Every employee at this store was super helpful, friendly and welcoming. They really motivated me to get on more trails. This year, it seems like literally every single one couldn't be bothered. He walked me over to the bags, then just left me in the middle of a question, and I had to figure things out for myself. Then when I got to the counter, another guy looked even more unbothered. The sharp edge of the fixture cut off part of his thumb, causing severe bleeding and intense pain. He cried uncontrollably, and we rushed him to La Verne Medical Urgent Care for treatment. I have attached photos taken after the wound was cleaned. Before treatment, there was heavy bleeding, which was very distressing for him and for us as parents. I am deeply shocked and disappointed that a major brand like Adidas would allow such hazardous store fixtures in a family-friendly environment. This unsafe design not only harmed my child but also poses a danger to other customers. My son has now suffered both physical injury and emotional trauma because of this preventable incident.
