Didn't come check on us until way after we were ready to order, which was like another 20 mins. We ordered our food and then didn't see her again until our food was almost ready. Didn't come check on us, didn't ask if we wanted refills, we had to ask for refills. Mind you she didn't have many other tables but was checking on them multiple times. Our meals came out before our appetizers. The one appetizer which was the bruschetta, it was supposed to be a plated bruschetta, we've had this before and was so delicious it's the bread with mozzarella, topped with bruschetta and arugula and then a balsamic glaze is drizzled over it, this was a bowl of bruschetta and cold pieces of bread. One of us ordered a meatball parm on a sub roll, you could tell it was left out sitting. The cheese was cold and congealed and the meatballs were cold in the middle like they had been microwaved. One of us ordered Mac and cheese and it was all watery and it came with garlic bread which was hard and had raw garlic on it. The last adult meal was there cheeseburger meal and the burger was frozen, we're not dumb and could tell it was frozen not fresh burger and drowned in ketchup.
