Over one year later and STILL dealing with the devastation of my destroyed hair! Many many treatments of expensive k18 products and eventually got extentions for the first time in my life because of how terrible my hair looks and how depressed it has made me feel .. so now thousands more spent because of this horrible experience! People that know me still can't believe what has happened to my hair over one year later! I am so sad every time I look at it in the mirror.. even my extensions don't help because my damaged hair still sits in top of my head looking terrible and my underneath hair never blends right because it's so short still no one at this salon seems to truly understand how badly this has affected me! My confidence is at a zero .. I was in this part of the land last week 1/22/25 and I had just had an eyelash perm nearby and my hair needed a good blow out. I had a few hours until I had to head back to home so I decided to have my hair blow dried and styled. I searched for a good hair salon not too far from down town Redlands and this place caught my eye. I made my appointment through the owner "Tiffany" I got an appointment with "Nattaly" (Yay) So driving up the place is next to a grocery store and it's pretty easy to find. It's a nice area (never been over here before) ...Parking was easy and I checked in. Wait time was only a few minutes as Nattaly was finishing up with her client. I am so thankful I got squeezed in, and I know how lucky I was to even get an appointment at such short notice. Nattaly greeted me and was very sweet. She looked professional and seems like she knows what she's doing, and she did the BEST shampoo. Also I liked the shampoo bowls they were very comfortable. Also my blow dry was GREAT and she gave me so much volume!! She was very nice and easy to talk to. It was a very positive interaction especially since we are basically strangers. The place is cute and was full of nice staff, every person working seems nice and professional. AND halfway through my appointment the owner Tiffany greeted me and introduced herself. She's such a nice girl and so pretty. I was very impressed with this place considering how I was able to get a last moment appointment. When we got there the appointment wasn't booked but one of the stylist was helpful and decided to cut my niece's hair this was already a huge plus. They washed, cut and added some tinsel on her hair.
