I went for the first time last night and was so happy. A small pizza fits on a paper plate and the cost is nominal. The crust is thin and crispy like a cracker, something I have been looking for. A good amount of cup and char pepperoni is on the pizza and it is so good. My companion got a pizza with sausage, onions and peppers and the sausage had such a good heat to it. A business should not have an online ordering option if when they mess up your order, they can't refund you thru that online ordering site. You have to call "corporate" because "they don't know how to do it." Last I knew, a ham and cheese sub came with ham and cheese. It wasn't worth the hassle. Never again! read more

ordered 4 pizzas said 30-35 minutes showed up 42 minutes later only 2 pizza made. I told them I order 4 pizzas on the phone right and they said yes and only two made . Cancelled order! this is the second time in 4 tries they have messed up my order!! read more

Fantastic pizza!!! That deserves 5 stars. There are NO Public Restrooms. The reason for the 3 stars........One of our party is severely handicapped and needed to use the bathroom pretty bad. The wife and I really like the thinner crusts and the sweet sauces on our zas. TriCity definitely delivers in these areas that we really like. The crust is always crispy and delicious and is always hot and ready in no time. I would always call my order in and then pick it up on the way home and it was ready to go with a large pie. I absolutely recommend this establishment if you are looking for tasty ZA but if you are looking for hearty and thick crust around the Bangor area, you might look elsewhere. I'm from away, so I realize that my opinion is biased, but man, we've tried it three times,and each time, it's just sad. The dough definitely looks like its frozen. Fantastic pizza! Definitely one of the best local places, if not the best. The problem is just that it is take-out only, no eating in, and no delivery. They have really good specialty sodas and chips to peruse in the waiting area, but nothing else, not even a chair, so you and other customers have to stand around awkwardly while waiting for your order. It's a bare bones place where all that matters is the pizza, and the pizza is worth it. But would it hurt them to hire someone for delivery? I know personally I would order from them a lot more if they would deliver. When I'm in a pizza mood I order from them if I'm willing to go out and pick it up, if I just want to stay in and have it brought to my door I go with dominos. So I suppose that loses them a star in my rating. I still highly recommend this place though. So check it out and maybe if they get enough business they'll start doing delivery. read more

Hands down, my favorite pizza in Bangor. Crisp, fresh, and delicious. This pizza location has been a staple for Bangor for many many years. Their pizza is consistent, sandwiches are perfect for that "comfort food mood" and the small beer cooler allows for patrons to grab and go with a cold beverage to go with their meal. The pizza tasted suspiciously similar to Pat's, but doesn't quite match it. The crust is almost twice as thick with an upturned edge and about twice the cheese. The sauce and pepperoni were delicious and the pizza flavor held up much better than Pat's on the take-away. Speaking of take-away, be prepared to WAIT. We also got a ham and salami sub that I found quite tasty, along with some "All Dressed Up" Humpty Dumpty chips from their formidable assortment of snacks. Tri City has delicious pizza. However, it is unpleasant to order from there ever since they hired that new midget. He's very abrupt and rude on the phone. This is how a typical conversation goes with him: Him: (In a brusque tone) TRI CITY PIZZA. Me: Yes, can I get a large pepperoni? Him: (still in brusque tone) ANYTHING ELSE? Me: Extra cheese. Him: ANYTHING ELSE? Me: No, that's it. Him: THIRTY FIVE MINUTES. *CLICK* Very annoying. Then while you are waiting to pick up your pizza, all you hear him talking about it how he can't wait to get out of work. I have been a customer my entire life - third generation customer. I was just treated so rudely I had to write something. I walked in to order sandwiches to take to the beach today, shortly after opening. The employee was taking a phone order, so I waited patiently. She hung up and walked away, completely ignoring me. I was ignored for another 6-7 minutes. Finally, the young girl making sandwiches sees me and asks if I needed help. I asked about the Fireballs, which I saw the sign that they are available after 11 AM. Not wanting to wait for 45 mins, I asked about ordering a couple sandwiches. I am informed that they can't make them "for awhile", with a comment "can't you see the 45 fireballs being made back here?" Actually, I can't see through the wall. I am not upset that I couldn't get sandwiches when I wanted them. I am upset that I was ignored when I walked in, continued to be ignored after that, and then was spoken to so rudely. If you don't like your job, then find something else. Don't be rude to the customers who keep you in business. I realize that my weekly pizza order is not going to make or break you, nor do I want it to. I just want the owner to know that walking into their business today left a very icky taste in my mouth. read more
