Michael and his team moved us from a 2 story townhome to a ranch home. They were polite and courteous, very professional, and worked diligently to complete the job in a timely manner. They treated our belongings as if they were their own and we had ZERO damages. Michael communicated with me very well. Plans changed and we requested a date change. On moving day, his plans changed due to the first job taking longer than anticipated. He communicated routinely through the day to keep us informed. Lastly, we bought them pizza and they work so hard, they didn't stop. They grabbed a slice of pizza and ate it in the way back to the truck for the next load! This company is very untrustworthy and not professional, we are a yard sign company and Michael placed an order with our company for lawn signs. The Total value for his invoice is $2,236.50 His checks have bounced, he has promised to make payment. It has been a month and no response. He completely stopped responding to our emails, phone calls, texts. He got his signs and got what he needed and still does not want to make any payment. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE. BROKE THE SCREEN DURING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS, DEMANDED A PARTIAL PAYMENT AND REFUSES TO REIMBURSE FOR DAMAGES CREATED. To add insult to injury, the installer said he had a used television in storage and could replace at a later time. Never apologized for breaking the television. Requested quote for a television mount. I was contacted immediately and I believed it to be a good sign until the day of service. The price to mount the approximate 70" television was quoted at $185. Arrived later than scheduled time agreed on and did not have any help, came alone. After install I noticed that he did not power on the set. Thankfully, I had the mind set to turn it on and noticed that the screen was gray and a crack on the left side of the screen. At first he denied breaking the tv. Then said he had a used television in storage and could replace at a later time. He still wanted to be paid for the job. Initially I refused but he insisted on at least half of the payment. I was home alone and felt uncomfortable so CashApp $90. I've spoken with the installer a few times asking for a reimbursement for my broken set and I'm still waiting. If Yelp is not able to assist, my next step is to petition the court (including fees) for a reimbursement. I've purchased a new television. I'm sorry im very late in responding. I was too upset . When i contacted Precise , the gentleman wanted me to send payment before scheduling and having never seen him , i asked if i could pay when they arrived and he agreed to do so. Had an early week appt and they didnt show. I was given the runaround for a couple of days. I had to move by March 7th , and for 2days prior had been promised and no show. Finally on the 7th they showed up at mid afternoon.( the owner on private vehicle and 2 men with a uhaul truck. The owner left ( for a family affair ). The men kept taking turns stopping work and disappearing. They were acting funny as if they were afaid or something. Then they kept ceasing work at the same time as if they had gotten everything and i had to tell them several times there wete more items to be moved. I went to the office to speak with my landlord and when i returnef to the hallway of my apt , they had driven off ! This didnt sit well with me. They had at least a 5min lead on me. When i got to the storage unit thry werent there ! Earlier that afternoon the owner had called me from his cell phone and if i had not had his no. to reach him i feel those guys would have skipped with my belongings but i didnt tell him that.He called them and called me bk and said the guys were a few min away. Two days later when my sons helped me move my items out of the storage unit i was astonished at how they had damaged my furnishings ( scrapes and scratches ). This does not appear to be a reputable business and i would not reccommend them to anyone. read more
