Ultraviolet tasted like summer in a spoon--sweet, floral, slightly exotic. The salted caramel balanced it out with that creamy richness and just enough salty kick to keep it from being overly sweet. Together? Perfection. Service matters too. The girl at the counter was super sweet, quick, and clearly knew her stuff. That's the kind of energy you remember. There was also a guy behind the counter who looked like he could've helped earlier, but instead wandered a bit before starting a milkshake. Maybe that wasn't his role--but it stood out. Stand out employee alert!…read more Normally I wouldn't think to review a Grocery Outlet, but my experience warrants some recognition of a particular employee. I regret not getting her name, but on Sunday, 9/13 around 9am, I had the most pleasant exchange with a great cashier (the only one around at the time I was there). Tall, very long dark hair and brown eyes...told me she has 4 cats. Anyhoo, this nice lady was hands down the nicest, most chipper cashier I've interacted with ANYWHERE, anytime. Thoughtful, engaging, professional, helpful...she even offered me coffee and cookies. This gal sets the bar, give her a raise! My experience in Grocery Outlet today, particularly with this specific employee was fantastic. Good job, hold onto this one folks.

The staff is still doing their best; however, I get the feeling that there are staff shortages. The young lady operating the point-of-sales machine seemed confused by the rewards program. The most notable change has been the skimping on the mix-ins. My wife has a standard order and told me that she estimates that the quantity is about half the mix-ins she received two years ago. I hope that this situation get turned around before this Cold Stone meets the fate of other eating establishments and closes its doors.

They still carry a lot of fresh produce and chocolate and can goods and frozen foods. Their seafood section was limited to fresh salmon and white fish fillets not much other types of seafood variety. They had a good selection of fresh meat items and packaged meat items. Service was good and store was well kept. Restroom are in the store and well maintained
