She really knows color, especially vivid color, and you can tell she takes the health of the hair seriously too. She's also one of the few stylists I trust with my haircuts. Her men's cuts and scissor-over-comb work are excellent, and she is extremely particular about the details. I know she only takes certain men's haircut clients by referral, so I genuinely appreciate being part of her clientele. Beyond the talent, Tina is just a kind, understanding person who makes you feel comfortable in her chair. She listens, she takes her time, and she cares about the people she works with. Trendsetter has been a great salon to come to over the years, and I would absolutely recommend Tina, especially if you're looking for someone who really understands creative color.

We really love this wonderful ,beauty salon. All the employees are so caring and under standing. These amazing skilled employees always have the set up ready. They make you feel very special here. They do always insure they use very clean new. We consider all the ladies, very friendly and very helpful. We simply love the care when they do our nails. Not good work place for employment they are racist. They prefer Asian over Other nail multicultural race and The maneger is way over her head she want all Latinas to work how she wants like do the pinky first. We both did the basic $40 pedicure (no polish for him, polish for me), and overall it was such a relaxing experience! One thing I will say: give yourself plenty of time. Our pedicures took about an hour and a half, which initially surprised me. But honestly, most of that time we were just relaxing in the massage chairs, which were AMAZING. For $40, I was sitting there thinking, "This is actually a pretty good bargain to just chill here for an hour and a half!" The only time I started getting a little stressed was around the hour mark because we had to pick up our son. But we were walk-ins, they took us immediately, and we were enjoying ourselves, so I really couldn't complain. If you're pressed for time, though, I'd definitely make an appointment and plan accordingly. The reason I'm ultimately giving them five stars is their customer service. Unfortunately, the polish used on my toes seemed like it may have been old or too thick. There were several coats applied, and it never seemed to completely dry. The next morning, I put on black socks and the color from my socks actually transferred onto my toenails. They looked pretty bad. I wasn't able to come back Monday, but I stopped by Tuesday and explained what happened. They were SO gracious about it. Even though their guarantee is normally for gel polish and mine was regular polish, they could clearly see that something had gone wrong and offered to completely redo the polish for me. I really appreciated that because they could have easily told me there was nothing they could do. Instead, they took care of it without making me feel uncomfortable or like I had to argue my case. I even tried to tip the woman who redid them, but I didn't have cash with me. When I offered to put something on my card, she told me, "It's okay, you already paid." That was incredibly sweet. Something that could have left me with a really negative impression actually turned into a very positive experience because of how they handled it. Things happen, what matters to me is how a business responds when they do, and Inx Nail Bar handled it beautifully. Great customer service, relaxing atmosphere, awesome massage chairs, and they stood behind their work. I'll definitely recommend them and would come back! Just make sure you're not in a rush so you can actually sit back and enjoy it.

Tiffany has been my nail tech for the last three years and the attention to detail has only ever elevated. One of my favorite things is that this feels like a place of serenity, there are no loud or obnoxious tvs, but the shop itself is very cozy and is always playing peaceful music or holiday music. My go to service is gel on natural lengthy nails. there aren't many nail salons that care about the health of your nails, but Tiffany not only has helped me grow out my natural nails, she has this innate ability to shape them to look perfect. In the cases that I do have a nail break, I have often done single gel-x services (gel-x on a single finger) and Tiffany always seems to make it look like my natural nails while still giving the nail protection from the break. I do know that gel-x is a specialty service that Tiffany has excelled in. I have gotten many gel artwork services done on my natural nails like: French tip, neutral tones with chrome, cat eye. I don't normally put much color on my nails but there is a wide variety of nail colors to choose from. My gel service ends with cuticle oil, lotion massage, and a hot towel. Overall, this new and upcoming nail salon location Noir Nail Atelier will be the talk of Loma Linda!
