Unprofessional, rip-off, deceptive, vastly overpriced, and a borderline scam…read more The fact they couldn't give me a price over the phone without calling me back 20 minutes later with a quote should've been a red flag. I believe they're using variable pricing and they try to tease out who you are and what you're all about before tossing you a seriously unreasonable price. They pitched $500 for cleaning a select area of a single-family house, which is absurdly out-of-the-market, for this type of cleaning for this area. They also told me over the phone that they don't offer the carpet shampooing and cleaning that is shown in their very pictures on their own Google profile because they "don't have the time for that anymore", Their profile pictures on the various review sites show an SUV decked out with paint and graphics to show the company logo, and a professional looking cleaning staff smiling in a conference room. The reality however, is far from that. They appear to be using some kind of AI business-service that continues to upload pictures for them, and I can see, just a month ago, again, they uploaded that same photo of them steam cleaning carpet in a house. But they don't steam clean, or shampoo carpets. Make that make sense for me. Secondly, they told me that one person will be sent to handle a deep cleaning. For an entire house. 2000 square feet, 3000 square feet, it doesn't matter. I asked how that is possible and they told me that their staff is trained to do an entire clean in one go as one person. My hesitation was that that one person would be exhausted by the time they get to the end of any house. I really felt bad for the person they sent to clean because this person definitely did not deserve working conditions like that; they should've been straight-up with this person about how much house it was, and probably sent two or three people, as is pretty standard with every residential cleaning service I've ever seen, especially for a deep clean. Which brings me to: they demanded to do a deep clean and pay the price for that, because their rules say that if you haven't been a regular customer you have to take a deep clean from them, which is several hundred dollars more. I would think as a business talking to the customer, you take what you can get. I only went with them because the other few companies I called still had not even returned my call, but I will certainly NEVER be using Incredible Cleaning again. I recommend you do the same.

Jonathan helped me pick the right pool heat pump, and they installed it. And, when I couldn't figure it out, they were patient with me. Last year, I bought a pool cover and pump with their help. When the pump didn't "work," they ordered a new one. Then, we figured out it was my hose that was the problem. If you want great service, and you want someone to be patient with you, even if you're an idiot like I am, call Pool Scouts.
