ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONALS!!! I loved that they gave me a quote via Yelp. They were professional and respected our home. We got 2 plugs installed off of an existing plug and a light switch. The plug we routed off the light switch was a little more complicated because they needed to go up over build in and through a stud - not the best mud-job of the hole that had to be made but I'm still not mad. Brand new to the area and needed and EV charger installed. Shane and his team were quick to respond , scheduled and walk-through the following day. Provided and estimate within a couple of days . The estimate was reasonably priced . They took care of all the permitting process as well. Installed the next week and followed up with the state inspection a week later. Had Logan a few weeks back and they did an incredible job. realized after snow melt had another outside fixture that needed service so I called set up apptmnt and they finished. Come to realize that there was a coupon on theis website that got 50 dollars off. I was never told about this by the apptmnt guy(I had put their number in my phone) and also wasn't told bu the people working on the project. The work wa great. What a way to start 2025! I had originally called Logan Electric Service due to their online reviews and the fact that they are, as shown on their website, a "long-running family-owned company." I had scheduled an appointment but had to cancel due to my work schedule and eventually had to reach out to another company to try to get repairs done before the holidays and so technically, my appointment today with Logan Electric Service was also a "second opinion." I cancelled the appointment with the other company and made another appointment with Logan Electric Service. Let's just say that Logan Electric Service saved me several thousands of dollars (!) and left earlier this morning with the issues resolved and now, I have their magnetic business card on my refrigerator because I will be scheduling appointments at a later time to ask them to install new light fixtures and if I happen to have any other issues come up. Sean (the electrician) and Brandon (the apprentice) went above and beyond and were so friendly and kind and patient as they explained the entire process as were the people (I think the owners?) who answered the phone and responded to my emails over the past couple of months. I am so thankful for them, for their integrity, and for their help today. Luis and Blake (I believe that was the young man's name) arrived at our home and promptly went to work on the electrical issues we had explained to Logan Electrical Service over the phone. The light in the kitchen works fine and the installed LED light in the closet is great. Now we can open the coat closet door and flip the light switch and see what's in the closet. One of our light fixtures fell out of the ceiling and Logan Electric came to the rescue. Poor guys had to go up into the hot attic but they did it without complaint. Logan electric came out to do several things for me. They installed a ceiling fan, fix another ceiling fan, installs an outdoor outlet, and relocated an electrical wire for the pool. The were prompt, courteous, and responsive. There was a hiccup but do to my lack of communication and they came back out the next day to fix it. The employees and owner are great to deal with and they are the example of taking care of customers and I see why they have a 5 star rating now. Great job guys/gals! If I could give Logan 6 stars I would. I got myself in a pickle and man they saved the day. My wife and I had a home built about 25 years ago and it had no ceiling lights in the hallway the livingroom or the den. My wife decided we need more light in these rooms as our eyes are not what they were. She was was right. Well she mentioned this at a dinner we had with lots of family and a young nephew offered to do it for us. He started and wired some of it and then had to go overseas for a while. After being reminded several times a day to do something about finishing the job, I called Logan and asked then to come out ready to finish the job. They sent 2 techs out who checked all the wiring that had been done and finished installing wiring, ceiling boxes, wall boxes, switches and fixtures as well as adding a new recepticle in a room for us. After they finished they cleaned up all traces of having been here very throughly. So yes will be calling them as soon as the wife decides we need some electrical work and will do it before she mentions it to anybody in the family again. Now I move on to get the holes in the wall my nephew cut fixed (that I now know were not necessary). read more
