I normally go with the MOD size, which is an 11 inch, I substitute for a cauliflower crust, and pile it up with veggies and more veggies. The leading cast member is the garlic. Lots and lots of it. The more the merrier. I also like a lot of mushrooms and jalapeños/Serrano peppers. The pizza is usually ready within 10 mins. I've noticed their pizza oven. This is my first time back at this location since they have reopened and remodeled...love what they did with the place. It's much more open, vibrant, inviting and spacious! Workers were efficient and friendly. The line to make your pizza was fast and food came out pretty quickly. If you haven't tried their cauliflower crust then you're missing out...it honestly taste like a regular crust and you can't even tell the difference. It's supposed to be a healthier option. Only thing is they only sell the cauliflower crust as 11". My only criticism is and that the worker who made our pizza didn't change out her gloves. I only say that because on my pizza I asked for jalapeños and my 10 year old daughter ordered right after me...my daughter could taste a little of the jalapeños. It's not a super big deal for us, but they have to be mindful if someone has a food allergy then that can be big deal...life threatening even. So glad I came today, I met up with one of my friends who I haven't seen in some time and this was a great choice! The pizza came out relatively quick and honestly it was cooked perfectly. The cheese was runny, the crust was crisp, and the added options for sauce made everything perfect. The staff was very nice and even tracked me down after they called me a few times. Wow tonight's service was the worst I've experienced in a while. The older gentleman boxing pizza's tonight (9pm) was completely overwhelmed.
