On top of that, he even threw in a rug, which was such a generous surprise. When we realized the couch might not fit in our vehicle, the owner immediately offered to help us strap it to the top of our van if we had straps. That level of customer service is rare these days. Truly an awesome guy who clearly cares about his customers. Great prices, great people, and an overall stress-free experience. I will definitely be coming back. Her and I would have had words but that would have embarrassed my mom further. My mom's mobility issues are obvious, that was rude and embarrassing for an old sweet lady.
