I originally took my Iphone4 to Verizon Wireless for an issue where I couldn't be heard on voice calls unless I was using the speaker, ultimately it was suggested that I go to the Apple store for support. The experts at the Genius Bar stated I had water damage and there wasn't an offer made to repair. Had a great experience at Rva wireless . I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 that had an issue with the charging port, Rva wireless replaced it for me but to my surprise I started having issues about a month latter... I called up the store and talked to Adeel who asked me to come in and take a look at it. He said it was out of the 30 day warranty but he would work with me. He tried it on a few different chargers and it worked on all of them. So he said the problem is probably my cable and gave me a new one for FREE! My teenager broke the all-important cell phone...screen shattered. I had heard about these guys from friends, and everyone said they were great. They were. Phone was fixed in an hour, and after talking to the guys there, I learned they also buy old iPhones. This was my second time visiting RVA in 7 months and these guys never cease to amaze me at how fast they can fix a broken iPhone. In 20 mins they replaced my shattered screen, fixed the broken home button, and replaced the battery. Took my 4S in for a battery change. Handed it over, it came back in 5 minutes! I was skeptical that they did anything! I questioned the tech and he assured me that he had put a brand new battery in, and I had 30 days to bring it back in. Still skeptical, I whipped out my swiss army knife which has a magnifying glass on it and checked the screws. They had obviously been removed. The iPhone is holding a charge like it's brand new.
