Ordered delivery from this location 4 times over the past year with no problems. Last night I ordered again on the app as I have previously. I checked about 30 minutes later to see where the driver was and saw she was about 3 minutes away from my house (1 mile down the road). I then got a call from the driver stating I was out of their store delivery area, and she would not be delivering to me despite the fact she was 3 minutes away with the already prepared food. She became rude with me and told me I would have to call the store manager. I then called and spoke with Emily, who insinuated I was lying claiming I have never had pizza delivered from her store. I have ordered from here regularly for about a year now and have only experienced one minor issue (they made me a large instead of a medium but charged me for a medium). The workers are always friendly to my kids who love to watch them make the pizzas and I'm usually impressed by how professional and hard-working the workers are when I come in, which is rare nowadays with so many young workers not actually working. I will no longer support or buy from this business. I absolutely love our small town and many of the businesses here and their employees are so supportive of my hearing and communication needs. Communication IS NOT a one size fits all situation. I am hearing impaired and do not use sign language! Writing to me or using voice recognition on my phone or a translation device is how I need to communicate. It is not a entitlement but a NECESSITY and when that NECESSITY is shut down by others, that is NOT OK. I have ALWAYS had pleasant experiences prior to this visit, with many of the employees at this location. They were always kind and helpful especially in regards to my hearing impairment. The manager Marco WAS NOT kind, helpful or understanding of my communication needs which angered me immensely. He was flat out refusing to answer my questions, and was refusing to have a conversation with me about my disappointment in his employee that hung up on my Son and our order. I am hearing impaired and asked him at least 5x to write to me so that we could have dialog about my order and what was wrong and how we could resolve whether my order was wrong because of a online glitch, or operator error, regardless of blame I wanted a resolution and my pizza remade. My Family had chosen to order pizza that evening as my son and I were both sick at home, and looking for something quick and delivered to make things easier that evening. We ended up having to leave our home sick, to come in to the store after being hung up on to resolve this issue. And low and behold, the manager MARCO refused to discuss, or answer my questions or write anything other than "have a nice night, here's your refund" I asked him multiple times to work with me to find a solution and to please remake our pizza, that I didnt want a refund, I just wanted our pizza, THE WAY WE HAD ASSUMED WE ORDERED IT ONLINE. I don't know what we were thinking....after all the previous bad experiences we decided the try this location one more time...and true to form their miserable performance exceeded all the past. I do not understand how a business that cares so little for it's quality and it's customers continues to survive...but it does. Last nights order was placed at 7:24PM. The anticipated completion was 8:06. It left the store at 8:28...and arrived at 9:10. Cold, soggy and horrible. I was apparently not satisfied with that level of failure so I called the store for more misery..and I was not disappointed. After multiple attempts to get someone to answer the phone, Jacob finally picked up the call. He was uncaring, uninterested and sounded genuinely unconcerned. We have been ordering from this Domino's in Cameron Park since they opened on Green Valley Rd. We got a bad order one time, but when we called them, they made it right. We have been real happy with their service, whether we go in for pick up or delivery. And they're not over priced like the other pizza places near here. This place is filthy dirty.. the entrance door along with the exterior and the interior windows are all smudged with hand prints. There are cob webs hanging from the ceiling and the pizza oven is loaded with dust and looks like it hasn't been properly wiped down in years. It makes me really question their sanitation practices behind the scene since they clearly don't care what their first impression offers to their customers and I'm surprised they pass state health inspections. Wow, totally shocking. Just called this location and although they are open until 1am on a Saturday night. We call at 11:55pm and they said they were longer taking any more orders for the night as a whole.. That's over an hour before they were meant to close as confirmed by the on duty manager Dante, who was happy to reject our business as paying customers and as it was a Saturday night we asked if he could refer us to another location that would possibly be able to Serve us until the standard opening time. But he had no clue. This to me is a major negative and shows poor customer service and lack of wanting to generate sales for his store. I highly recommend never order from this location!!! As a bystander I watched pizza dropped off at a neighbors door. After realizing my neighbor wasn't home, I messaged my neighbor and went over to checked the receipt. It was delivered to the wrong house. So I called Dominos to explained what happened. The scary thing, they seriously sent the delivery driver back to pick up the pizza that has been sitting outside in the cold and unsupervized for maybe 35/45 mins, so they can deliver in to the correct house.
