When I had a recent issue with my Sonos system, Dan, the office manager helped me work through possible causes and eventually tied the problem back to the Rotel amp. He then arranged for a tech to stop by and remove the amp, get it repaired under warranty, and then reinstalled. The TVs were hung perfectly, cables hidden - suggested an idea for the tv boxes and it went flawlessly. I also realized I needed a network cable connector added in the basement, and with no questions asked, they fixed that too!
