    This motheefucking place..and their solution specialist ..are the worst..I drove all the way for 45 mins and this guy tells me..they don't have an order for me from customer service..I ported my 3 numbers from T-Mobile a week ago and one of the numbers is till not active on Verizon. I was speaking to customer service for 8hours and at the end I figured out, they send me a bad SIM card. Waited 5 days and still no new SIM card. Customer service guy tells me to go and get SIM card from this location and their solution specialist tells me, I can't help you, because we don't have order placed for you..a sim card. Luis, their solution analyst has so much attitude as if he is the motherfuckjng owner of this asshole company. Switching back to t mobile. This place and their solution specialist are worst. They can't even give 1 SIM card after checking customer service notes in system. I got you on camera fucker, you didn't even read the notes on the account and yelled and rushed inside.

    I've been with Sprint for over 16 years! I live in Downtown Chicago & was in Virginia due to a…read moredeath in the family. While packing on a Sunday afternoon to return to Chicago, my iPhone, in the case, got dropped on the carpet & the screen shattered! I was staying near Chesterfield Town Center & raced over to get my phone fixed at the Sprint Kiosk. Long story short, I was told they could not replace the screen & I needed a new phone. I informed them I was due a free upgrade but since they are an "affiliate" of Sprint, I'd have to buy the new iPhone to the tune of $700+! I questioned them about it but was over a barrel & needed a phone as a sense of security being that I had to drive 1,000 miles back home by myself. So, I got the phone! I was told I had 14 days to return the phone without charge. After all paperwork was signed, they handed me the new phone with a totally different number! Nice bait & switch! I made up my mind & told them I wasn't keeping the phone & they'd have it back within 14 days & I'd get my money back! I made it home safely. Upon returning home I went to a REAL Sprint store, got my free iPhone upgrade with my original phone number & FedEx'd the $700 iPhone back to 11500 Midlothian Turnpike care of Sprint with signature required on a Saturday which they (kiosk Sprint) received on the 13th day! I called & spoke to the District manager. He confirmed he received the phone & all was good or so I thought. Four months later, I received a letter of collections stating I never sent the phone back & owed them for it! Thank goodness I keep great records so I called Sprint after copying all pertinent info & was told "everything was taken care of!" Well, it's not! These high pressured sales hustlers misspelled my last name by one letter, created a fake email for me as well as a fake PIN! I'm now just finding this out, today! I NEVER received a bill bc I returned the phone in the proper amount of time! They committed fraud by creating two accounts with the same social security number. I've spent a total of 11 hours on the phone with them going back & forth with no positive results! I'm from out of town so I believe I was taken advantage of! I've called the kiosk several times & finally got an answer on the phone. I was refused the District Sales Managers name & contact number because "it's against store (it's really a kiosk) policy!" Buyer Beware! Be careful of what you're signing as well as the bait & switch! This kiosk is a "churn & burn," third party, rip-off artist with a HIGH employee turnover! Learn from this, please! I'm still fighting the collection on my credit! *Verizon is looking really good right now! Another "dissatisfied," soon to be, former customer!

Unfortunately, when I went here after booking an appointment for a new phone I had the opposite of a pleasant experience. I went in to upgrade my phone from an IPhone12 to 16 since I had the upgrade option for awhile. I was also moving so I needed WiFi. This process took almost two hours which I was fine with because I understand there are things outside of people's control. The first weird thing is they said they didn't do phone trade ins at all (I've always traded my phone in to upgrade). Then they said my WiFi router would be in and I would be notified since they had none in store even though walk ins were getting theirs with no appointment. They heavily deterred me from transferring my phone information in store saying it would take some time and not saying how long it would take. An hour later I was informed it would take two more hours to completely transfer. I've transferred numerous phones and never had this issue. I left and completed my transfer at home only to find they added a new phone number to the phone I wanted to trade in. I called corporate and was told that was not allowed and it was fraudulent. They added the line to get extra commission instead of taking my old phone for a trade in. On top of all of this, I was given a WiFi router that was addressed to the wrong place even though I gave my address 10+ times. This has been an absolutely horrendous experience from this location: Thankfully, Verizon corporate was able to help send a new box. But this location was very deceitful in a time I really needed help. I will highly advise no one come to this location. The one in Midlothian is amazing.

    Horrible Customer Service!!! I was simply trying to pick up equipment for my new FIOS TV service…read moreand had previously gone to another Verizon location but that location said they don't offer the equipment. FYI: try searching for an address to pick up new TV/Internet equipment, it's nowhere to be found. Even the Verizon employee (the one who took our new order on the phone) didn't know the correct locations to pick up new TV/Internet equipment. That person sent me to a Verizon Wireless store. Anyway, once I located a Verizon store to pick up our equipment (yep, you know what I'm getting ready to say), that store was out of equipment. The Verizon rep called another location 30 minutes away (and yes, once again) that supposed "big" store had no equipment. In the end, none of the Verizon employees seem happy, and it takes them forever++ to accomplish the smallest tasks. I'd never visit another Verizon store (ever). What a waste of time!!
