A bargain hunter's adventure! I've gone through their…read moreauctions and directly in the store. They have a wide variety of items that can't be predicted, but are always great values. The people working there are incredibly nice and very helpful which is remarkable how many people get in and how demanding some customers can be. Often the boxes are sealed with a few, not being fully labeled. If you'd like to check inside, take the box to the front counter and they'll help you look inside. Phenomenal staff. Absolutely worth the drive. Parking can be a challenge, but it's worth walking a couple blocks.

I found a couple of useful items. These are returns or overstock from companies and these small vendors bid on pallets and charge whatever they want for them. They had some real good deals for what they were charging that day and came home with some goodies. The little young boy working the front was also such a little gentleman and a true hustler. The young businessman offered me a large bag to hold all my items when he saw I had a handful of things. The place is cluttered and messy though. The items in the bins are somewhat ripped open or sealed so whatever you're buying is either defective or used so be careful what you're paying for. Also, a lot of the stuff sitting at the back are dusty and old. The area should be more organized or clean. Other than that I'd probably check them out again. The one-off is that their store hours is WRONG on Yelp/website. They are not closed Thursdays. When we called to confirm, the guy behind the phone didn't understand what we were trying to tell him and he hung up.

Recently, I had a drs appointment not too far away so I looked to see how close it was. It was early in the day so traffic wasn't a factor. It was only 10 mnutes away. Today would finally be the day! I pulled up and got a parking spot right out front. I walked in without a cart figuring I would only get a few things which was a blessing and curse. I would have bought more with the cart but what I grabbed was cumbersome to carry. They had a tv screen when you walked in advertising their sales. The old roommate had mentioned sales and coupons so I knew to look. They have a little bit of everything, close outs from Claire's, makeup and skin products, clothing, shoes, tons of food, condiments, beverages, eggs and milk (for super cheap), dishes, cleaning products, kids stuff such as toys and clothes, electronics, pets stuff, greeting cards, furniture, you name it they likely have it. Some stuff is still a bit pricey but other items are ridiculously great deals. I wandered all the aisles and got a lot of things I needed. The lines to check out were bit long but moved relatively quickly. They have a Tuesday senior discount which may explain why it was so crowded. The staff was helpful. I buy work pants here if I can find my size, which is short and chunky. It's a work in progress. Recently I got a king size quilt comforter but it is still in the original packaging three months later. If you are not part of their coupon club you shouldn't buy anything here unless you are. The downside is you will get text messages every week from them. Although, I kind of look forward to them since I have no friends.

Worst customer service ever! I recently moved into town and was excited to check out the store. I…read morewent and bought $80 worth of clothing which only half fit. They give you 90 days to exchange so I went back to return aa few items to try again as they have no fitting rooms to try on the clothing. Unfortunately same thing happened where only half of the items fit. When I went back again they treated me like I was stealing and told me I couldn't return anymore. They watched me the entire time like I was stealing and were rude to me during check out. I told them I wouldn't be back very nicely due to not having a fitting room. Disgusting customer service! Don't shop there ,the clothing and knock off products are not worth how rude they are to customers.
