Store is very displaced and the shelf's are almost empty with no snacks for my son to bring to parties or just to eat.

First time stopping at this Dollar Tree. We were looking for a specific item that we didn't find at other Dollar Trees. The store is fairly large. Aisles are wide, but there are too many off-shelf displays while a large proportion of shelved were empty. Only associates we encountered were at check-out. read more

The store was neater than I'd seen it in a long time; that made me completely relaxed. That said, there were many shelves half empty, but there were a bunch of product boxes, right in front of the cash register, still waiting to be unboxed and shelved. The bright spot was the cashier, Lea. She carefully wrapped each of the glass jars, which are gorgeous, and the ceramic bowl. She packed the bag perfectly so it wasn't heavy. And, to top it off, she took the person who walked up behind me after she was about to take a break. Great customer service! read more

I love it! They have so many cute things and it's a bigger sized dollar tree. Store was clean and organized as far as dollar tree stores go. There was only one cashier (Miriah I think) and suddenly the whole store was in line to check out She called for a back up cashier who came promptly but Miriah is very fast and efficient even without help. I saw a "now hiring" sign in the window so it's not like management isn't *trying* to get help in there. I came in for a set a wine glasses and left with about $30 worth of stuff. I got Voss water in glass bottles, wine glasses, champagne flutes, Himalayan pink salt, phone chargers (I buy spares so I can charge cell phones for my patients at work), stone coasters, oven cleaner, Colgate toothbrushes and a few other things! I LOVE a big well stocked Dollar Tree and this is one of them! read more

My first visit to this store. I usually find cards party supplies for a great price. Today's visit was shocking !!! I'm in line to check out found a few items . The cashier a woman begins to chastise a man for using change mostly pennies for a dollar purchase. She said if she had a long line in future would not accept his funds. She did not have time to count nor did she want to count. The customer stated it was American money and he felt bad for the way she was treating him. This was discrimination at the highest level!!! Why on earth would an employee make a scene and embarrass a customer ? He had the funds. She would not stop chastising him. Never again would I do business at this particular location. Shame on this establishment. This employee needs a class with Human Resources. read more

4.5/5 stars. Overall this is a good store. It's a bit on the smaller side than I've seen from other Dollar Stores. The reason why it doesn't get the full 5 stars is because this place is always dirty. Not like grime but things from off the racks scattered everywhere and employees walk past it like it's nothing. I swear if I worked there then that place would be spotless. Things are always out of order and awry. Things are never in the place they should be. There's also never enough cash registers open but there's plenty of people stocking. Every time I go in, there's a line. There should be half employees stocking and the other half at the register or at least call for someone to come manage the registers when the lines get long. There's always only 1 person man-ing the registers when we get there. They are always stocked though no matter how early or late you come and the person at the register does greet you and make small talk with you so there's that. They've started to put out more name brand selections than usual so I'm loving that especially since everything is of course $1. I've been going here since I was in the elementary and middle school and I went to the same middle school across the street. I know that the middle schoolers like to steal the candy from that store so that might be the reason for a limit of kids in the store. When I went to middle school across from there, they issued a rule to leave all bags up front and now that is issued with everybody. Probably vagrants that steal from there as well as kids. read more

Every other one of the Dollar Tree's I've been into look great except this dump. I've been to 3rd world cesspool's countries and never seen such filth in any store anywhere in my life. Today a Cashier by the name of Kyanna, decided that she was entitled to treat customers like they were beneath her. She refused to take my girlfriend as the next in line, after she called it. She was on her phone at the register, said she wasn't ready yet. Then when she was, she was rude and went to the adjacent register and started taking things off the belt of customers that were already being checked out. Then she used words I'm not going to print here, towards my girlfriend, who came out crying. When I went into the store to talk to the manager, Kyanna started to argue with me, and was literally held back by other employees! I am in contact with the corporation's higher-ups and will be seeking a law suit if she remains employed by the store! read more

Great for cheap convenience items! And every item is REALLY $1.00 or less, not like other 99 cent/dollar stores. Items: Home decor and supplies, bath, school/office, teacher supplies, toys, arts & crafts, seasonal items, food/snacks, personal care, makeup, etc. Pretty good selection considering this is a $1 store. Dollar tree is my favorite dollar store. The staff is always nice and friendly. They have a large selection of items and some name brands that other stores sell for a higher price. The store is clean, well kept and have never had a problem with having to step over items on the floor like at some other places. Sometimes I go in for an item and come out with something extra like my popcorn bucket. They always have cool new items so every shopping trip is different. read more

This Dollar Tree makes customers put in a quarter to use one of their shopping carts in the store! They say you get it back when you are done but charging us 25 cents just to use a cart while shopping IN THE STORE is ridiculous! That, to me, is an insult! The pits! I went yesterday for a quick drink stop. Well, well, as soon as you enter you can see the entire mess. The shelves are messy, disorganized and dirty. Its like a hurricane struck down. Merchandise is scattered all over and its just plain dirty. There were two female cashiers complaining about how mean management is to them, and a male clerk who just seemed out of it. Outside there were two guys smoking something. Note to owner (s). Clean up your store and run it like a real business or get out of there. read more

My credit card only came up as a debit. A $146 order and the manager couldn't waste his time to come over to my register and try to fix it. His $2 orders were more important. Many people may say that to shop at a place that probably doesn't supply alot of domestic products is unpatriotic. I say...actually I probably can't get away with writing the answer to that. I don't think the F word is proper for a review. Let's just say that I have three kids. lots of child support, and rent to pay and if shopping at a dollar store helps to save money I'm going to do it. Other stores are unpatriotic for charging high prices when they could easily price some of their merchandise lower. It's a recession people. Dollar tree supplies food items, cooking items, personal hygiene items, and holiday items for a buck a piece. I have seen some of the same exact items at other stores for 3 times the price or more. I haven't shopped at a Von's or Albertson's in over a year. Not that you can get everything you need at this store, but I always start there before shopping around. I have always had great customer service at Dollar Tree which I go to sometimes twice a week. The cashiers assistant and manager have always been very kind. The customer service has been outstanding. However, today was an exception. I was in countered by a horrible customer service representative, a black girl named Keisha, who is very extremely rude was very non-professional, and had zero customer service. She ended up getting in my face and telling me I had no customer service. The woman does not need to be in a customer service atmosphere. She obviously has issues and perhaps a mental problem, and was yelling throughout the store after getting in my face about 2 in away to the point of I thought she was going to hit me. I put down my purse and grab the phone to call 911 as I was afraid for my own safety. I talk to the assistant manager in the manager fall Keisha was still screaming for all the customers could hear her. The manager said she would talk to her and do what was deemed necessary. If I go back in that store which I frequent in for several years and ask if Keisha is still there and she is I will never go to that Dollar Tree again. What a shame they don't interview people more thoroughly then they do or they would otherwise notice she did not have a smile on her face nor had no concern over customer service. After all these years of great customer service I give this Dollar Tree on Park Row and -10 as of today with Miss Keisha. She does not need to be in customer service. read more

This is my most fave Dollar Tree in SF county (I mean, there's PLENTY around here!) I think it's one of the most largest ones, and George the manager is the best! I live in Chula Vista and we have quite a few Dollar Trees around here, not to mention a new one that opened only 5 miles away from me, but I'll still go to great lengths to go to this location. George works so hard to keep his store in tip top shape and always on the go with putting up the most current holiday items up front! He and his employees are very nice and helpful. read more

My coworker and I went in today to purchase balloons for an event today. The middle school must have just got out because the store was packed with teens. Teens can definitely be rowdy but I was shocked when I heard an employee tell children they could not come inside because they were at the max of kids in the store. Is that really a thing? I understand that the kids can probably be a nuisance and they were not with adult supervision but the way the employees treated the children was appalling. I listened to the cashier help the teens in front of me and she was visibly frustrated with each transaction. The young girl in front of me was quiet and wasn't causing any trouble and the cashier still had a condensing tone with her. I'm sure the stress of working in that environment can be overwhelming but a teen should be treated with the same amount of respect as anyone else. They didn't really treat the adults much differently though and we felt that we were inconveniencing the staff the entire time we were there. read more
