I order a coupon which comes with 2 medium pizza, 16 piece Parmesan bread bites and cinnamon bread twist. It was the first time I order a pizza with chicken, mushroom and green pepper. When I got home me and my family started eating it and I took a bite off the pizza and a piece felt hard at first I thought it was just a crunchy part of the pizza but it was a piece of wood. I was not gonna complain about it and above that the pizza tasted plain and it seem to have no tomato sauce which I didn't care about. I don't like to complain about food but then the cinnamon bread twist also came out horrible with no cinnamon so I decided to take the cinnamon back along with the piece of wood. I told the manager everything and he seem chill at first until I brought the pizza and he started saying I was lying about the piece of wood. We went back and forward for a while although the problem I had was the cinnamon bread twist I didn't like how he kept calling me a lier and saying " you put the wood in the pizza if you wanted a free pizza you could have said so" when I stated I don't care about the pizza nor the wood my only problem was the cinnamon bread twist which they did replace but it was disrespectful how he came at me calling me a lier and how he has been working there for 5 years and he never had an issue like that before. I showed him I order from here often and I had no reason to lie nor put a piece of wood into my own pizza and bite into it just to cause a problem for them. This is the piece of wood I gave it to him and he took a picture. Then I threw it away in their trash can this was also all before the argument started. I headed home to get the pizza bc he said he needed it back when I return he came at me and that is when he started calling me a lier then I ask for the picture which is the one above with a mushroom hanging off it. Then I ask if I can get it back from their trash which was empty when I threw it away he said "no you can't have it back I already threw it away" although the bag was empty makes no sense to throw a whole bag with nothing in it away makes me believe he was the one lying and didn't want to own up to their mistake and just find it unprofessional and disrespectful to call me a lier and not be able to apologize. I didn't expect nor wanted a free pizza or refund or whatever he thought I wanted. Just respect and being able to own up to their mistake was enough but they can't even do that. read more

I have been here twice, I guess it is cause I am a slow learner....The first time sucked so bad I threw the food out, I thought ok lets try again, I got pizza Buffalo wings and the chicken Alfredo. The pizza sucked of course. The wings were micro sized and like the worst rubber texture with the worst disgusting rubber flavored rubber. My husband is a disabled vet, and the audacity of a delivery driver questioning him about him parking in a disabled parking spot, clearly my car has the disabled plates. Placed order through app which was pretty easy. Estimated time for pick up(since they don't deliver in my area anymore) between 7:38pm and 7:48pm. Followed instructions for curb side delivery. Notified that I was there and hazard lights were on. Time is now 8:05pm. Had to get down to find out what was going on since no one was answering the phone at the store. Go in And ask about my order, I was told it wasn't even started and it would take another 20 minutes. Told the cashier to cancel and went to Little Caesars that had the pizza ready in 10 mins. We love domino's, it's our usual go to BUT it truly disappointed us today. I placed an order on their app before heading out of work and got it delivered. I had a long day at work today and we just wanted so nice comfort food. What better than pizza? Honestly it would of been better if I had just went home and cooked us a meal. One of our pizzas was completely wrong. They added pepperoni and my husband can't eat it for health reasons. Thank god I noticed before he did. I then got on the phone to tell them about their mistake and see if we could get our pizza replaced, I was on hold for 16 mins before my husband said "let's just go up there" I staid on hold as we drive to domino's. It was 23 mins by the time I reached the store. I hung up and went inside and found out why they didn't answer. The lady & the guy in the store have blaring music. Both of them had ear buds in anyways so what's the point of the blaring music? The phone kept ringing the ENTIRE time we were in the store. The guy came up to me and asked me if I wanted to order. I told him the issue and all he said was "she'll be able to help you" the lady came over and she could barely hear me over the blaring music and her ear bud. I had to ask her twice what she had said. It took them about 20 mins to get us the correct pizza and if it wasn't for James, the driver that delivered our pizza we wouldn't of gotten our pizza that was sitting at the end of the conveyor over. He's the only reason this place even got a 1 star rating. They need to get their things together. We'll be going to Pizza Hut from now on, can't believe it's taken 2 hrs for us to get our dinner. My wife ordered an online order for delivery however the app put it at the wrong store. The manager Robert called to tell my wife that his drivers would not be willing to make the extra 10 minute drive to our house. My wife then asked if any driver would be willing to make the drive since the app doesn't allow you to choose your store for delivery and Robert started yelling at my wife and said "I don't like your tone with me" and then hung up the phone before she could confirm the order was canceled. She called back to confirm and Robert the manager answered again. She asked if the order was canceled, he yelled at her again, and hung up. I called a third time and spoke with a very nice assistant manager who told me that Robert the general manager was out on a delivery. He said he could assist me with my issue with how a general manager treated a customer. I explained the situation and how my wife got upset, rightfully so, by the sheer level of disrespect shown by a general manager. All of a sudden Robert grabbed the phone from the helpful assistant manager and told me we were harassing his store. I attempted to explain how disrespected we felt as customers just trying to simply order pizza. He completely talked over me, berated me and then yelled something I couldn't understand because his voice was trembling so much from dealing with a customer calling for answers as to why he was so rude. He then hung up. I don't know what it takes to become a "general manager" at Dominos but common courtesy and the ability to deal with the slightest conflict are apparently not apart of the position. The woman then proceeded to walk over to the computer, log in and touch other surfaces, then returned to the line to continue preparing food and never washed her hands or applied gloves. This is disgusting beyond belief!! She was putting topping and cheese on peoples food with God knows what on her hands!!! This location has very bad customer service. I went in to order a pizza and about 10 min later someone finally ask can they help me. I place my order and was told it would be about 20-30 before my order would be ready I expect that. After 25 minutes later I see that the employee was boxing up pizza and placing them to be pick up. After placing for pick up the employee got on his/her cell phones and bothering to ask my name to if one of the pizza was mine. I waited 5 more minutes and finally ask if my pizza was ready. The employee looks up finish with their text message and went to look to see if my pizza was ready. Well my pizza was ready so I ask for packages of cheese and red peppers and I was told they are out. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This location is by far the worst out of all of them. They have 10 people there and they're backed up cause one lady. ONE LADY. Is making the pizzas, and when I went in 1 and a half hour later they didn't even have it ready and 10 people were waiting as well. Hell even after I convince them to give me the pizza that was lying out unboxed, half of their staff don't answer or even acknowledge you unless you tap them on the shoulder or throw a pebble at them (I didn't do that but you get the point) the pizza was decent and for 22 fucking dollars I get burned and crappy cheese bread. I was so excited when they re-vamped this location. I usually order through the app, and have had no issues with delivery. Until....recently. Delivery times are more than an hour. For pick up, I get an estimate of a really odd time such as "14-27" minutes. I went to pick up pizza since delivery was backed up. My tracker app stated my order was boxed and ready. Last night, horrible. My order had not even been processed. It took 45 minutes in all, most of which I had to sit and wait for them to start my order. No apologies were given. No offers for the next time. All I could hear were employees stating they were short handed. That place was full of employees. The most I had ever seen. Maybe 2 were out for delivery. But that kitchen was packed. Looked like the manager was just farting around not really doing anything to help. He was more or less hiding from complaints. That is just not cool. We had stopped using dominos once before when some guy showed up for delivery over an hour later and just gave our pizza to us. It was cold. It had slid around in the box. Additionally, I built my own pizza once and paid for extra stuff. I didn't get what I ordered. This is a huge chain. We finally got our order at 8:10pm, only to have it cold, missing half the order and two hours late. I specifically wrote under special instructions to NOT DRIVE IN THE GRASS! It's been raining for hours! I have a crushed rock driveway you can drive on perfectly. I also have a BIG slab of concrete he can drive on and turn around on. No need to get on the grass at all! He pulls in and down my driveway and turns directly into the GRASS!!! Worst pizza experience I have ever had!! The person who I spoke to on the phone sounded like he had no idea what he was doing, I had to ask my own questions on how long it would take and how much it was going to be, it took him forever to make the order and I had a bad feeling from the minute I got off the phone with him. The delivery person arrived and he was nice gentleman. I should've checked my pizza before signing the receipt and him leaving though. When I opened the boxes, it looked like they had boxed the pizza as if they were in the middle of a tornado, or the delivery guy did not know how to drive. Maybe they don't know how to train employees properly. I set my dogs food nicer than what they were trying to give me. I got a refund immediately, but this is BS and not acceptable whatsoever. Explains why they are so slow as their delivery guy was saying. Never ordering from this place again, and I would recommend to read these reviews before thinking of ordering from this place again. We are celebrating a 4 year olds birthday. We ordered pizza and have been waiting for over 3 hours. When we called they said the driver was on his way and they were understaffed. We said the tracker said it had been delivered. They said"the tracker isn't working properly. They told us the driver was almost here. We kept waiting because their was the birthday boys choice of food. We eventually called back are we're on hold for 30 minutes. They then told us the driver was back and they were going to ask what happened. 3-4 year olds are beyond hungry and crying. Thanks for making this awful!!! I finally got thru and was beyond upset because they kept making up stories of the status of our delivery. I requested a refund and we are scrambling to make food. Not only do I not recommend this place but I will call corporate tomorrow and let them know that we will never order from them again because of this location. read more
