I stopped by a little after 4:00pm on a Wednesday, and though they had 2 more complicated repairs ahead of me, I was promised my repair before closing that day. True to their word, I got a call at 6:30pm and quickly went to the store to retreive my iPad looking like new! The price was $99 (I understand the apple store price to be $199). Information was shared with me about getting a better case for it and that a warranty comes with the repair. I couldn't be happier to recommend RVA Wireless!

In fact, just setting it on counter cracked it. I am guessing they use a lower grade of glass to repair and are only slightly cheaper than the apple Store which uses apple grade quality. Guess third time is a charm and I'll head to the Apple store. And second main issue screen is coming apart from the phoneframe during my trip to LA 2 weeks after they "fixed" Their best solution to this was to put a case on the phone that keeps pressure on the screen....that's your solution?
