Didn't come check on us, didn't ask if we wanted refills, we had to ask for refills. Mind you she didn't have many other tables but was checking on them multiple times. Our meals came out before our appetizers. The one appetizer which was the bruschetta, it was supposed to be a plated bruschetta, we've had this before and was so delicious it's the bread with mozzarella, topped with bruschetta and arugula and then a balsamic glaze is drizzled over it, this was a bowl of bruschetta and cold pieces of bread. One of us ordered a meatball parm on a sub roll, you could tell it was left out sitting. The cheese was cold and congealed and the meatballs were cold in the middle like they had been microwaved. One of us ordered Mac and cheese and it was all watery and it came with garlic bread which was hard and had raw garlic on it. The last adult meal was there cheeseburger meal and the burger was frozen, we're not dumb and could tell it was frozen not fresh burger and drowned in ketchup. They did take the things we weren't happy with off our bills. But the server acted annoyed that she had to even do that. After there was a slight issue with the check and what was supposed to be on them our server, ZOE, (I've read in different reviews that she acts fake nice once it comes to paying). I'm usually a good tipper based off of the service that I'm given. We paid our bills and didn't tip because of Zoe's service. She noticed my one friends check and how she didn't tip. She looked at me, plastered on a fake smile and said in a fake voice, "thanks for coming in and I hope you guys have a great day". So freaking fake it was ridiculous and rubbed me the wrong way, you work in the service industry and shouldn't treat customers with that type of attitude. Should've just gone to McDonald's for this sub par food and customer service.
