Long story short the bank removed the fraudulent charge. 3 days after submitting the report to Domino's I got a call from the store manager asking for additional details. She offered to refund the cost of the order and asked for the number of the card that was used. I declined the offer and requested an update on the results of making her aware of the issue. Haven't heard anything yet and doubt that I will. I definitely won't be ordering from the store again.
