I called the pharmacy seeing if they could get it done earlier and they said unfortunately no and it would be ready when the app said. Paid on a Tuesday, got notification it was ready on Thursday (I was out of town so I came back in the following Tuesday) You would think a whole week goes by since you paid, it would be ready. No, I walk in and say I'm here to pick up. They said oh it looks like it's not been made yet. Can you come back in a few hours? I stated I drove 30 minutes just to come get this and you're telling me to come back in a couple of hours. I asked why it wasnt ready and what happened since I paid and I was there 6 days after it said "ready for pick up" and they said it must've been a system error. I told her I didn't have time to drive back and forth so if I wait how long until it's ready and I was told about an hour. So I waited in the store for a little over an hour. I didn't get any empathy from the staff, more so felt like they were annoyed, speaking to each other. I'm not sure what was said but it just felt horrible. I'm already there on the basis of battling medical stuff for years, I went out of my way to go there a week after paying just to be met with hostility and no understanding. Ultimately I got what I needed but it came with an hour wait and not kind staff and then told to have a seat because I was waiting at the counter and no one was even there.. their chairs are falling apart, why would I feel comfortable sitting there..
