If you go here, see Jae, she's amazing! I grew up going to this place and always saw Jae, who did only the best work. The one time I didn't see her, they cut my foot and I stopped going there. Getting the pedicure comped was such an issue for them, even though they were at fault. Fast forward 10+ years, I was home visiting my family and went here to get my nails done. I went here on Friday (7/18/25) and paid for a gel deluxe pedicure and dip polish with chrome overlay. Within 3 days (7/21/25), my nails were chipping and breaking. I was visiting home but was back in a different state within those 3 days. I called to speak to the manager to see if I could be issued a partial refund since I couldn't come in to get them fixed since I was in a different state. The manager never called me and the refund was never issued/nothing was rectified. These services were upwards of $200. Terrible customer service when handling any issues that arise. If I could put 0 stars I would!

So I have been going to this Nail Salon for years, and Vickie is my go to girl! She's always very attentive and friendly, in addition to having a fabulous attention to detail. If I'm going to spend an hour of my time getting a manicure and pedicure I want it to last and it does. I get the gel manicure, and it lasts at least a month, which is wonderful! They can be very busy honestly so don't expect it to be super relaxing all of the time, but they do their best given the fact that a lot of people show up without appointments and expect to be taken quickly.

Went to this nail establishment on Thursday. Received service from nail tech Moon. As she was putting acrylic on my nails, they were lumpy, crooked and a mess. I stopped her and asked her if she was going to be able to correct my nails because they are lumpy and crooked. She continued to say, "I'm not finished yet." I sat there with hopes she would correct my nails. This is the finished product. They are TERRIBLE and crooked. Didn't want to cause a scene so I paid and left. Highly dissatisfied! Will not return. Moon definitely needs more practice with nail acrylic, as well as shaping of nails. I do not recommend her at all!

I've been coming here for over a year and have really found a rhythm. 1 - Have a picture of your goal - or have a reference pic and outline what you want to change. 2 - call to make an appointment. Ask if you can send them the picture of your goal so they can help get you the right tech. 3 - don't call when you're in a rush cos they get busy. aim for at least one day in advance. I really like their propensity for line art and design art -- see attached!

This place is so terrible. Do not come if you want to spend less than an hour here. It always takes forever because the workers are so distracted all the time. I came two weeks ago and loved my nails. Took a while but loved the tech and has great conversation. I went yesterday and my nails were so crusty and not even properly filed. I stayed for an extra hour to get someone to clean them up after they were terrible when I walked out of the store. I spent an hour asking for them to fix their mistakes and they still didn't. I wanted to grab the damn dremel and do it myself. I hate my nails and have to waste more money to get them redone somewhere else since they coudont even fix them when I went back in because they are that lazy to see their mistakes. The thickness of nails being different and terribly shaped nails. I could not hate them more. It ruined my whole day. That one tech I had made me come back, but the two owners who work the front are the reason I never will go back again.

I just moved to Garner not too long ago and I needed a new nail place to go to. We took a shot in the dark because it was near the house and it paid off. Everyone was extremely nice and even though it was very very busy because it was right before Christmas, their process for getting people in and out was flawless. The person that I had working on my nails was very nice and professional. The best thing I liked about this place is that they were straight up with what you were paying. They didn't magically make up some number at the end. I will definitely be coming back as I was very pleased with my product. I loved the chairs and the music and the decorations all over the establishment. Merry Christmas everyone! read more

The drink and foot service were great. Unfortunately, Tom rushed on my nails and left some spots uncovered. After pointing it out, I was told it was fine. Then he accidentally snagged my finger bc he was rushing on cutting so fast. The place wasn't even busy. A worker walked in front of the door when I went to sit down while my boyfriend paid. They assumed I was going to walk out without paying is extremely disrespectful. In hopes I was not racially profiled. Cost me over $100 for this experience. read more

Expect to wait 25 mins after your appt time and then be rushed through your appt. Never in my life have I had a gel manicure last ONLY 15 MINUTES; they didn't even let the light finish before making me take my hand out. I tried to tell them not to rush and it needs to finish but they didn't care. When I asked what was going on, why we had to wait and then got rushed, they said they didn't have enough chairs. I said so you took too many walk ins despite having appts on the books? They said they were all appts. So they over booked. Pretty obvious. Terrible way to do business. Talk about being on an assembly line. My husband had to wait 40 mins past his appt time for his pedicure. You pay all this money and for what? "Spa" ha! read more

Expect to wait 25+ minutes PAST your appt time. They overbook, you wait and then get rushed. Never have I had a gel manicure done in 15 minutes. Ridiculous. They don't even allow the light to finish before making you take your hand out. Tried saying something but they didn't care. My son in law waited 40 minutes past his appt time for a pedicure. When asked what is going on they said "they don't have enough chairs". That's called overbooking. Then they talk s**t about you in another language. Not coming back and recommend you don't waste your hard earned money at this place. read more

I'll never go back here. Please question everything they do. Make sure everything is clean and unused. As a cosmetology professional, I've come to learn that their practices are very unsanitary and some pose serious health threats towards customers on top of that; some of the staff are rude. read more

Got my nails done by the owner. She's a nice lady but she's doing too much. You can't focus on doing your client's nails when you are up every 5 minutes trying to direct traffic and manage the salon, and don't even say excuse me, I'll be right back. Please value your clients time. Got up at least 5 times, maybe more, I stop counting. Started to walk out. And then charge $1.00 for every person using a credit card, I know it's only $1.00 but why put that responsibility on your clients! This place is small and not enough seating for a busy day. 10 people waiting and no where to sit, they had to come back in 30 minutes. My color & shape was good but the gel fill was not good. It's up to you if you want to try this place but I will not return. Maybe your luck will be better than mine! read more

Ask for Tifffiny!!!!! I've been coming here for 3 years now. Tiffiny was my second technician I had and she's been stuck with me ever since.lol She's quiet, calm, and sweet, adding to the spa experience. Quiet moments with her are never awkward. Neither is conversation. She always has little ways to make my nails prettier as I'm a neutral girlie, usually. Her attention to detail is amazing. I hardly ever ask for a re-shape etc. I seriously can't picture asking someone else to do my nails OR toes. If pedicures are you things: their packages are amazing!!!!! They always have holiday themed pedicures that are so worth it. I have not received waxing services, only nails. read more

I sat there with acetone in my nails for 30 minutes when I had made an appointment.... U must be joking me I took the foil and cotton off and walked out. Don't make appointments if you do not have the staff. Will not be going back... like ever. read more

I can be picky when it comes to pedicures and I often have issues since I workout daily and get ingrown toenails because of it. The women here were SO gentle, thoughtful, and thorough. My feet and legs feel amazing and it is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend! read more

I've been getting my nails done here by Vicki, one of the owners, for a while now. She's amazing and her attention to detail is obvious so I'm on her schedule every 2-3 weeks. Even without an appointment she will do her absolute best to fit you in. They have all the new seasonal OPI colors and a huge selection of colors for gel, dip, etc. and it is very clean. At Christmas my daughter had her first gel manicure. Vicki and her husband are very caring and I'll continue supporting her business. read more

I have been coming here for years and recently I've had horrible experiences with really crappy, rushed work. A few months ago a guy did my nails in a basic French tip and my nail kept chipping. I had to go back 3 times for him to "fix" it before the manager finally just fixed it herself. This was only after having my nails done for only 2 days!!! I've never and I mean never had anyone mess up a French tip. Despite the bad job I still came back because I've been coming here for years and I'm not the type to let one bad experience turn me away from a business. Fast forward to last week I got a basic acrylic French tip again. Now my nails are literally cracking because the tech did not put enough acrylic, there were also some blemishes on a nail when she messed up but I overlooked that. I came back today to have them fix my nails and the manager says I have to wait until Saturday when the tech who did this set is back. I told her that my nail would probably break by then and the are only going to try to charge for a nail repair when it's not fault and I came in as soon as I noticed it to have it fixed. Needless to say after the tech attempts to "fix" my nails I will never come back! I spend way too much money in this establishment, I mean $85 bi-weekly for a pedicure and at $155 monthly for a full set and pedicure to be treated this way. I see they don't value their loyal customers so I will take my money elsewhere! read more

They were friendly. Replied to the Google request promptly & offered a 2:30 appt on a Sunday for myself & my 12 year old to get a pedi. We get to the appt on time & they are JAM PACKED. All of the pedi chairs were full & people were waiting. I'm sure they are great, but we opted not to wait in the height of Covid in a full salon. I can't rate the service. But my suggestion to them would be to do better at honoring the appts that are scheduled. Or don't accept appts at all & do walkin only read more

LOVE Diva Nails!!! They are so friendly and nice...and give great manis and pedis! Their attention to detail is incredible and they offer the most unique pedicures! My mom and I love coming here and trying out ones! They also just got beautiful new pedicure chairs that are amazing. Scott and Vicki are the best and I'm so glad I found this nail salon!! I understand appointments must be accommodated before walk ins. However there were walk ins that came in WELL after me that were taken before me. I don't want to play the race card but the walk ins that came on after me were in fact white women and I am very obviously not. I was ignored when I asked how long the wait would be. Don't waste your time here like I did. All I'm going to say is take notice of what color all of the people are that have left good reviews, because they were treated different. read more

I came to Diva Nails because I was frustrated where I have been going. I need my nails to be good for at least two weeks as I do not have a lot of time on my hands. To constantly go in when tips don't stay on for 14 days is something I do not have time to do. . Well I have finally found my place! I came in and had a great experience. TT had just started here and she is better than good! She is fantastic! I have now been in several times and could not be happier with TT. Thank you!! read more

They also offer you and I mask type essential oil situation where you can pick different scents. After your hair is done washing you get processed and then you go back to your sitting area. It took a little bit to get my hair to the desired look but Michaela and the salon made it very easy to work with and get the results we were hoping for. All three of us had birthdays in August, so it was the perfect opportunity to have a treat as well. Manicures and pedicures are not typically my thing, so I didn't readily have someplace in mind. I did a Google and Yelp search to find a place that had good reviews. I came across Posh Nails off of US Highway 17 in Garner and decided to go there and see if they allow walk-ins. Luckily, when I arrived they had availability and did allow walk-ins so the three of us were seated right away for our pedicures. It's a nice set up at this facility. They also have free beverages available while you're being serviced. Christina was my nail technician. She did a great job with my pedicure and my manicure. My parents pedicure and manicure also went well. There were two things that I observed during my visit that threw me for a loop. (1) I was unaware of an additional service charge separate from the cost for the manicure and the pedicure. My first thought was that the beverages aren't really free, and there's a secret charge for the beverages but when I inquired about what it was for, I was told it's because I had two different services done. That struck me as very odd. Some nail salons actually give you a discount if you're having a combination manicure and pedicure service. This was the very first time that I heard of a service charge because I had two services done instead of one. I was eager to see the bill so that I could see exactly how it was listed, but conveniently enough, I did not receive an itemized bill just a credit card receipt. (2) My technician set up a small fan so that I could have my nails dried before I left the facility; however, my mother's technician tried to have my mom leave right after he finished painting her nails without drying them first. It took my father's technician to point out to my mother's technician that he needed to dry my mom's nails first because they were still wet. I was quite surprised that my mother's technician thought it would be OK to not dry her nails before letting her leave the facility. Overall, our visit went well, but because of those two instances I mentioned above, I have reduced my score from 4 to 3.

This is the first time I have ever left a yelp review. This was absolutely the worst nail experience I have ever had the lady who made my nails. I am unaware of her name, but she had long dark hair and a ponytail and a dark gray tea that had kind of like a light gray tie-dye type design. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. It all started because I did not want to know college and she said that regular polish to take too long to dry. Several of my beautiful very badly to which she didn't apologize a single time she told me you don't need her hand again when she cut my finger which will be shown below in pictures. She got even more aggravated when I asked for the cover the entire nail with nail polish which still didn't happen I had acrylic and nail polish all over my fingers that I had to file and pick off when I got home. And I have never had someone do my nails that didn't ask if there's a good link she immediately just cut an extremely short to my nails with the feet of the entire purpose of getting tips put on. There was a total of seven times where I had to ask her to fix my nails because they either were streaky at bristle hairs in them etc etc. WHICH STILL ARE MESSED UP. Because she did not cover the entire nail with nail polish it looks like the nails are already grown out. I got these done yesterday. Two of my friends also were with me. One of them had issues with the person doing their toes due to rushing leaving the French tip splotchy and messed up and not completing the actual pedicure. I have been coming to this salon for 7 years now and have had the same wonderful nail tech. She and the other techs are very courteous and always greet you with a smile when you enter the shop. The salon is very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. My nail tech takes her time, does a wonderful pedicure and manicure and knows what colors I like. When having a difficult time making a choice, she always suggests a color that is new and suits me perfectly!! I do schedule my 3 week appointments in advance and have never had a problem if I have to reschedule. I highly recommend this salon to everyone. read more

I have been going to Diva Nail Spa for 8 years or more. I even have a standing appointment with one particular nail stylist there every two weeks. However, when I walk through the door, there are other stylists, that know me by name, that make me feel very welcome. The spa offers a variety of manicures, pedicures, and body waxing. It's very clean and I've never had bad service. If I don't like something, they go above and beyond to accommodate my expectations. If you live in the Garner/Clayton area, near White Oak Shopping Center, I highly recommend you give them a try. read more

The services I use are pedicure and waxing; and they are the best I've found in Garner. They take their time with you, they are thorough and make sure you are satisfied with their service.
