We ordered 2 pizzas today and usually it's very good, NOT today!! Our pizzas had nothing for sauce on them. When I called & talked to management, she said it did so have sauce because she made them. Worst service I've ever received! Ordered 2 orders of cheesy bread as I usually do and both orders were dry and had hardly any cheese or seasoning. I have tried multiple times in the past few days to place an order online and of course where they offer the discounts. While ordering, I noticed that it will be a 28 minute delivery, great sounds good. While placing the order I see there's a 20% coupon so I selected it, well now it tells me that I have to select a time for deliver which is nine hours from now. Hey, I'll be sleeping. So every time I attempt to log in, it doesn't recognize my email in which I have been ordering from for over 20 years with the same email and makes me create a new password. While ordering, it logs me out and then have to create a new password. So, I'm hungry and want to place an order, so I call the local store number and get some animated person. So I ask for an Associate thinking that I will get to speak to someone at the store to place my order with, nope some foreign speaking person who can't pronounce the town I live in and when asked if she's with the store she can't even comprehend what I'm asking. So, I ask for the store and I get the store but all I get is, sorry I don't know about that, sorry I can't do anything but you call the corporate off or customer service, hey, I already did which I explained it the beginning of the call. Placed an order on April 10, 2020 at 8:27 PM. By 9:30 PM, the tracking online said the pizza still being prepped. I called them. No answer Twice. Some lady picked up after that, sounded totally clueless and uninterested. Asked her where the order was. She started mumbling. Finally told me she could not find my order. Absolutely unbelievable. Would have put a zero rating if possible. I put my order in at 11, the staff on the other end of the phone said it would be an hour. I call back after an hour and a half when my pizza still hadn't arrived, and the staff on the line checked the order, and said my pizza was on its way. Another 20 min passes, and I call again, only for the staff to say that they have no record of my order. My bank statement says otherwise as there is most definitely a charge from the store. I also double and triple checked the phone number in case I had gone insane and dialed the wrong store. My gf walked in to pick up our pizza and the 2 guys working said "oh the pizza is for (fill in the blank)" and then said "wow he's gonna LOVE that one haha" so I called when she came home and told me and a lady named Reagan answered and I told her what happened and she was extremely defensive and tried making up a story about how one of the guys working has the same name and when I asked for there names she said no and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and Reagan said she was (very rudely) and I asked for her name again and she said "I already gave you my name" and told me to "go ahead and call corporate" and hung up on me AGAIN. Placed an order through their website (03/30/2020 order #1082). i have had a pizza account with them for years. they delivered someone elses food. i called and complained. A "manager" offered me store credit. i said i wanted a refund. i was getting nowhere on the phone so i took the incorrect order back to them, along with my receipt of what the order was supposed to be, to prove they messed up. manager just kept saying ill get store credit. made her throw the order in her dumpter because i didnt feel like filling up my garbage bin with someone elses food that i did not order. 5 days later im trying to get them to replace the order, i got receipt, i got the order number, explained what happened, noone knows anything, eventually a VERY unprofessional "manager" tries to tell me the credit must be under a different number. i was very impressed on their quick & easy ordering online, pizza tracker, and how quick our order arrived by delivery. I tried the specialty chicken(sweet bbq and bacon), it was very good and definately will order from this location again. Thank you. The only complaint i have is that the coupon was to try TWO or More of their options and they each will cost $5.99...It only gave me one option for $5.99, and each extra item was $6.99 each..so it costed me alot more than expected. read more
