She is SO attentive, kind, and really amazing at pedicures. I have also had Kim who was great as well, but Anna is the one I want every time. I love my nails after they I'm done here and can even rock the pedi for a month after with no chipping! (Gel pedi). I usually make an appt online & you can book your desired nail tech, time & service wanted. It's very clean here and they have a wide variety of polish to choose from. I started coming here when we moved to West Covina and now we had to move near north Hollywood and I still make the drive down here for my pedicure. The prices are pretty decent and the service is great! Gel pedicure- $45 ($35 + $10 gel) & I get the added sugar scrub ($7) & 10 min massage ($10).

While the technician, Michelle, is incredibly talented and the final nails turned out beautiful, her attitude and customer service were completely unacceptable. We were never greeted--just met with a rude, snapped question of what we wanted done. During the appointment, the process felt rushed. When my daughter politely pointed out that Michelle had accidentally glued the nail to her skin, Michelle became visibly angry and defensive. She snapped, "I know how to do my job, don't tell me how to do my job," and told us we could go somewhere else. We only stayed because we were on a strict timeline. Michelle also said we came late (they close at 7pm, we came at 6:15p). She could have turned us away, but they said it was fine. I did address her unprofessional behavior and told her she didn't need to be rude. She eventually realized it and started being nice to my daughter. Customers should be allowed to voice a basic comfort or quality concern without being met with hostility and threats of being kicked out. Michelle has immense potential because her technical work is excellent, but management desperately needs to put her through basic professionalism and customer service training.

The nail was also left with excess product around the cuticle area, making it look messy and unprofessional. She was also speaking with coworkers in another language throughout the appointment, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. While I don't know what was being said, the overall atmosphere was not friendly or professional. I paid for a quality service and left with nails that looked rushed and poorly done. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Michelle based on my experience.
