It was made with 1/8 inch cut of chicken meat on one side of sandwich and on the other half of the sandwich 1/8 inch cut of chicken meat but worse only that half of the sandwich had only half meat on it. Terrible pizza! Stay away from this location. My thin crust pizza was overcooked, had no cheese, (even though I paid for extra cheese) no sauce, a few toppings in the center. It was basically a piece of dry crust. It was uneatable. We threw it away. To think I tipped them when they did such a horrible job. Shame on them. read more

Pizza quality is hit or miss. My last carry out order took over an hour to get done. I paid for the order using the Domino's app. Prior to leaving I asked the person working if they needed me to sign anything. She said "nope, you're good to go". A couple days later I got an email from the bank asking if I left a 93% tip at Domino's. I opened a dispute on the transaction, contacted Domino's corporate about the issue, and submitted a police report detailing the issue of attempted credit card fraud. Long story short the bank removed the fraudulent charge. 3 days after submitting the report to Domino's I got a call from the store manager asking for additional details. She offered to refund the cost of the order and asked for the number of the card that was used. I declined the offer and requested an update on the results of making her aware of the issue. Haven't heard anything yet and doubt that I will. I definitely won't be ordering from the store again. read more

Incredibly positive experience, honestly might be my best Domino's ever (despite few poor Domino's experiences). We got the $6.99 Mix & Match special and created our own 2 Medium pizzas (definitely recommend trying the garlic sauce with spinach & parm/asiago as your toppings and the barbecue sauce with chicken and onion toppings) with the Jaleoeno Pineapple Chicken bites (which do have cheese on them, so lactose intolerants beware). Wrong order taken, instead of mushrooms, he put down onions as one of the toppings. The pizza tasted quite disgusting. The worker at the counter looked very sloppy and totally unkept, dragging his feet and looking like he was sick and just uncaring. Waited two hours for delivery. Watched the driver fly by my house twice going at least 50 in a 25, only to see via the tracker, they went back to the store without delivering my pizza. Called the store multiple times, finally got through, and was told my account has a note that I'm an irate and rude customer and they can't deliver to me. After spending another 30 minutes explaining they deliver to me at least bi weekly and why would they even take the order if they can't deliver to me?! I was told by the manager that it's my fault they can't deliver because my house is hard to find so they'd send someone else out to deliver it but before I place an order again, I need to call them and make sure it's ok and they have someone to find my house. I declined a redeliver attempt as it had been well over an hour since the first attempt and I wasn't going to pay for cold pizza. Ok so here's the deal: I am going to rate the food separately from the service. The service at this domino's is fantastic. I ordered delivery this evening for dinner and I was BEYOND impressed with the quality of service I received. I ordered: Medium Hawaiian pizza: I literally could not find the cheese on this pizza. The pan crust was wonderful. It was crispy, flavorful and hot! 8 piece boneless chicken: The chicken was fatty and the breading was mushy. They give you 8 pieces for 5.99. Side items: ranch, bbq sauce, Parmesan and feta Food: 3 stars Service: 5 stars Altogether: 4 stars When I called to place my order, the cashier informed me that it would be about an hour for delivery. The total (including delivery) was 18.00 (affordable). The delivery driver arrived in about 15 minutes! I noticed that he forgot ALL of my side items and the cheese on the pizza was sparse. The delivery driver apologized profusely and insisted on fixing the problem. About 20 min later, the manager showed up at my door with my sides and a cookie for the trouble! They didn't make excuses or act annoyed that I'd complained. They alleviated the problem and offered dessert as a peace offering :). I am very impressed with this dominos. I had seen a television commercial advertising ordering Domino's Pizza on the Internet. So I decided to try it. At the Dominos.com website very prominently listed was a special good on Monday through Thursday. It was Monday so I decided to try it because it looked like a good deal. It was for a large (14") three topping pizza for $7.99. So I clicked on the special and tried to order it but I got a message saying "invalid promo code." I tried several times and I kept getting that. It was irritating to say the least. So I called the local Elko Domino's to inform them of the problem and the lady I got through to didn't even know about the special. I told her it was right on the website but from the tone of her voice it seemed like she didn't even believe me. Anyway she said she would check on it and put me on hold. Eventually after what seemed like a long time (I didn't actually time it with a watch however) she came back on the line and told me that they would honor the special. So I ordered it and went and picked it up. That was an off putting experience. If they advertise the special on their website then it should work and personnel at their stores should know about it. Anyway, I am giving them four stars because in spite of the trouble I had ordering the pizza the pizza itself was very good and I was satisfied with it. I got a pepperoni with mushrooms and green peppers and the toppings were quite generous. Some pizza chains skimp on toppings when you order a cheap special from them, but this pizza seemed like a regular pizza, not a cheap knockoff. It was cooked just right, it had plenty of cheese, the pepperoni was not greasy. Also, my service at the restaurant was prompt and courteous. So in spite of the problems I had with ordering I am recommending this restaurant. Just be cautious about the process if you order online. read more

When on the road, Domino's gluten-free pizza is a great option! Ever since dominoes rebranded themselves they have done marvelous things to reach a new crowd and provide products that everybody seems to like. Today they got my order wrong but when I showed up and noticed they were very quick to fix it make a new pizza and take care of the problem and for that I say thank you! Lots of friendly faces and employees who are wanting to be of much help :) Only positive criticism would be the lack of the ability to get a cup of ice with water. They have a modern pizzeria style dine in experience at this location.Very clean and nice. Came here at 8 PM on a Friday night and the kids were able to draw on a huge chalkboard and watch the cooks flip pizza dough in the air from steps that let you look through glass. Neat touches they added to Dominoes.The pizzas came out piping hot and so perfect tasting. Crispy and soft garlic butter crust and robust flavors on our sausage and cheese pizza.Topped it all of with ice cold root beer! Ahh the best small things in life.Simple pleasures. read more

So I'm posting this because on the stores sign and online, it's written that this store is closed at 1am. I went there at 12:10 and they had already closed the store. If the store is closed by 12, then change the time. Ordered online delivery last night pizza, wings and brownie. Arrived in a timely manner only problem no pepperoni on a pepperoni black olive pizza. Called to let them know the pizza was very good even missing the pepperoni,best customer service around. They offered to deliver another pizza we declined,offered a coupon to our phone we declined as we don't live here told her just wanted to let her know. What she did was reversed the full cost of our order on our credit card even tho we weren't expecting anything but an apology. These guys are amazing!! I only order online with them because I have better luck with my orders that way. Plus after 6 orders online you get a free pizza. They follow my directions to a T. Even when I politely asked the delivery driver to bring plates because I was in the middle of moving and painting, so of course all the plates were in a box still. He kindly double checked with me that I needed/wanted plates and brought me the stack of plates. One time my order has been messed up and I called the store. Within 10 minutes the driver was back with the forgotten sodas. They're always prompt and courteous with me. Hands down they're the place to go! read more

So I went to Dominos last to order pizza for my family for dinner, while I was waiting I decided to go up and watch them make my pizza so my son could check it out a nd t hey we're making my pizza without washing their hands and with no gloves one of the employees hands were so dirty the were pretty much black. So I asked to speak to the manager and I told him how nasty it was to be making my food with no gloves and dirty hands, and he told me they aren't required to wear gloves and they have hand sanitizer to put on before they make the pizza.
