two Asada with everything on them. There wasn't really a wait either, the tacos came out super fast! Outside the truck, there are picnic tables with umbrellas which really helps with the sun mid day, and a cooler full of Mexican sodas. The tacos tasted as amazing as they looked! The Al pastor was my favorite and next time I'll be getting all of them with that instead of the asada. They came with onion, cilantro, hot sauce and an avocado sauce. Radishes, cucumbers and a fried Jalapeño. Everything complimented the tacos so well and I ate the entire box. Can I just say how much I LOVE it when tacos come with a fried Jalapeno! I honestly can't wait to go back and get more tacos! If you haven't tried Gordo's tacos in Elko yet, you need to!!

My review today is not good because the check-out clerk was rude and it's the second time she's been rude to me. She had really short dark brown hair and wears glasses. This would have been around 9:15 or 9:20 when I checked out. My receipt says Tam is the name but I didn't get a look at her name tag. I really don't like giving bad reviews especially when the store always looks clean and I can usually find what I need but I think the rudeness needs to be addressed. Hopefully a supervisor can have a conversation with the worker.

I'm not sure how much this store has changed since my mom worked there and I felt like I was cool because I was able to go find my mom and go places other people couldn't go. I grew up going to this store,and I even worked in the bakery for a few years. It was always the cleanest,friendliest,and had a great variety. Things that were in my opinion ahead of their time. A natural foods department that was well stocked with vegetarian and vegan food. A great deli and of course bakery. From memory it was a great store. It kept me clothed,fed,and entertained.
