My mother and I came in to get our nails done and they ignored her. 7 people went in front of her before they even acknowledged her. I am a loyal customer. I went yesterday and was so disappointed. I did my acrylic full set. I told old Vicky that I wanted them short but she did them with a lot of power and did not cut my nails or curtiles I paid $20 for the manicure. In the end, I told them I was not satisfied with the service because my nails starting itching and I did not like how they looked at me. Decided to try this spot out because it's literally walking distance from where I live. I won't say they did a horrible job because my nails came out decent but I won't be going back. $20 for a gel manicure! I pay $29 for gel manicure AND pedicure at my usual spot! I was a little disappointed when I chose a color and they said it would be $30! I said $30 for this color and she said yes because it's a unicorn and the glitter costs more. Ok I get $2 maybe $3 but not $10 more for glitter. Another disappointment was the lady doing my nails never bothered to ask if I wanted my nails cut down. Went in last week and I must be honest quality of work was good. However the customer service from one particular worker was very bad. When my daughter got up to check the color she wanted for her nails the lady yell out "hey" as to hurry up and she wasn't even up for a min. Then the same lady got up out of nowhere and moved my purse from the seat next to me and in the process she dropped my keys which fell into the bowl of water. I just got my alarm replaced so I was pissed. She went sat back down and didn't even apologized. The lady doing my nails was apologizing but I told her it wasn't her fault. However if my alarm would malfunction I would be taking it back to them. There wasn't nobody even waiting to sit on that chair so I didn't know why she moved my items to begin with. read more

Decided to try out this nail shop, because it was close to the freeway and we were in a hurry. Today was supposed to be a special hang out day with my 12 year old daughter. What a mistake!!! My daughter's pedicure resulted in sloppy work and bad service. I tried showing the nail technician a picture of the design on a phone that my daughter wanted, and instead the lady nail technician ignored me and proceeded to draw her own design. I then said, "wait, that's not what we asked for." The lady stood up pretty bothered and walked away from my daughter laughing. A few minutes later a male nail technician took over and tried to create the nail design. It took him about 45 minutes at least to draw two flower designs on my daughter's toes! The man kept trying to draw a flower, but kept messing up over and over again. In fact, he even dropped nail paint on my daughter's foot. No apology!! Finally, he was done and I looked at my daughter's feet and everything was sloppy, incomplete and paint around her feet. I was so disgusted, I just paid and left. In addition, I mentioned my experience to Gina ( manager) about the first lady being so rude, and Gina did not apologize either. This was such a horrible experience for me I had to wait a long time and I was not satisfied with the work never coming back again.

So this location opened a few weeks ago. I previously went to the one on Puente up until I got a bad gel set and didn't go back. I decided to try this one since I really did like the one located on Puente Ave. Let me tell you I was so satisfied with my experience. I got my nails done by Tina and my pedicure done by another woman. Both ladies did an excellent job!!! I got a deluxe pedicure and it was amazing! I definitely recommend it for about $4 more, it makes your feet so smooth and the scrub feels amazing on your skin. Tina by far is one of my favorite nail artist! She made sure she asked how I wanted my nail shape, if I wanted them thin or thick, if I wanted my coffin narrow or normal. I've never had someone take consideration on how I would like my set to look, most women just do how they like and done take time to ask the customer what they would prefer. On top of that she kept a good conversation, I found out I ended up graduating high school with her son. Small world... I've had so many compliments on my nails I'm so happy!
