I was told the fraudulent billing of my account would take six weeks to be refunded and the agent said I was 100% correct, they should not have charged me. Apparently lightening struck something important down the road from me, and I my internet/phone service was out. While at work, I got on the online chat (which was actually pretty fast compared to my past experiences) and they had someone work on it remotely right then. A local technician called me shortly after, and gave me his cell number to call in case the service was still out when I got home. It was, so I called and he worked on it that evening! I had service back by 6pm. Needless to say I was impressed on how quickly they addressed this. Where was this when I was first staring out with CenturyLink?! I hope this is the kind of service they can consistently deliver.

Waited well over an hour /hour and a half after being told I was "second in line" at time of check in. The people at the store were kind and doing their best so this review is not on them by any means/I know they can only do so much and at least they helped connect me with Verizon and even got on the phone to explain the overcharge I kept seeing/but lady on the Verizon end was a very rude person- finally admitted we were being overcharged and took off the fee. Not apologetic just rude. I can't wait to switch carriers *edit to add that when I came home I decided to check into my account and see if this was indeed corrected and it still was not! I had to get into the chat and threaten I would file a complaint and magically it finally was corrected and I was credit back the overcharge.
