Really disappointed with my experience. The Domino's app wouldn't let me select a pickup time any earlier than an hour out, which was clearly an issue with the app. I explained the situation to the employee, and he initially told me that he would give me a credit because of the inconvenience. However, after I explained that the problem was caused by the app and not something I had done, he suddenly changed his mind and said, "Actually, I won't be giving you a credit." I understand that mistakes happen, especially with an app, but it's pretty frustrating when the employee acknowledges the issue and offers a credit, only to take it back after you've explained what happened. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expected. read more

It took about 30 minutes for them to make pizza when nobody was in there. No crust in the pizza, really cheesy and burnt bread. The pizza has not that great of a smell. Overall 2 stars read more

I order pizza and 3 Philly sub sandwiches. When you order Philly subs you get a load of bread. They give you no meat. I started eating half of one of the subs then opened the other half to the sub. See photo. I opened the other and again, no meat. This is BS. Don't order subs at all. They sell you loaves of bread and may give you a sliver of something on your loaf of bread read more

Do not patronize Domino's. I have received coupons in my email for purchasing products in Belton. The latest fallacy is that your points can be redeemed. The thing is, their coupons DON'T WORK and lead to dead corporate links. This has happened before, but now I am done after the store manager wouldn't talk to me and told me to call corporate. I asked for the corporate number, and the guy on the phone said the manager told him it's on the website. During these pizza wars, where the chains are nearing bankruptcy (MOD, Papa John, etc), this excuse of: IT IS CORPORATE'S PROBLEM does promote positive advertising. Negative advertising travels 5x faster than positive advertising. I intend to spread this message. Your patronage does not matter to this location, just your immediate order and that is it! read more

Absolutely the worst pizza. And expensive! And driver just left at door and we noticed 30 mins later. I hope i can remember to NEVER order here again! read more

Yes I understand you're busy but at least acknowledge the customer and not make them wait 5 minutes of waiting at the counter to pick up their order. While waiting I observed an employee drop a delivery food box and then place it back on the delivery shelf! My response from a manager when I brought it to their attention was- we usually will say something unless we're busy. This place has made me no longer want to visit any food establishment again, def not them. read more

Josh was amazing! He was very professional and helpful. He made my evening with his great personality! He was patient in helping me select my food and made me laugh throughout the entire process! We need more people like Josh working with the public! Kudos to Dominoes for hiring him! read more

Domino's Pizza - three slices of pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - Belton, Texas

I had a horrible experience with the store manager on 12/31/2020 @ approx 1:30 in the afternoon. I placed an order with an approximate delivery time of 28-38 minutes according to the delivery confirmation email. While I understand orders can run late due unforeseen issues, however the store manager, Roxanna was very rude, dismissive, and argumentative. I called to check the status of my now late order of an hour. I watched the tracker patiently as it said my order was out of the oven being "quality checked" for well over 30 minutes at this point. I was told that the order was ready but they were short handed with only 2 drivers. That it was not her fault that people don't want to work. I asked how much longer it would be, as my order was already cooked and sitting under a heat lamp, and was told it would be an additional 45 minutes. This was not acceptable. I tried to explain to Roxanna that I wanted hot fresh food not something sitting under a heat lamp for over an hour and a half. She was dismissive and argumentative stating she would remake the order and let it sit there for the 45 minutes until a driver could get back to deliver it. In the end, due to the argumentative state of the phone call, I cancelled the order and told Roxanna I will not order from Dominos as long as she is the store manager. She was quite fine with that and tried to change her story on what she said to me during the course of the call after I asked to speak with her boss. Fifteen minutes after talking to the store manager and canceling my order, the driver shows up with my order, with no idea that the order had been cancelled. So either the store manager lied about the food still being at the store, (possibly already with an overloaded driver) or she didn't cancel the order and let the driver waste his time delivering a canceled order (could have been delivering the other "7" orders the manager said were waiting to be delivered). I did contact the district manager and he offered me 2 free pizzas and 2 free sides as compensation. Although a generous offer, I cannot and will not return to this location as long as she is the store manager. If and when that changes I will happily update my review. read more

Constantly messing up my orders, understandably they get busy but still come on. My bottles sodas normally come flat, always usually something with my order is normally jacked up. I'll gladly drive to Temple to get Marcos or even better to drive ip to Papa Johns. read more

When I placed my order online, it showed that the order should be ready for pick up in 17 minutes. I got to the store and it was showing 45 minutes. I went inside after about 20 minutes more at this time it was about at 35 minute mark and they told me another half hour. Ended up being 56 minutes to get a medium pizza and then when I got it the crust was burnt in the middle and dried out and cold. I know they cost more, but I'm going back to Papa John's. When they tell me 20 to 25 minutes it's ready in 20 to 25 minutes. And I have yet to have one burnt or miss built. I guess I can chalk this up as a learning experience read more

As wd be expected- quick service, friendly workers, pizza as good as anyone else in town for less + a drive-through window.

So I called last night at , 10:00 pm they couldn't do contactless carry out and then he said it would be 1hr 30 minutes for me to get my food when I was literally 2 minutes away on 1st Ave, I think if you're going to offer a service you need to do it, don't promote contactless carry out and I can't utilize the service. And seriously hire more drivers if your gonna have wait times out almost 2 hours! The only people that would wait for a pizza that late are drunks and stoners and i I was neither lucky me , I ordered papa John's and they were at my house within 30 minutes, now that's service!!! read more

Hey whoever just delivered my pizza right now.... don't bang on my MF door, I have two kids sleeping, and then say and I quote "you're the 1/1000 person that complains" and then act like an arrogant asshole when you drop it off read more

I placed a large order on the app. The team had it rolling through the oven minutes before I needed the order so it would be hot and fresh. Thank you for having the order correct and ready on time for pick up! read more

It's pizza so I can't give 1 star, can't complain unless it's botched. Our pizza was made before we placed the order. The parking lot was full with employee vehicles. To order the pizza I had to wait an annoyingly long time to hear all of the specials and company ads. Not a 1 star kind of guy, but come on, get y'all's act together. read more

I'm really starting to get fed up with the overpriced crap food options in Belton. They no longer offer Parmesan for their pizza. If I have to stop by the grocery store to get some, I may as well buy a frozen people and skip the over priced middle man. read more

Pizza was delectable and the crust was yummy. I always love buying pizza at this location. I've never been unsatisfied! Today we did a carry out and I saw the coolest drawings in their chalkboard wall! The art really set a good impression on their quality of food as well as their presentation. read more

Domino's need to hire staff who can do simple math. I sent my grandson in to pay for a pick up with cash. The girl gave him incorrect change. I should have went in then to discuss it with them. Instead I called. She had to put me on hold to ask her manager because she doesn't know math. They then want to put me out and drive back to get my dollar. I'll contact the company instead. It's the principle of the thing. read more

Great pizza. Courteous, polite, punctual and professional employees. We had our pizza delivered to the nearby LaQuinta. Great service! read more

Food was good, but we try to order late last nite and they wouldn't let us pay with a card.... said we could only order if we payed cash.... it was little inconvenient trying to scrape up $40.... other than that it was good read more

Ordered a pizza and cheesy bread, the total was just over $25. I gave them a $50 as that's all I had on me at the time. They said I needed to go to a gas station and break the $50 because they didn't have change. If you own a restaurant you'd think you'd have more than $20 in change and not give the customer a hard time about it. I will not order from this place again. read more

Great service over the phone, food was delivered in less than the quoted time, the driver even called to verify which subdivision we lived in because it's a new house and new neighborhood. Food was hot and order was exactly what we ordered....even down to the 1/2 toppings and light sauce! read more

O the Pizza was burnt, no sauce, cut in to squares & no cheese packets. Would not order from your company again, I called the local store and chewed manager out she made me another pizza. But first impression, this has never happen at Pizza Hut I NEVER GOTTEN ANY BURNED PIZZA from them. I not sure if the used their car to flatten the dough it was hard. The other pizza had some of the tops where blackened, like they have the flame up to high and need to be check by maintenance person. read more

This place is a joke. You get $2.00 worth of food but pay $9.46 and the quality is below average. I don't think this place will stay in business long. My advise, go to Popeyes or Golden Chick instead. read more

Just wonderful, ordered online with no issues at all. My son was having a bad day and wanted a smiling pizza, we called and Domino's delivered. It was perfect and made my son's day. One of the best in the chain...always hot, fresh, and friendly!

We've been ordering from this location for a couple years -we order pizza about twice a month. I always order online and have never had an issue with the delivered order. The pizza is usually quite good for chain pizza although we have occasionally received pies that were slightly over cooked. read more

Pizza is hot and on time. Only wish is they sold cold beer...

Pizza did not deliver within an 1 1/2 hours. Delivery was suppose to be in 30 minutes. Called, it was ready but waiting for driver to come back. I asked if pizza was going to be cold. Manager said they would make another one, but we did not have time to wait another hour. Manager was rude, and snappy about the issue. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE! I have NEVER had a bad experience! The food is always correct, on time, and delicious. I've been ordering from this location for about 4 years. I usually prefer carryout, but every once in awhile choose delivery. Both have always been perfect. This store is hands down the best "fast food" crew I have ever come into contact with. They are always friendly, personable, and efficient. Best chain pizza in Belton, for sure! read more

The Belton, Texas Dominoes rocks.....even on a busy Saturday night they still deliver the best pizza ever. Thank you

We're new to the area and live in Salado. Have always been a fan of Domino's, and this is the closest location to us. We've ordered twice for pick-up, since we're not in their delivery radius. Both times they have forgotten something or made a mistake with our order. Unfortunately, we didn't find out until we got home. 1st time they forgot the extra sauces that we ordered for our wings and cheesy bread. The second time, tonight, they did not put mushrooms on our pizza (though it's indicated on the box tag) and they forgot the extra sauces, though my wife asked about those before she left the store. Making me rethink whether we'll order from this location again. read more

I use to think this place was amazing but I've lost my trust in them. This place has terrible costumer services there manger hung up the phone on me while I was on the phone with them. They took are food that we ordered to another house and they didn't even CALL us and if we wouldn't of called they wouldn't of brought our food. DO NOT ORDER YOUR FOOD FROM HERE!!!! read more

I loved this place but not tonight. I told the guy that I wanted plan cheesy bread with my order and he even asked me again if it was plan I told him yes but when it gets here not bread the guy calls and talks to the manager and mind you I can hear the lady on the phone and her tone towards what he was saying was rude. But she wanted me to make a new charge to my card just for the bread. Not going to happen so when I called up to the store myself to say something all they still wanted me to make a new charge on my card so that is not going to happen. The manager could have asked the guy that took my order why I was not charged or what happened to why it was not on the order in the first place. I used to order all the time but I would rather go get nasty pizza from pizza hut then order from here again. The management is rude now that they changed management. Not happy at all. I am done with Y'all. read more
