They claim they never received it from the doctor. I drove back to the doctor's office and got a hard copy only to have the doctor show me the confirmation that BOTH were sent this morning. I came back to Sisters Drug and handed the copy directly to them. After waiting in line yet again, the lady behind the counter tells me "they still haven't sent it in." Ummm...I handed it directly to you a few minutes ago!! For the love of Pete?! I know they're busy with a lot going on but how inept are they? You don't remember me handing up a piece of paper literally moments ago?! I asked if they could please rush it as I was supposed to start taking them this morning. I was told it would be at least 30+ minutes. I asked to speak with the pharmacist, a manager, someone who could actually assist me. The pharmacist comes to the counter and says he can put it to the front of the line & the receptionist says it already is. I ask, "the front of the line is still going to be 30+ minutes?" What a joke of an organization. If I had any other choice I'd run there now. Unfortunately, I don't have the means to drive to Redmond or Bend. SISTERS DRUG IS SUBPAR AT BEST. They are very comparable to the other used bookstores that I have reviewed and I have never put a book back on the shelf because I thought it was too high priced. The staff here is 10 stars and very helpful. The most helpful I have met at any bookstore ever. I waited some time before approaching the saleswoman, as I didn't want to interrupt what I assumed was a transaction. But I noticed there were no shoes out, and the three were simply chatting. That's when I realized they were friends, not customers. When I expressed interest in trying on shoes, the saleswoman seemed reluctant but retrieved a pair and left them on the counter. When I brought up a second pair, she went to the back again. It was during this time--while trying on shoes and waiting--that I noticed the tone of the radio, which surprised me. I clearly recall the man smiling and saying, "We enjoy it," when I reacted. The saleswoman's back was to me throughout. Her reaction as I describe it is true to my memory. 2. About my reviewing style: I'm not someone who writes critical reviews lightly. In fact, you can check my profile--until this experience, I had only ever written 5-star reviews. I genuinely enjoy supporting local businesses and was simply looking for a pleasant afternoon and a new pair of shoes. 3. Why I'm responding: This will be my final word on the matter.
