INFECTED TOE NAILS.. okay first let me say ive gotten my nails done here multiple times and they were good. never any issues. i came here to get a pedicure, and i asked for acrylic on my toes so the shape was cuter. and i left thinking no problems. i come back a few weeks later because my toenails hurt and i can see under the chipped polish my toenails are bruised, and i come in they take the polish off both my toenails, and i kid you not my toenails are literally dead and falling off. they tried to deal with it without me noticing but i was clearly watching. then they proceeded to rip the only healthy part of my toenail off which hurt like a bi*** and made me bleed. finally they continued to peer pressure me into getting polish still?? i didnt even have any fucking toe nails!!! i had to tell them no they need to heal multiple times before they listened . here is a picture from today after me letting my toenails heal for 4 MONTHS. read more

Updated review went back in for my second set and I was very disappointed. Showed a pic of what I wanted and what I got was so far off of that but she did a good job otherwise so I didn't complain. Well two of my nails popped right off within a week of getting them done. Dip powder should always last at LEAST TWO WEEKS. Until you take them off. My first set also broke but I had an incident where I had to get my puppy that got stuck in a small space so I chalked it up to that. I went in for a almond shaped powder dip and asked for a manicure also. I asked why she was doing the dip first, she insisted that she had to do it that way. So she proceeded to push all the cuticles on the sides under my nails creating a thick nasty layer under. There is also a gap between the nail bed and the skin because she clipped my cuticles after the dip. She hurt me too. I had to ask her to clean the gunk out from underneath the nail. She quickly drilled under it. There was no hand massage even though I was charged $5 extra for a manicure on top of the dip. I paid $43 for this. I will not be returning. read more

The "boss lady" first insisted that my cousin didn't pay and asked my daughter if she was paying for her. I made an apt, and there was still a wait, plus there is only 4 seats in the lobby so I had to stand and wait by the door till I could be seated, i wanted a gel pedi, and a gel full set, the girl who did my full set seemed irritated I wanted gel and was very rushed. My nails turned out chunky, uneven with even bubbles in them. For as much as I paid I expected a better job. 7 days later they have now all fallen off with the first one falling off in 2 days while i was on vacation. Never coming back here. You can see in my skin that I had nail there prior. Then instead of the normal sns to coat they put on gel base coat then top and had my dry under the uv light. Paid $120 for a gel pedicure and gel x manicure. It looked okay at first, I tipped and was content, but after 9 days it already looks horrible. The toes are chipping a top layer off making the color look uneven and unkept. Though I do appreciate that the lady doing my toes felt like she was taking good care and attention to detail during the appointment. And for the nails, it switched to a male worker. Even though I said "manicure" he didn't do any care or upkeep to my nails other than slap some extensions and paint on as quick as possible. They grew out extra fast due to him not pushing back my cuticles at all. The paint already chipped on my thumb and whatever glue/adhesive he used is peeling in chunks from the bottom inside of my nails.
