What a great shop located in downtown bend! I love popcorn so I may be a little biased.... But brown bag popcorn company knows what they are doing!! The owner was in the back shelling out samples (we tried almost all of them) and each popcorn flavor was delicious! We ended up getting the truffle garlic and the peanut butter white chocolate but other notable flavors included dill pickle, honey bbq and cookies and cream! We loved the unique treat here in bend and would recommend stopping by to at least sample the delicious flavors!

We met a lady on the lift who told us about one of her favorite places to visit when she comes to Bend, the Brown Bag Popcorn Company! Decided to go check it out for ourselves on our stay-cation. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who offered us samples of all the popcorn on hand. The light and airy atmosphere had a selection of local beers, a dog friendly vibe and other local gift ideas. My favorite popcorn was the chocolate espresso, which uses espresso beans from locally owned Thump Coffee. I knew I would eat the entire bag in one sitting and didn't need the jitters, so we settled on the Jalapeño BBQ bacon cheddar and the sea salt caramel white chocolate peanut butter. We also bought a bag of the truffle oil Parmesan for a friend. Another fan favorite! If I have your mouth watering, run over to the BBPC, downtown on Minnesota between Hola! And Bonta. Enjoy!!

This team is always the best when I come into the atore, and the wonderful owner recognizes me every time. Today specifically they were able to accommodate a last-minute large bulk order for my wedding, and I am so grateful for their willingness to make my day as much as I envisioned as possible. this is l the best popcorn in Bend by far. My favorite flavors are white chocolate peanut butter, dill pickle, spicy dill pickle, and maple kettle corn. We went into Bend to pick up some popcorn from the BBPC Brown Bag Popcorn Store and we found parking near by. When we walked in we were greeted by a staff member that asked if it was our first time visiting and, if we like they have a lot of different flavors to sample if we wanted to try. We tried the Parmesan cheese and truffles and the wasabi and the chocolate chip and decided to grab a few bags for ourselves and bring back as gifts to family and friends. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who offered us samples of all the popcorn on hand. Absolutely. Addictive. I dare you to go into this place and try some popcorn and not walk out with a bag or two. The flavors are well put together, from savory to sweet. There's also a lot of interesting cocktail mixes for sale. The shop is also dog friendly with special treats for the pups. read more

The owner was so friendly and provided amazing service. She was patient with my son who was very excited about the popcorn and being pretty loud. The popcorn is INCREDIBLE. I'm so glad we stopped by and will definitely come back every time we visit Bend. read more

Loved the popcorn and friendly staff here. They make it easy to choose by offering unlimited samples at a back table, then pre packaged bags for sale so no waiting for bags to be stuffed, like at other popcorn shops. Truffle parmesan black garlic forever read more

On a chilly evening my family wandered in. The person working, who turned out to be the owner, was welcoming and friendly without being pushy. A range of different samples were available and our family settled on two favorites, though we could easily have picked more. Those two bags disappeared fairly quickly the next evening, even after a very satisfying dinner. If you can be a popcorn snob, we are. (Shrug.) It's not cheap popcorn, either in cost or quality. It is incredibly delicious and a wonderful treat. read more

Holy jumpin Jehovah's Witness I'm not a popcorn kinda bro slice but hot damn this place is the Willy wonka factory but with popcorn. I'm on my sixth bag right now and this stuff is better than crystal meth (which is decriminalized fyi) they got like bacon cheddar ranch, brown butter maple kettle corn, garlic truffle and so much more. Will def be back after getting dangerously addicted to this stuff (be warned) read more

The place is very sad looking, aided by the dim florescent lighting, melancholy quote on the wall (I'm not kidding, the quote by the ice cream is about how it never gets less sad to drop your ice cream), unenthusuastic staff and fed-up looking management. One for myself and one as a gift which he put a nice ribbon around. :-) I asked the young man which ones were good and he said the sea salted Carmels and chocolate potato chips were good. I gave him a face said really? Potato chips? Well he sold me on it and bought one. Well he wasn't kidding because it was the bomb and was great! I wished I bought more! The square sea salt caramels had sea salt flavor and the caramel was smooth. I wasn't too sure how many stars I would give Goody so I decided on three stars because of the variety of things they offered in the factory store from ice cream, candy, popcorn, a small tour of behind the scenes to catch them making and boxing candy up. It's a Mini self guided walk through tour where you just walk into a hall, read process of chocolate and see workers working on chocolates which only open weekdays certain hours is nice , but I came on weekend so I missed it. From their website it states gluten free, preservatives free and no additives. Creative and unique chocolates. A chocolate company founded in Oregon. For me It is not the best candy in the world that must keep returning time and time again, but it is a good place to visit. I am from San Francisco and done traveling in other places and have a good idea what makes a good gourmet chocolate. Of course my tastes are different from yours. Candy flavors are a hit or miss depending which ones you get. I just finished my box of chocolates and I I must update my review. My hits are the chocolate covered potato chips, peanut butter milk chocolate square with sea salt, the salted dark Carmel were excellent IF you love intense raspberry flavor you must get the raspberry truffle!

The pasties were not as amazing as photos showed. Basque cheese cake didn't melt in the middle once cut and it should to be a true one. It might be better if it wasn't so warm inside the restaurant. Eating warm food when you also are already sweeting is not comfortable and takes away from the whole experience. Canned sodas also a negative. Was very hopeful it would be amazing and take me back to Portugal. They weren't very free with their jam and some of the staff weren't the nicest or most friendly.(I think some were related to the owner). All and all it was a disappointment. It wasn't bad though it also didn't take us on trip to flavor town and party in mouth amazing.

I got the cinnamon knot and my wife got the lemon twist. I really enjoyed the cinnamon knot it was very tasty and the cinnamon flavor was just right. The lemon twist was also good but it wasn't that nice lemon flavor you could taste a hint but very light. We lucked out and found street parking near by, only street parking available.

I got a veggie bahn mi since I was going on a hike later I needed to grab n go. It had a very tasty sauce and was on a fresh baguette..but it could've been crispier. I also had a delicious chocolate cookie which happened to be vegan but I wouldn't have guessed it . It was deeelish! We ate outside on the small tables that line the sidewalk. Not much to write home about but was happy to score a table since this place has a constant stream of people.
