This place is young, and staff are learning. Which wich is a weakness of mine, and I was psyched to have one near work. They have a TON of options, including a bowlwich (salad with all the sandwich fixings, minus the bread), and if you're intimidated, bows the time to go: when I went during lunch, that had an employee stationed at the door to help customers unfamiliar with the process. Why the 3 stars? The mistakes made were simple. I ordered a ham and bacon salad. What I received was a salad (yummy) with a slice of ham thrown on top- no bacon. The ham was not diced or sliced at all, simply tossed on top. There was only one customer behind me the entire time I was in line and waiting for my order (about 6-7 minutes). Hopefully these things get ironed out. It's good food, but the presentation was sloppy and I'd suggest you dig around in your salad or sandwich before leaving the store :) read more

Their sandwiches were delicious! We had Philly, club, chicken and BLT. I wanted a Rueben, but they were out of corned beef. The bread is flaky and tasty. The meat and all toppings tasted fresh. Plenty of seating but it was all dirty tables when we walked in at 2pm, but were cleaned before we sat. It's attached to a CEFCO, so save some money and get your fountain drinks and cookies from there. read more

Today I made a order for my 2nd attempt at this store in which the 1st attempt was not pleasant as well. Today's visit went surprisingly disrespectful and appalling to say the least. I arrived, ordered and paid for my sandwiches, got my drinks and sat down to wait. After approximately 20mins I realized that the 3 customers behind me had been served and sandwhiches in hand I went up to the counter. The young man/employee working (the only worker present) states to me, "oh you had the online order?" I replied, "no I made the order standing here." while showing my receipt. His response was, "oh someone must have taken your order then." I replied with, "no one else has been in here and you've never called my name". He replied, "Well that's not my problem." I said, "I don't understand when my husband comes here there's no issue, this is the second time I've been here and everytime the order cannot be produced. Just go ahead and give me a refund." He commenced to be disrespectful and tell me, " you can lick my balls." Customers all the while standing in line watching this behavior. He then told me to leave he was not going to give me a refund and informed me, "I (he) am the one in charge here" when I asked to speak to a manager. I stated, "its illegal to not issue a refund yet also not provide a product." He then came from behind the counter after saying a few other things and locked the door to the store, saying outloud, "everyone will need to leave out the Cefco(convenience store attached to the store)." At this time I internally questioned the safety of myself and the other customers as well as this employees intentions. I verbalized to him that I was dialing the police station. While on the phone making the complaint to the police dispatcher the employee then repeated again to me, "like I said you can lick my balls". While I was on the phone he left the store and went to the Cefco returning with a woman and a police officer. I expressed my concern to the officer and requested a refund in which the woman now states, "I'll have to call the GM." She walked to the back. I continued to speak to the officer. While speaking to the officer, the male employee continued to be rude and disrespectful making disrespectful comments. The officer told the male employee to step back. The male employee left the area and returned to the sandwich station and initiated to make a sandwhich. The female "employee" as I am unsure if she was an employee or not as she came from the Cefco, returned and informed me that the GM wanted my name and # so that she could re-make my sandwiches. I informed her that the GM does not need my name nor number as I would not be returning as this is my second experience with this male employee and I would be contacting corporate over this disrespectful and disgusting matter, I again requested a refund. The woman employee took the receipt and then refunded the transaction. While the female employee was in the process of preparing the refund the male employee returned near the counter and voiced, "bitch, how about you take your fat ass somewhere else." The woman employee instructed the male employee that, "hush, she already said she's calling corporate." He replied with, I don't care I have the right to respond to how I want." She replied, "no you have the right to refuse service." The refund was received. The police officer was standing at the counter during this conversation in it's entirety. The officer also asked if the cameras work and are on the same circuit as the Cefco. It just absolutely appauls me that this behavior occurred today. My first visit with this store ended in a refund as well. A little over 2 months ago I ordered in store and sat for 46 minutes. I then questioned my order and was ignored by this same male employee. I had to report to court for jury duty that day July 19 so I had to leave to make it in time, so I just left the store. I returned later and requested a refund and he refunded the ticket with no problems. The behavior of this employee was very disrespectful, and I can't seem to stress that enough. The attitude and disrespect from a employee to a customer that has maintained cordial within the conversation is disdainful. The continued customer disatisfaction and reviews for this store is horrendus. My family and friends will definitely NEVER return! The service standard is nonexistent here. read more

Have loved this chain for years and used to eat there often in Dallas. Kept forgetting there is a location now in Belton, decided to go because I was in town. Googled it for location and hours, was shocked to see so many one star reviews in google. Hours state 10:00-10:00 on Sundays. Arrived at 8:15. Open sign was off and as we parked a guy walked up and locked the door. Myself and another customer watched him do this and he just pointed to the turned off open sign like we were idiots. Probably a little early in this location's tenure to be doing a fair review. Right now it's run by learners. The club sandwich we shared was pretty good. Which Wich apparently uses steam in the process to make roll with a thin crusty surface on a soft bread. That's always a good thing. The bread was very good. The fixings were fresh and ample. I just happened to see it at the gas station I needed to stop at midweek for lunch. I tried the breakfast sandwich with a few changes. It took a long time for it to arrive, but it was worth the wait! The staff was very attentive and I got what I ordered exactly. I was impressed with the presentation and freshness of the ingredients. I ate it so fast I didn't take a photo. The egg oozed out and was fun to eat. I would bring my family here if we aren't in a rush. Definitely a nice place to read their papers and take time to enjoy your day with great food. read more

We have come here several different times at different times of the day. It doesn't matter it's a 12PM rush or 8:30 at night.. there will be two people working and they will seem to move in slow motion. You can expect to wait 20-30 minutes for a sandwich at times. Sandwiches are great, but customer service and employees' slow, robotic moves gives this place a 3/5. They need to pick up someone from Jimmy Johns to show them a thing or two. Also, the last and final time we went this past weekend, the employees were rude and simply didn't care. We had to have one of our sandwiches re-made three times. Had an amazing experience the first time I went there. I had gotten a shake and it was delicious, so delicious that I went back a few days later with my fiance to get another one. We ordered it online, while in the parking lot and went in about 5 minutes later to grab them. We ordered an oreo shake which is supposed to be white with pieces of oreo, what we received was a chocolate soupy mess. We apologized and asked if we grabbed the wrong order. Before my fiance could finish his sentence, the woman working, Rhonda, cut him off and said "that's the right shake hun." My fiance apologized again and asked if it was the oreo shake- she cut him off again and very rudely said "Nope. That's the right shake, have a good night." My fiance apologized one last time and headed out. I turned around to ask her why she was being so rude. Before I could get a word out she rudely yelled "Have a great night ma'am." Absolutely horrible service. We will not be coming back. Rhonda should really work on her customer service skills. We normally are not the type to make a problem out of customer service but I honestly have never been treated so poorly. read more

I've eaten at this location twice. The first time the staff was helpful, kitchen was clean & mind you this was during lunch rush. Staff was professional the first time however the second time we went in it was 2 different ladies working. It wasn't busy at all & I'm sure it was before lunch rush due to it being 11ish however it being slow their work stations were filthy. Food all over the floor, the lettuce was brown(I could see from the register) & you could see things all over that were getting mixed....It also took forever to get the sandwiches made. They were talking about other staff members from a different shift which was unprofessional seeing how it's an open workstation & we can see/hear them. Only reason I'm giving this location 3 stars is because of the first visit. I would love to give them 5 starts for service & quality of food. I got my sandwiches fast (huge order) vs the long wait when I had only ordered 2 sandwiches. I'm all for people wanting to socialize & yes it may get boring during slow hours but I worked fast food when I was younger & when you have those slow moments you should be cleaning your station, floors etc. It's unappetizing when it's filthy. Again if you have the first crew that made our first order you are in AMAZING hands however if you get the other 2 you will probably be disappointed. I continue to have very poor customer service experiences at this store. I asked for a call from the GM which I received this morning - John. According to John, all the issues that I have had with the store relate to poor company policies that he must follow. Issue #1 - when the menu changed, they automatically toasted an egg salad sandwich. It was my fault that I didn't specify cold - this is what I was told. No offer to remake cold. Issue #2 - no call in orders - I was on the road yesterday to pick up a quick meal for my daughter - the time was 4 pm - not typically a busy time - the phone rang 20-25 times before answered and then I was informed no call in orders were allowed - I had to go online - I was driving. My main issue is the attitude with the staff and general manager John - lots of excuses, but not apologies. Everything was either my fault or corporate's fault. We are a very small town with lots of competition for sandwich shops. Based on the experiences I've had here - this one won't last. read more

I went to the Which Wich near my college that honors payment with my college card. My roommate told me she went there the day before and they didn't have receipt paper for the specific machine that accepted our cards so she couldn't use hers. When I walked in, I asked if it was working and they said no, that they had contacted their General Manager and they still had no paper so I decided to just pay with my credit card. 2 minutes later, a girl walked in trying to pay with her college card and they gave her a coupon for a free sandwich since she couldn't use her card. Then, after they gave her a free sandwich, they went into the gas station next door and came back with the receipt paper they'd apparently been trying to get for 2 days. My sandwich was good, but they didn't tend to their soda machine so the soda had way too much carbonation and it wasn't consumable. I'm only giving 1 star because I experienced such awful and incompetent customer service. I loved Which Wich before this... I will boycott from now on. read more
