Out of desperation I had to find a salon that will remove my gel X set and still keep a chic nail design. Youyou did not disappoint. She handled my nails with care and she was still able to give my natural nails some life. The shop is very organized and tidy. They had TVs everywhere with subtitles (because they were mute) and they had plenty of stations for manicures and pedicures. They are located in a small Burbank shopping center across from Costco on the second floor. There is tons of parking. I am a new fan and patron of this nice little nail spot. Bonus... you can grab lunch and coffee in this area as well. read more

Its Halloween week...! Yuyu is the best. I just started coming here about two months ago and only had one other person other than Yuyu do my nails, but I will literally wait for Yuyu to have availability to have her do my nails i get gel-x with her and my nails don't lift when she does them and she pays close attention to detail too. Easily the best nail salon I've ever been to. Today I had Jusytce as my tech, and she was phenomenal. The nails came out even better than I pictured, I got gel-x extensions with a beautiful design. My pictures really don't do the cat eye justice! She was so gentle with the manicure, I couldn't even feel her filing off my old set. I felt so comfortable the entire time and she checked in with me multiple times to make sure everything was looking and feeling good. The salon is clean, everyone is friendly, and there's always excellent reality TV to watch in the background. I'm already looking forward to coming back! read more

This little gem of a nail salon is the best in the game! Yuyu ( I believe is her name) did my gel x extensions. What had taken other nail techs 45 minutes, she did in an hour and a half.She was so meticulous in her work, and gave me exactly what I wanted!!. The vibes are pristine, and I had a blast!! Reasonable prices and talented nail artists. I've tried a dozen different nail salons just trying to find somewhere that does cute and trendy nail art without costing a fortune. Every nail artist I've been paired with at this place has been able to pull off whatever Ive requested without any pushback. They seem well supplied with lots of nail polish colors, types, and accessories and best of all the price is really reasonable, especially when compared to the trending nail salons in Hollywood. read more

First time trying this place. It's in a shopping center next to McDonald's and it has a big parking towards the back of the shopping center. I made an appointment at 10:30 and got seat on time with Kevin. The salon was very clean and organized. I wasn't sure what I wanted but Kevin was kind and patient enough to help me out. Very elegant. My previous nail appointment canceled on me and with an event coming up had to look for an alternative although I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome! Joan did them perfectly and was very patient with me. I like many, am very indecisive and not once did she rush me. She got it done just in time and did it perfectly. Definitely recommend. Their salon has many diverse options for nail polishes along with gems which is hard to find at times. For prom I wanted to go for a more simple yet refined look that would compliment but not outshine my dress so sadly I wasn't able to properly take advantage of that factor but I am definitely coming back. read more

I've been here twice. First time a tried gel manicure, they came out really nice but when I went back later to remove them, my nails were so sensitive and hurt to the touch. I don't think that's normal? Second time, I recently went in for a regular mani/pedi, after a week my toes started itching and realized a few of my toe nails have infection. Never going back here again. Horrible experience. read more

L*** is my girl at this place although I see other nail techs and they all do a great job. They don't soak off gel polish, they use the grinder to remove old polish which I personally love because it doesn't leave my nails dry and brittle. They use this machine which sucks the fine dust that flies into the air when they grind the polish off, so it feels safer. Very detailed and very neat. Nail techs are very respectful and keep chats to a minimum and when they do chat they keep their volume low.. They focus on their clients. They offer you free bottled water or sparkling water. There's a charge to use your credit card so best to bring cash. I am so glad I found this place because good nail techs are SO hard to find. If you're picky and sensitive about nails, this is the place. A little pricier than the valley but totally worth the extra $5-10. read more

I choose this place due to seeing pictures of how everyone's nails looked nice. I booked an appt few days ago to get my nails done. The girl who did my nails seemed very annoyed because I was not able to hear her mumble what I wanted. She cut my nails too short when I asked her to cut them a little, once she cut it too short I just let it go. From placing my hand on the high nail arm rest which caused my hands to be uncomfortable and not relaxed. She kept bending my thumb saying "girl relax" when I was unable especially when you bend my thumb does not help to relax and hurts instead. She did not clean my cuticles very well. I was very disappointed due to paying for manicure and gel polish. It's only been 5 days and my nails are already chipping and they look like I need to get em done again from lifting. I paid 40 plus an extra tip close to 50 for 5 day old nails that don't look decent?!! On top of that the girl that kept coming and sitting next to her chit chatting who had no clients kept coming around and distracting her being bored. I will not be returning. My gel was removed by the nail drill only without first wrapping and soaking the nails properly... It caused a lot of damage to my nail bed, and it's taken several months for it to grow out and heal. Be cautious if this would happen to you. read more

This is my second time coming to Diva's and I absolutely intend on coming back again! They were able to accommodate me as a walk in guest. The place itself is clean, well lit, and cute! I got a black gel manicure with a chrome add-on and I LOVED how they came out! They're cool and edgy and kind of look like those toy magnets I used to play with as a kid. Justyce helped me out today and I will likely be coming again and asking for her! Although my manicure this time was simple, she was still very attentive to detail making sure each nail was prepped, shaped, painted, and leveled perfectly. For one, it was easy to schedule an appointment. I did mine on the phone only 3 hours beforehand. I came in for a simple pedicure on a Monday afternoon. It was nearly empty, which is always welcome, because sometimes they can be really busy and run behind schedule. I was greeted immediately and since I got there early, they took me in 15 minutes early. I had my pedicure with Mandy, who was phenomenal! She cut my toenails exactly as I wanted them, buffed me, massaged me, polished me meticulously, and smiled (through a mask, ALWAYS appreciated!) as we chatted a little bit. I can't afford pedicures all the time, but I will come back here as often as I can. read more

Erina did an absolutely incredible job!! I got a gel x set with an intricate design and she absolutely killed it. The details are perfect and she really went the extra mile to make sure it's exactly what I wanted. The whole appointment was less than 2 hours and the set was $130 - super speedy and soo affordable especially considering the amount of work!! I've been coming to this salon for over a year and have always had a good experience. They do a great job, but the key to this place becoming my go-to? When you make an appointment, **they actually keep the appointment.** You won't find yourself waiting 45-60min past your appointment time because they took a walk-in 5 minutes before you were due to arrive, like at way too many salons. I keep it basic, so I can't really speak to their designs. But they have a huge color selection and I always find one I'm super-happy with. read more

I got the Gel-X mani and gel pedicure/ volcano package because I wanted to feel pampered and that's exactly what I got! Jasmine was the awesome nail-tech who took care of my tootsies and Justyce is a Gel-X pro. I got a French tip with leaf design and it was perfect!!!! They're very helpful with my clunky bag and were nice enough to charge my phone. Justyce found a near identical color-match to the design photo. I have been going to the same place a while but my nail journey has been just that. A journey with good times and bad times. I really felt that these ladies understood that having pretty nails was equally as important to me as taking care of my natural nails to help them get back to a healthier place. I'll be back and look forward to the next design and seeing my nails get their strength back little by little. The journey continues. Well...I can no longer gate keep!! I can always count on Diva's nails for a beautiful, long lasting set. I typically book via text and they're super responsive and helpful. Like many salons, there can be a wait due to other appointments running over but Diva's does their best to give you that heads up. Though it's tucked away in a small strip mall, there's actually plenty of parking. To my knowledge, they only do Gel X extensions now but I do love these kinds of extensions bc they're lightweight and pretty durable. Lisa is magic! She's incredibly talented and takes her time to make sure you're happy with her work. All the staff have various digital wallets for tips but there is a fee for paying with card so if you have cash, use it! read more

I'm not sure if I should give a 1 or 2 star for my experience. I made a last min walk-in call and really only needed a pedicure, but figured I'd add on a manicure if there was time/they were done simultaneously. I don't have a lot of time which was my fault. I was seated at a manicure table which I knew was going to likely mean I could only do a manicure that day which was disappointing, but I felt a little pressure to just do that. This would have been fine and I'd just come back for the pedicure when I had more time, but this was the most disappointing manicure of my life. They did the absolute bare minimum. I'm talking no water, no cuticle care, no lotion... just a quick file and polish. I was disappointed again, but at least the polish looked okay??? Nope. These were my nails 2-3 days later. Won't be going back unfortunately. read more

I went here to get my gel removed, I called ahead, they had availability and said it would be $10…read moreto get them removed, which was perfect so I went! I went in and the nice technician started removing my gel, at the end of removing my gel she asked 'do you want me to cut your cuticles for you?' And I said 'if you don't mind that would be appreciated!' She cut my cuticles and I went to wash my hands and was ready to pay. However when I went to pay, the receptionist told me it would be $45, I asked to confirm the price because all I got was my gel removed and she told me because I agreed to having my cuticles cut, it was now considered a manicure and 'she did the service so I need to pay it.' To which I asked for clarification because she did not paint my nails, do a clear coat, soak my nails, or any of the other services that come with a manicure. She said I could get a polish if I wanted to and I considered it but then I asked again is there no way to pay a little more than the gel removal fee because yes she did cut my cuticles but it feels unfair that since they did not communicate that uncharge to me that I would be expected to pay for a service I simply did not get. She said I should have asked for the prices when she offered to cut my cuticles and I said that doesn't feel fair because I've gotten gel removed before where they just cut my cuticles without asking so why would I have assumed it would be a $35 add on to my $10 service. The receptionist then told me to leave and she would rather me not pay than argue with her. I explained I was not arguing and I do want to pay, $45 for a service I did not receive feels unfair but I would not be leaving without paying. I took a $20 out of my wallet and put it on the technicians table and left. I paid double what I would have paid for the service alone, I will not let someone think I'm trying to not pay service workers, she deserves to be paid, however, I am not okay with trying to be scammed out of $35 for a up-charge that was not communicated properly. I do not recommend this shady behavior in an establishment, sorry for the miscommunication but this could have been handled so much better than it was.

What sets them apart from other places is that they really care about your nail health (won't overdrill/overbuff, very careful with removals, etc). For my birthday, my friend and I decided to get our nails done together, and I thought Organic Nail House was the best place to go. Julie was my tech that day, and she was absolutely lovely. I got hard gel nails done in Japan, and it took awhile to remove, but she handled it with such care. My nails still felt strong. I chose to do white 002 with #13 chrome and it turned out so beautiful!!! I am literally obsessed with this new color and can't stop looking at it in the light!!! I may want to just do this combination every single time!! The salon itself is a very relaxing environment. Especially coming on a weekday, it was extra peaceful and lovely. Also, the owners of this place were very nice and cleared up the misunderstanding we had during my first appt. I appreciated the genuine and kind follow up from them, which means a lot to me! I do love the quality of work they do here, and they'll continue to be my go-to nail salon!

What has been most disappointing is that I appear to have been blocked from calling the salon. When I try to call from my phone, the calls do not go through, but they do when I use a different phone. I have no idea why this would be the case, as I have always been polite and respectful. At my last appointment, the owner ended up fixing my nail because the salon seemed extremely short-staffed. When I first came in to have the nail repaired, I waited about 30 minutes before being told to return another day. I did not get upset or cause a scene, I simply came back as requested. Throughout my visits, I have been patient but my nails kept chipping. As a business owner myself, I understand that staffing shortages and operational challenges happen. I appreciated that they eventually fixed the nail, especially since I had experienced repeated chipping that appeared to be related to newer products being used. It's also sad to see so many of the original team members no longer there. Overall, I'm left feeling confused and disappointed by the level of service and communication, especially given my loyalty as a longtime customer.

*One positive note: the inside is beautiful and clean.

However, I waited for over 30 minutes, they didn't even seat me at a pedicure chair at the very least. Although the women who did my pedicure was nice, the whole process felt very rushed. I didn't even get to pick a pedicure package. I was provided with basic services. With that being said, I got a gel French pedicure, but keep in mind I did not get a sugar scrub, hot towel treatment, or any extras however she still charged me $70 as if I choose a deluxe pedicure package. I should have spoken up, but I just wanted to get out of there. The environment is not warm or welcoming and they clearly take advantage and rip you off. I will not be coming back.

I had hard Gel on my nails from my old place. Not chips or cracks! I was asking for my nails to be cut all the way down and hard gel again. Ben was the tech, he used a dremel to grind off what was on my nails and to cut down the length. I first had to keep telling him to go shorter and shorter. He then used the nail file and it still wasn't getting them short enough and they were extremely crooked. I had to point out about 8 of the 10 nails one by one that need to be leveled out. He then did his thing painting them. I got no lotion, no cuticle cutting, no hand message. Just the Dremel, file, paint, light and oil. About 3 hrs later 1 nail chipped. I went back and Rose tried to corrected it. She removed everything off the nail again. Placed some type of liquid hardener, cure it, but did not smooth it out so after it was painted it looked rippled. By that night a 2nd nail cracked, by morning a 3rd nail chipped. I wasn't doing any house work or anything to cause it. By day day 3, I have 3 chipped and 1 cracked nail and that's not mentioning the one they corrected. $50 for Hard Gel and 2 Visit, tipping both visits. Gone! Update: 7 days later my nails are so messed up. I really wanted to possibly go back and give them one more chance but absolutely not!

She checked it and added another layer of top coat, but the dust was still visible. I'm not someone who likes confrontation, so I ended up just leaving, even though I knew I'd probably regret not speaking up more.
