We scheduled a TV mounting for 10:30AM, by 11AM no one had arrived nor had we heard anything. So, already an hour late - the provider had no stud finder or level.. we just moved so most of our tools were packed away. We did find a small level, measuring tape, and stud finder. Unfortunately our stud finders battery died.. but for $170 I really would have hoped the company would have provided the proper tools to complete the service we requested. When it was completed the TV was not level and screws were not tightened fully. I was shocked again by the $170 price when we had to provide almost everything. My husband had to hold the TV the entire time as well until it was mounted, 45 minutes to mount a TV... Once the provider left we realized the TV isn't even centered either, off by a foot so we are going to have to do it ourselves anyway.
