Hot summer evening, I walked into Ben & Jerry's with one mission: find something cold and unforgettable. Ended up with two scoops in a cup--Ultraviolet (yep, that crazy purple one) and Salted Caramel. Price was $8.50, which is definitely on the higher side (especially when I know the same size goes for $7.50 in LA or even Yellowstone). Still, I can't complain--the flavors hit hard. Ultraviolet tasted like summer in a spoon--sweet, floral, slightly exotic. The salted caramel balanced it out with that creamy richness and just enough salty kick to keep it from being overly sweet. Together? Perfection. Service matters too. The girl at the counter was super sweet, quick, and clearly knew her stuff. That's the kind of energy you remember. There was also a guy behind the counter who looked like he could've helped earlier, but instead wandered a bit before starting a milkshake. Maybe that wasn't his role--but it stood out. The place itself? Classic Ben & Jerry's vibe--bright, fun, colorful. Outside seating with turquoise chairs gave me that relaxed, summer-night-in-town feel. Perfect spot to slow down and people-watch. So yeah, it's pricier than some spots, but when the ice cream is that good and the service leaves you smiling, it's 5 stars. I'd come back just for that Ultraviolet scoop. read more

A horrible and rude experience. The staff is incredibly rude. When you call to speak with a manager to share your experience no one ever answers the phone. They lock the doors before closing time. They turn away customers. The staff has no respect for customers. Our family and friends will never return to this location. If there was an option to give it zero stars I would! They took what should be a family friendly experience and made it horrible. ***NEW*** Ben, I'm completely supportive of using poor customer service experiences as training opportunities for your staff. I'm also glad that you have cameras so that you can verify the accuracy of our poor experience. I've tried calling the number you posted several times. It rolls to a message that asked me to put in my phone number and pin? There is no way to leave you a message at that number. Thus, there's no way to reach you to discuss the situation. read more

We ordered delivery through Grub Hub. They were out of Half Baked, but put one together for us by mixing two flavors, then offered reparations (a cookie and brownie). A really endearing gesture. Really sweet people and great customer service. read more

What could be more perfect than Ben and Jerry's on a hot summer day? It's located adjacent to the cinema and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. We tried Cin-dough-rella and Coconut seven-layer bar. Both were incredible. I'd highly recommend stopping into this location. Parking for the strip mall can be a bit tricked but there's plenty of parking across the street if you don't mind the extra steps. read more

Seriously its Ben and Jerry's! I checked in on Yelp and got a BOGO deal. I tried the banana peanut butter fro yo and hubs had his usual, chocolate, both were devoured. Located in a cute, trying to hard to be trendy, strip mall with lots of shops, but they could use more parking options. Imaging driving 3.5 hours one way to pick up a birthday cake, ordered two days earlier, just for them to tell you they didn't have it made/ "don't know what happened to it". No resolution was offered, nothing done to fix it. Just "welp, sorry 'bout your bad luck! Better luck next time! Feel free to select one from our extremely limited and picked over 4-day old cakes in our case" disappointing does not even begin to describe this experience. Will have to talk to my card company tomorrow to get a refund. Save yourself the trouble, order a cake from literally anywhere else. Hopefully they invest in better customer service training and take more accountability in the future. Will not be returning. My advice - stay away. read more

Went in at 9:55 and was "cut off" because the line was apparently too long along with a lousy excuse of having some kids in line or some bs and said they wouldn't be able to get through the line before closing at 10:30. Awful customer service and we happened to drive by later around 10:10 and they had all their chairs up and doors closed and were cleaning up for the night before their said closing time at 10:30. Just an awful way to treat customers and she was very rude about it. Not to mention last time I visited, there was another bad experience but oh well. read more

I'm so upset! I ordered one kids scoop. I was charged $6 to have one teeny tiny scoop split into two cups. I have two toddlers who don't need a ton of sugar. The girl told me she would have no problem giving me the $4 scoop and splitting it into two cups. Then the other guy argued with me about the price! GO TO BONTA! It's way better quality and CHEAPER! Plus the customer service here was awful! If you're in customer service, don't argue with the customer contradicting your coworker. NEVER EVER COMING BACK! read more

On June 3rd 2021 at 1:15 pm, I went to Ben and Jerry's with my niece and her 2 toddlers for an ice cream. A gal from the back room jumped out and yelled "you need to wear a mask". No problem. The young gal behind counter, who may have been new and not properly trained took our order. My niece asked what a particular flavor was, she told us she had no idea. First order was a cone as she was placing the ice cream on the cone she used her hand to pat down the ice cream to prevent it from falling off, then used her fingers to clean up the cone and continued to touched the ice cream (no gloves). She then proceeded to wipe her hand off on her denim shorts. I told her that wasn't acceptable and told her, she needed to make a new one. Then I had to ask her to wash her hands first. She did, then again wiped hands on her denim shorts. I yelled...startling myself and her, explaining she needs to rewash her hands with soap then use the paper towels which were just above the sink. She looked at me strangely. Next order was for a toddler, we ordered a baby cone. She heaped two large scoops onto cone, again using her fingers to catch drips it was melting down her hands and arms, which was again wiped off on her shorts. She handed over the cone which was melting all over. We had to ask for a cup. I reminded her we ordered a small cone. She said she would charge us for a large cone. I told her we were only paying for a baby cone as that is what we ordered. As we complained loudly, the other gal came out from back room and looked at us angrily, treating us as we were an inconvenience and didn't offer any form of help or guidance to the server or any type of concern to us. Another family walked in, again she popped out from the back room and yelled "do you have a mask"? I looked at the new customers and explained, yes you need to wear a mask, but she will touch your ice-cream and wipe her hand on her shorts and not wash them in sink. As we left the only comment we received from the other gal was "have a nice day". My point of this letter to inform you of the concern over the lack of cleanliness in a food service establishment. There seemed to be only concern for wearing of a mask not for providing sanitary food standards. read more

Very rude service from the girls on the night of June 22nd. White girl with brown/red hair seemed so annoyed that we came in with a group because we didn't know our orders or the menu. Instead of helping to explain the types of ice creams when we asked, she was trying to rush us, and was basically yelling at us while trying to get our orders. I would understand the rush if there was a line but we were the only ones there. She was even rude to our elderly grandparents. I couldn't believe the service. When ordering the man taking my order could not understand what I was saying so I took my mask down quickly to repeat myself. Would have to say the hot fudge sundae was the worse I have ever had. $7 for less than a full scoop of ice cream, maybe a table spoon of suppose to be hot fudge ( gave it some credit might have been a tea spoon) & the whipped cream was warm. Really I have had better hot fudge sundaes at some really bad Dairy Queen's and it was still better than that. Oh and the music was loud but good if it was on a full station.
