    Bag looks cut open already
    Julius D.

Went to purchase some alginate mold powder. This hobby lobby is about 60 miles from me (a closer hobby lobby's did not have it in stock). An employee guides me to an aisle, this person was helpful, but when I see the bag I was looking for, it looks like the package has been opened already; the top plastic was cut and it looks like the bag wasn't full (1.5lb bag). I ask the employee and he says ya that seems like it was open. I ask if there's a scale around. He says no. So I take the item to the front, and ask 3 other employees if there's a scale, since it looks opened. They say there is no scale available. I ask the person at the cash register, and she points over to another employee who seems like a manager. This employee wasn't wearing a hobby lobby blue uniform shirt. I show the top of the bag to the employee, and she says, that's how it is. I told her I don't think this is right. I need the powder so I purchase it. When I get home I weight the powder and it's only 1.082lbs when it should be 1.5lbs. I don't want to drive back just for a refund, so I was hoping Hobby Lobby can send me a message for a refund. Thank you

Hobby Lobby is such a fun and inspiring place to shop! The store is well-organized, clean, and full of creative ideas for crafts, home décor, and seasonal decorations. The staff are polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with finding what you need. Prices are reasonable, and the sales make it even better. I highly recommend supporting this store -- it brings creativity, inspiration, and positivity to the community. Let's continue to shop local and support Hobby Lobby for all our art and home décor needs!

Drew in framing was very helpful. However, I was never informed that my framing was late. Apparently, something was not ordered. Drew did step up and within 30 minutes my work was ready.

Poorly managed store for customer service. You stand in long lines to pay and no one seems to care or call another checker. I miss JoAnns.

The store has a huge selection of paper reams and envelopes of colors and types. I usually try to look for certain types of paper for my projects and writing. I asked a staff member at the front, who just pointed to the aisles I can look. He said everything I needed I would find. I honestly was quite overwhelmed and getting quite anxious, as I have already spent much time looking. I did end up finding nice writing paper. Pricy but good value. When rung up I was told there were other cheaper alternatives, but by then I wanted to leave. I at least know where good writing paper is, but the other types I will continue to purchase online.

Although stationary boulders was my request silly me Kelly paper is what they specialize in. I could've walked out knowing they could not service my needs, but they were so kind. I looked around and purchased reams of paper. I knew I would need in the future. After purchasing three reams of paper a box of envelopes at a well delightful price. I went on my merry way. Knowing that this was quite a holiday, they even assisted me to my car, which I thought was very professional and nice. The prices at Kelly are extremely competitive when you go to an ordinary stationary store. So Pop by this huge warehouse and take a look. You won't be wasting your time. Thank you, Kelly paper and associates.

I appreciate this place being more of a class setting than those one-time activities for date night or to hang with friends, because ceramics takes awhile to get a good handle on. At the end of the course, I'm sure you will have a better understanding of pottery.

So I can't remember the last time I had my hands on a pinball machine. Located in an industrial area, down the Street from Costco and less then a mile from park and shop. It's really just around the corner from Costco. You can easily walk here from Costco while you family shops you can be having so much more fun and not rush them. There was plenty of free parking right out front. The front is liked with live plants that mesmerized my mom. She loves plants. Soon as you walk inside you enter a framing shop. This is in the back rooms of a framing shop. It all started with the owner and his love of pinball machines and his love of sharing his hobby with others. And we are so thankful that he has shared. What a fun time and bring lots of quarters if you have them. We should have brought more from our coin jar. My dad had them all pulled out, then mom said we didn't need that many, we really needed that many. They also have a change machine. If you put $20 in you get $20 of quarters. It doesn't give change back if you only want a portions of quarters. We only spent around an hour there, but I could have stayed longer. I was having so much fun, but we ran out of quarters. Too bad, there were so many games to play. The front room were the oldest games and gave you the most plays for your 50 cents. I believe all those games gave you 5 balls. For beginners like us we need all the balls we could get. The cost of the machines are not on the coin slots it's on the bottom left corner of the pinball machine. These machines take quarters only, no game card that you have to refill with money. I really dislike those cards as if you put too much on there is no getting your money back. So yea! For the use of quarters. I love this feature of The Flipper Room. They have my vote. Other pinball places also have a feature that I'm not sure about, they have it where they charge you by the hours. There is one in Reno like this and Downtown Sacramento. Those have those pluses too, but I really am a fan of the quarters. We have so many saved up in our piggy banks so it's like it's' free to play as we aren't going to the ATM, it's just free change. I had fun playing the pinball machines and also playing the PAC-Man Game. It was just a regular arcade game that cost 25 cents. It was. A mini game that they t up on a riser so you didn't have to bend down. I have fond memories of PAC-Man. We used to have a mini handheld version that was lots of fun. My mom is one of those annoying players that keeps hitting the flippers when the ball is no where near the flippers. We tried to explain to her that's not how to operate the pin ball machine, but she got really mad at us. We're sorry Flipper owner. We tried. I highly suggest you check this place out. Even if you aren't in the area it's worth the trip. They have both new and old school machines. There are 3 rooms of machines so if you bring a group you won't be cramped. Come play and have fun!!!
