This is my second visit to Divvy and again I was impressed. I love the idea of small plates because we like to try a lot of different items. I really enjoyed all of the things we tried and service was great!

Had dinner before a concert at The Palladium. The server was pleasant and offered help and described some of the dishes we asked about. The salads were a fun interpretation of traditional ones. We tried the Taste board it was really good. All the flavors were delicious. I loved the tenderloin. My sister had the Protein Board. They liked it, but didn't enjoy all the sweet sauces. Several of us liked the cucumber water. It was nice and refreshing. The frozen mousse was really good. The acoustic board on the walls was great, really tamped down the noise. The fireplace playing on the tv, the lighting and decor made for a nice evening. One friend wasn't able to join, so we will go back even though it's an hour drive to get there. Nice job Divvy!!

This place has such a cool menu! I love ordering the sample boards to try different items before ordering a big portion. Two boards plus one or two bigger plates is more than enough for 3-4 people. The Brussel sprouts and steak were amazing. However, I would not recommend the wasabi curry deviled eggs if you do not like strong flavors. The crab rangoons are a must-try! We ate here for a birthday, and they gave a free bite-sized cupcake that was so cute. They also give home-made caramels as well. There's a free parking garage about a 5-10 minute walk away, but I think they sometimes do free valet. The service was good as well. Highly recommend trying this place out!

Another wonderful Divvy experience. I LOVE being able to try so many foods all in one dining experience. I absolutely LOVE their blackberry bourbon Moscow mule. Great flavor. One of my favorite mules I've had in the city so far. I can't choose what was my favorite food, it was so flavorful and delicious

I went to Divvy for devour with a girlfriend. We didn't make a reservation, but I know they take them which is great for the future! We had our pick of tables outside on their spacious patio. We both ordered one of their brunch boards and I was so impressed with both! Everything was delicious and the service was quick. I will definitely come back.

We first tried this restaurant during Devour and liked it so much we came back. It is a good small plate restaurant to try many dishes. We sat out on the patio and had amazing service - I think our waiter was Craig but it has been a few weeks and honestly don't remember. lol. Really good experience and a fun place to come with a group. Our favorites of all the dishes are the pork belly, brussel sprouts, steak and corn bread brûlée. Looking forward to our next visit!

Divvy is the perfect spot to go out for a little nicer meal and loved the shareable chef tour boards. It's nice to have a selection of boards already put together or building your own. The drink were phenomenal! Forgot to photograph, but we also tried the crispy Rangoons which were delicious! Our server was also super friendly and happy to walk us through the menu as it was our first time dining in. We also loved the outdoor patio (with fans!) ambiance and vibe.

My first experience here was lunch for Devour. Giving grace for lunch service, and the fact that we didn't try cocktails or wine, I'd give 3.5 stars. The Midday Magic board was advertised as a sampler board of their "best sellers" so I was excited to try them out! The veggie slaw pleasantly surprised me with what I think were sweety drop peppers, and the cheese sauce for the macaroni was fantastic, though more pasta was needed. The fries - no notes. The BEST kind of fries you can ask for. Crispy on the outside, yet still some thick steak fries mixed in... amazing. I don't do well with potatoes but still couldn't resist sneaking a few of these. But those are sides. My slider was well done without asking, and I wouldn't recommend Dijon on your crowd-pleaser burger. The chicken kebabs were soaking in oil and still somehow not flavorful at all. The chimichurri definitely did not come through. The interior from vibe to decor is in need of some improvement and updates. Looking forward to hopefully bringing our puppy in the spring and trying out some other dishes.

I'm usually very long winded but today's lunch was so superb - I'm speechless! Great service, perfect patio weather with the fire to bring warmth, delicious food & great convo. I ordered the loaded guac & chips, bacon fat tossed fries, and grilled chicken skewers with the best chimichurri I've had in awhile. I took some bites of my friends crème brûlée & it was tasty. Everything was fresh and clearly made to order. I'll be back

This is a great location right in the city center of Carmel, we lucked out and were able to walk in and get a table outside. Our severer was awesome, attentive but not overbearing which I love. To drink I went with the white wine flight, it was delicious and perfect for a nice warm spring day. For good, we had the savor board, that had Brie with green apples, a tasty shrimp dish that was spicy with a hint of BBQ, it also came with delicious Brussel sprouts, perfectly cooked steak bites and a whipped butter situation that was also great, we split some ahi tacos as well. All around a great experience, worth a visit! Can't wait to go back

The food was great! I had the caprese salad, fries, and bulgogi beef buns. I also had the nojito which was refreshing along with their infused water. The star of this visit by far and away though was our server, Danielle. I would ask for her section a hundred times over. Thank you for making my night out so enjoyable!

Tried out divvy for devour not once, but twice! I love the ideas of the boards with a mix of small bites. It was hard to choose from the dinner devour list or try one of the boards so we did both! We started with the whipped feta and grilled bread. I liked the mix of cucumbers with the whipped dip giving it a fresh Greek twist! For the mains I chose the burger sliders and duck fat fries. I do like how everything is homemade down to the ketchup and even locally sourced carbonated drinks. Very cute vibe and great for getting to try a bunch of different items on a smaller scale. The blondie dessert was probably my favorite thing that I ate! Though the boards may look small at first glance, they are still surprisingly filling! Dinner was a hit so we came back for the breakfast board. Honestly I think a great price for the mix you're getting. Everything has a layers of elevated flavors. Great spot for foodies and people who want to branch out and try out a mix of foods!

We visited last minute on a Wednesday night and we're thankful to be able to get a seat. It was super busy and most of the tables were filled. Overall, I would say that the food was really yummy, but the portions are super tiny. We chose the devour menu and both got our own plates. Somehow we still spent over $100 and left feeling still a bit hungry. Granted we did get one drink each (the wine sampler was about equal to regular glass of wine price wise). Totally understand that that's kind of the vibe of the restaurant. But we'd likely just come here for light snacks if we were to come again. The best part is there careful detail on allergens and dietary restrictions. I really appreciate that about their menu.

That's actually why I feel compelled to say something - during my visit, I saw an adult man berate a young hostess over the wait time. No one deserves to be spoken to that way, especially not a teenager doing their job in a high-pressure environment. Unfortunately, I've seen this kind of behavior more than once at restaurants, and it needs to stop. If you're frustrated, taking it out on staff is not ok. A little patience and basic respect go a long way. As someone who used to work as a hostess, I know how stressful those moments can be, and I really appreciated how gracefully the team at Juniper on Main handled everything. They deserve a lot of credit. Highly recommend this place, not just for the great food, but for the hardworking, kind staff who keep things running. If you are someone that can't control your temper and you take it out on unsuspecting people, you should order in. Your frustration doesn't give you the right to behave so awful.

We had the crab cakes and crab & artichoke dip for apps and our lunch entrees were the fried catfish sandwich with fries and the filet with mashed potatoes and collard greens. For bevvies, we tried their rosé and red zeppelin English ale. All of it, every bit and bite, was 10/10. Food breakdown: - Crab cakes: succulent lump crap meat within a lightly battered and flash fried coating. They come on a bed of arugula with a light dressing and dipping sauce for the cakes. Super yummy! - Crab & artichoke dip: ooey gooey deliciousness, perfect balance of cheese sauce too. You don't have to search for the crab or artichokes. And the fried naan chips were sliced long and thin, and could've been called naan fries actually. Perfect companion for the dip. - Fried catfish sammich: the piece of fish was huge and the batter was good. It came on Texas toast with fixins and tartar sauce. Won't lie, the only thing I wanted for was some hot sauce. That's a me problem... just gotta have hot sauce when I eat fried fish but I didn't ask for any while I was there (they may offer it) and still very much enjoyed the sandwich. - Filet: it was great... hubby got it medium and it arrived perfectly cooked. The Demi glaze sauce was so good and so were the sides. Their collard greens are seasoned up! I said does my auntie work here?! This cuisine is so comfortingly southern and didn't disappoint. Shoutout to our friendly and helpful server, Dan... our food and drinks came out quickly and so did our to-go box. His service was truly top notch. We have been living in Carmel for 5 years and this is one of the best restaurants here. If you're on the fence about trying this place, jump off and make a reservation. You won't regret it.

I got the chicken katsu sandwich on Japanese milk bread and o my gosh it was so flavorful and I like anything else you can find around. The breading is light and not overly crunchy. Even if you don't like cooked carrots (which I don't!) they are sooooo good and there's no other way to describe it. You just have to try it yourself. After the carrots, we thought it would be hard for the rest of the dishes to live up to that but our daily soup (always vegan) was so yummy! It was made with leeks/root vegetables and forbidden rice - absolutely delicious and very earthy! I was so pleased with just those two items, I could've stopped there and had a perfect experience. We both ordered the mapo tofu - and it was not like mapo tofu you'd get at a korean/chinese restaurant. It wasn't a saucy dish at all - in fact, it was intentionally dry - practically charred. It included rice cake which was interesting. I appreciated the charred/crispy texture with the chewy inside. I wouldn't order it again but if you like textured, spicy dishes you might enjoy it. Luke offered to get us something else but we were already full, so we declined. He also gave me a complimentary blueberry sorbet which was delicious and sooo fresh, and wished me a happy birthday! It was very delicious and necessary to rinse the palate. We had a great time and can't wait to come back when the patio opens up - we loved their mission to assist with providing job opportunities for autistic adults, too. Our waitress was nice but inattentive. We were there over an hour and only got one water refill after flagging her down. The Brussels sprouts were okay in flavor but hadn't been properly trimmed and were under cooked. When ordering them off the appetizer menu, we asked for there to be a delay so we could finish them before receiving our entrees. There was about 2 minutes between receiving the appetizer and entrees coming out, which was disappointing. The pot roast was 80% fat and while the mashed potatoes were good, the broccoli was raw, sitting in water, with no seasoning. With no gravy or au jus (surprising for pot roast), the meat was not tender. My husband, who will eat just about anything and is rarely critical about any food, said his chicken florentine was very dry and his broccoli was also raw and unseasoned. He also said this place tasted like the worst cooks in America show opened a restaurant. The crème brûlée was pretty good, it's a mini for $5, the only saving grace for a second star. I told our waitress about the food experience but other than replacing the broccoli with equally bad broccoli, nothing was done, not even an apology, and she was MIA for most of our visit, despite the restaurant not being busy...at all. Honestly, I have no idea how this place stays open. The concept is cool, but there's a lot of "stuff" all around that's collecting dust, and with food this bad, it's not worth your time, money, or calories.

Light, buttery, melt in your mouth goodness. We showed serious self control by ordering just one. During lunch we also met Maddie, another server, and ended up chatting about food and her menu favorites like we'd known her forever. Love when a place feels welcoming like that! For dessert we were hoping for the brownie (RIP to that menu item apparently), so we went with the warm chocolate chip cookie and vanilla ice cream, which was still a win. Then the manager, Rachel, stopped by to introduce herself and after hearing it was our first time, surprised us with cheesecake on the house. Safe to say they know how to make a first impression! Between the food, the service, and the cozy vibe, this place made us feel like regulars already. Charleston's, we'll definitely be back!

I am in the area for work and decided to give this place a try for dinner. Very glad I did…read more I got right in and grabbed a seat at the bar. I had a couple local beers and ordered the Indiana Pork Tenderloin Sandwich with Fries. They were both delicious. The pork tenderloin was piping hot, lightly breaded and had a good crunch on the outside and tender meat inside. The fries were perfectly seasoned. It was very lively for a Monday night and all the TV's had sports on. I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere and got to try 2 local beers that I had not had before.

It was 5 pm on a Friday, and we were doing our best to get ahead of the Mother's Day weekend rush…read more My mother-in-law (my bonus mom) was with us, and Grindstone on the Monon did not disappoint on ambiance. Beautiful space. Warm feel. Exactly what the evening called for. Our server Jill M was the real story. She greeted us warmly, asked if we had questions about the menu, and when we mentioned my wife has Celiac Disease, she didn't flinch. She walked us through every option carefully and honestly. That kind of attentiveness is rare, and it mattered. Here's the honest part: the kitchen uses a shared fryer, which limits options significantly for anyone with gluten sensitivity or food allergies. My wife made it work, but the choices were thin. For a restaurant at this level, I'd love to see that change. Food allergies aren't going away, and guests who want to celebrate special occasions deserve more than a gluten-free bun as their only path forward. The food was genuinely delicious. Drinks never ran dry. Jill was never far. We all left saying it was a great meal. Four stars, and I mean it. Jill earns five on her own. I'd go back without hesitation. I'd just hope the kitchen catches up to what the front of house already delivers.
